My daughter loved the kids club, the pools area and snack bar were great. The food in the buffet was always good… I only have good memories. Nothing, everything was perfect.

BENOIT (7/5): Bien mais pas un all inclusive comme on s’y attend . - Les buffets , la chambre et la proximité de l’aéroport Pas un all inclusive comme décrit sur booking , pour 5 nuits sur places , on a le droit qu’à une seule soirée spectacle . Si on en veut plus , c’est un supplément . Aucune présentation de l’établissement et des commodités à l’arrivée , on nous dit de passer par l’application de la chaîne de l’hôtel qui ne décrie rien. On ne sait pas à qui sont destinées les animations, pas de détail pour certaines dont le titre n’est pas évocateur . Bref un peu perdu au début et au bout de quelques jours, on s’y retrouve par nous-mêmes . Pas grâce à l’équipe …

Manfred (7/5): - Die Zirkusshow war sehr gut, Kinder können sich in der Rutschbahn gut unterhalten, Zirkeltraining im Gym. Die Qualität der Speisen, es war sehr Mensafeeling, der Speisesaal war sehr überfüllt mit Warteschlange am Eingang. Die Tische wurden kurz abgewischt und direkt das Besteck der nächsten Gäste draufgelegt, auf den noch vom Wischtuch feuchten Tisch, für meine hygienischen Anforderungen zu wenig. Auch die Themenrestaurants waren vom Niveau her nicht besser, lediglich die Atmosphäre war angenehmer. Wlan sehr langsam, 2 Tage so gut wie ganz ausgefallen, die meisten deutschen TV-Sender haben nicht funktioniert oder gestört. Im Schwimmbadbereich viele defekte Fliesen, welche oft spitzig abgebrochen waren, Verletzungsgefahr. Das aufbereitete filtrierte Wasser schmeckt mir persönlich auch nicht.

Hamed (6/5): Not gonna come back - So clean, beautiful building, nice shows For the entire week, we were mostly served the same food. It was rare to find higher-quality options like beef steaks, and most of the meals felt very basic and inexpensive. We were allowed to reserve two restaurants during our one-week stay. We chose the Asian restaurant, which was very disappointing. In my own city in the Netherlands, I can easily buy a large portion of excellent ramen or wok noodles for around €20. Here, after paying €2,000 for a family of three, I was served a small bowl of wok noodles with very little meat, and it was extremely salty. Even the most affordable Asian restaurants usually prepare and serve much better food than this. The grill restaurant, however, was acceptable. In my opinion, the price does not match the quality of the food and dining experience. It feels like most of what you pay for is the clean and beautiful building rather than the food itself. The children daycare was good. And my daughter wanted to go again. The spa center, which requires an additional fee, was also disappointing. We booked a couple’s massage, but unfortunately we experienced pain for about a week afterward. The overall experience did not feel professional. In addition, we were not offered the option to take a shower afterward, and we were not provided with bathrobes. After the massage, we simply had to get up in a dark room and leave while our bodies were still oily, putting our clothes back on immediately. This made the experience feel uncomfortable and poorly organized.

Il y a une piscine spéciale pour les tout petits et une autre terrible avec toboggans pour les + 3 ans. Chouette terrain de foot. Les animations du soir sont très sympas. Il n'y a rien à redire!

Lee (8/5): Very enjoyable stay and great for kids! - Great facilities for the kids and so much going on which was great! So close to the airport too. The food was ok but not amazing. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of meat. You also need to time the buffet because at times it can get very busy! Also don’t book a transfer through the hotel it costs 3 times the price of just getting a taxi which they ended up putting us in on the trip to the airport.

Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken tiles along with all the tiles need to be changed to non-slip before there is a serious head injury !! Totally disagree with having to pay for entertainment in the theatre !!

LEIGH (10/5): Lovely stay, very clean, great staff - I travelled to the Bahia Principe Fantasia with my Wife, for a 4-night stay to celebrate the end of the Summer Holidays... we didn't bring the kids! We enjoyed a swim-up room / suite which was clean, spacious and had a wonderfully large bed, sofa and impressive bathroom complete with rainfall shower. Our swim-up was East facing which meant we got glorious sunshine until about 1pm, at which point we moved to the main pools in the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the adults only infinity pool, although there are less sunbeds in this area so it's not always a given you can get a spot. Positives: Good food, with 3 al a carte restaurants which I'm told are all fantastic. We ate in the steak restaurant and it was very nice indeed. Breakfast is very good Bars are great. Soft drinks and beer are on the customers side of the bar so you can fill / refill as much as you want without having to wait. The hotel is very clean and you can't miss the dedicated team who are working quite literally around the clock to maintain standards Mini-bar is refilled every day. Pool towels can be changed as often as you like. Negatives: There are a lot of kids. Occasionally, they get into the adults only pool / area. If you find a staff member they will kick them out, but the area is not routinely patrolled and the presence of kids is annoying. The entertainments team are often of the opinion that the louder the music is, the more fun everyone is having. Someone should tell them to turn it down

