- Birgit (7/5): LEIDER nicht nochmal - Das Hotel ist wirklich ansprechend schön! Das Personal ist SEHR SEHR freundlich, fröhlich und hilfsbereit !! Die Lage zum De Efteling Freizeitpark ist fantastisch, wenn man gemütlich geht, 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Beim Frühstück fehlt es an nichts (es gibt zB sehr leckeren Cappuccino!) und im "Wohnzimmer" kann man abends prima etwas spielen bei einem guten Wein oder echt super Cocktails! Für Familen wird hier echt viel geboten, z.B. sogar Minigolf und Tischtennis auf der Dachterrasse.. sowie Air Hockey und Billiard drinnen ..super !!! Das Hotel ist auf einem großen Albert Heijn Supermarkt. Überaus praktisch! Fußläufig möchte ich auch ein tolles griechisches Restaurant erwähnen, das Mykonos. LEIDER muss ich trotz meiner eigentlichen Begeisterung sagen, daß ich nicht erneut hier buchen würde. Die Betten waren (für uns, Mitte 50 und Mitte 60) eine reine Katastrophe :-( 2 zusammengeschobene, jeweils lediglich 80 cm breite Betten (laut dieser Seite sind es jeweils 90-130 cm). Wirklich extremst weich und bei jeder Bewegung verrutschen die Matratzen so stark, dass man echt aufpassen musste nicht raus zu fallen. Dazu sind sämtliche Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer sehr niedrig. Verständlich, auf Kinder ausgerichtet. Aber es kommen eben nicht nur Kinder als Gäste.

- Henk (8/5): Prima slaapplek voor een bezoek aan de Efteling! - We hebben in het hotel geslapen en de volgende dag de Efteling bezocht. Parkeren is daar gratis en de Efteling is echt op loopafstand! Er waren 6 bedden in de kamer beschikbaar en de faciliteiten waren goed. Het was rustig en goed geisoleerd. Je kan beneden in het restaurant (redelijk prijzig; hamburger (Angus) voor 20 + euro) eten maar er is ook een snackbar aan de overkant, daar zijn wij gaan eten, was prima daar. Ik had een iets grotere kamer verwacht, vanwege de 6 bedden maar alle bedden zitten aan elkaar vast, twee boven, twee onder, en dan aan beide zijden een uitschuifbed. Als je er echt met 6 personen moet slapen is het wel wat krap maar wel te doen. Verder hadden ze geen glazen maar papieren bekertjes, beetje jammer.
- Wendy (8/5): Goed! - Vriendelijk personeel bij het inchecken en in het restaurant. Heerlijk eten in het restaurant. Locatie is goed, vlakbij het centrum van Kaatsheuvel en de Efteling. Een goed bed, nette kamer. Gratis parkeren. De tv ging elke 5 minuten uit. Ook was het jammer dat er oploskoffie in zakjes lag, wel fijn dat er een waterkokertje op de kamer stond.

- Carlos (10/5): Hotel de 10 - Hotel completo, con habitaciones familiares, limpio, correcto. Restaurante y bar. El personal muy amable, aunque nadie habla español, (pero eso es en toda Holanda). Situación en un pueblo muy tranquilo, con parking gratuito, supermercado justo debajo, y a 6 min de Efteling, el parque temático. Estuvimos encantados. Las almohadas. Pero no es culpa del hotel, suele pasar en toda Europa (excepto en los países latinos), que no usan lo que nosotros entendemos por almohada, sino un almohadón cuadrado y muy blando. Te pones 2 y solucionado.

- Emilie (6/5): Un séjour mitigé - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, à environ 900 mètres du parc Efteling. Vous avez le commerce Albert au pied de l'hôtel ce qui est très pratique ainsi qu'un parking à disposition. La chambre en elle-même avait l'air très propre. Et les lits plutôt confortables mais petit (très petit). Cependant, nous avons été piqué durant les 2 nuits, même si nous ne sommes pas tombés nez à nez avec des punaises de lits, les piqûres y ressemblent vachement (alignement, piqûre à la nuque…)

- Ozlem (9/5): Fijne hotel vooral m - Locatie En personeel Kinderhoek zowel binnen en buiten Paar jaar terug was ik hier ook met kinderen Er is helemaal niks bijgekomen , nog steeds zelfde speelgoed wat bijna niet meer compleet is en terras ook paar kapotte speelgoed. Denk leuke speeltuin op terras zou het helemaal compleet maken. En de speel hoek wat interessanter maken met meer compleet speelgoed .

- Mrigankamouli (9/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Efteling. - We had a very pleasant stay at GuestHouse Hotel Kaatsheuvel-Waalwijk. It’s a great option for families—comfortable, well-designed, and conveniently located for both relaxation and nearby attractions. We stayed here for two days while visiting Efteling and Beekse Bergen in Tilburg. The hotel is about 35–40 minutes from Tilburg station by bus and is also well connected to Den Bosch. Efteling is just a 15-minute walk, which made our visit very easy. There is parking available at the back of the hotel, and an Albert Heijn is only a 2-minute walk away. We booked a family room for five people. It was a bit compact for five, but very well organized and thoughtfully designed. The setup included one queen bed, two bunk beds, and an additional pull-out bed under the bunk—everything was neatly arranged. The bathroom was spacious and nicely done. We opted for breakfast at €16.5 per person. Since we chose not to have the room cleaned during our stay, we received one complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. The breakfast itself was really good, with time slots from 7:00–9:00 AM and 9:30–11:30 AM. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs. The space is beautifully designed, featuring a full bar, indoor and terrace seating, a coffee machine, and even a kids’ play area on the terrace. The restaurant is located on the ground floor. The hotel also has a self-service laundry area (we didn’t use it, but it’s a useful facility to have). The Room was a bit compact! Hardly space to move in a five occupancy room!
- angela karin (10/5): Top hotel ! - Heel goed hotel met heel gezellig restaurant en zeer aardig en behulpzaam personeel . En natuurlijk top locatie ivm de Efteling . Betaalbaar en zeker net zo goed of beter dan het hotel in de Efteling ! En de AH supermarkt achter het hotel . Alles was top !
- Melanie (9/5): Perfect Easter Efteling stay - Excellent stay at the GuestHouse, perfect location for Efteling, only a 10 minute walk. Our children enjoyed the bunk beds and we had a great nights sleep. The bar and restaurant was good, catered well for all and we enjoyed some drinks and family games. We enjoyed the easter hunt and special coloured easter eggs at breakfast - nice touch!

The staff were super friendly and helpful! ( very responsive on the emaaaging too!) they also have a lovely restaurant downstairs. The room was very clean and comfortable!

- EVAN (9/5): This was a wonderful, clean, well-maintained family hotel with very kind staff. - Very nice staff and relaxing terrace. Great to have a room for 3 kids and not just 2! The wooden beams around the bed made the room feel a bit cramped.