Jordan (4/5): - Our room was never cleaned properly, 3 days I requested the floors to be cleaned and this didn't happen. Mini bar consists of a can of beer and 3 soft drinks that is all. Bed sheets were not changed once for the whole 9 nights. Our neighbours in our room had a fight on their first night, and then every day from this we had nothing but drunken noise waking up our kids. Had to wait for food as kept running out, never offered a drink when we sat for dinner had to chase staff down just to get a drink. Food was always cold, nothing is hot apart from pasta if you request to have it cooked fresh in front of you, plates and glasses were rotten EVERY DAY.

Magdalena (9/5): Hotel na wysokim poziomie, ale było bardzo duże obłożenie i to było uciążliwe - Baseny, bardzo smaczne i jakościowe drinki piękne widoki Zabrakło nam plaży i piasku, ale o tym wiedzieliśmy wcześniej, więc to nie wpływa na naszą ocenę, ale przestrzegamy, że całe hotelowe życie toczy się tylko na basenach- zatłoczonych i głośnych. Żeby zająć leżak należy wstawać o 6.30! Inaczej jest problem z dostępnością. Choć obsługa czuwa i przesuwa leżaki i parasole. Kolejki do restauracji rzeczywiście są, ale dzięki temu na sali jest porządek.
Audrey (8/5): - This is one of the cleaniest hotel that I have been to. Everything is well maintained and you can see the staff working hard everyday to keep everything clean. I wish the buffet had more authentic food but there was a lot of choice and even a small section for the kids. It was also my first time in a place where you have to serve yourself a drink around the day since there is no servers to bring it to you at the pool. You also need to reserve your chairs early in the morning if you want to have a place at the pools because at 10am there is no more chairs available.

The location is fine, gorgeous views of the sea and if you're willing to walk to Los Agios, the best meals we had all week was at a lovely restaurant overlooking the sea. The problem with the hotel, for us, was the food. The breakfast was fine, we didn't use the lunch buffet as we preferred the local restaurants. The dinner buffet was a huge disappointment. The freshly cooked meat and fish were flavourless/over cooked. The salads were regurgitated using leftovers. We felt everything lacked flavour. The house wine is pretty terrible in our opinion. However, the a la carte restaurants were a bigger disappointment. The kids loved making their own pizzas at the Italian but our seafood pasta was flavourless and the fish overcooked. The tiramisu was the same as we'd tried at the buffet the previous evening. The steakhouse was a disaster for us, all four adults ordered the entrecôte and sent it back. We tried to fill up on the chips and dessert, same cheesecake as the buffet. The Manager was useless. I'm pretty sure that the kitchen used is the same throughout the hotel. We cancelled the Japanese and ate out the last two evenings. So overall, the kids loved it and the staff and service were great, the food for the adults, in our opinion is not up to scratch.

David (8/5): NO ES UN 5 ESTRELLAS - Está basado en los niños. Por tanto esa parte nos gustó. No es un hotel de 5 estrellas. No hay aparcacoches, no nos ayudaron bajando las maletas del coche, en las comidas están los platos sucios y vajillas. En más varias ocasiones. Personal reacio a ayudar. Clare (10/5): - Staff were amazing and so were the shows. The room was lovely. We did have a lot of mosquitos in our room but i dont think they can do much about that. The pools were lovely. Only thing that could be better was the mini disco and kids clubs were targetted at very young children and my daughter who had just turned 8 felt it was a bit babyish for her but she is too young for the teen sessions. If there was a family disco that would be better but overall the place was fantastic and we would definitely go back.

Leah (10/5): Great family hotel, Kids will love it. - Great family hotel, kids club and the entertainment team are up there with the best. Restaurants are decent as the buffet like most can be a bit hectic ant busy times and same same, but still better than most. Kids had a fab time and the hotel is clean and modern and as per the pictures, it’s amazing in the day and it’s even more magical in the night time when it’s all lit up.
Kelly (10/5): - Great hotel for families! Lots to do including kids club, entertainment and live music at night. The shows were phenomenal and all the staff we encountered were fantastic. The food including the a la carte restaurants were good and catered well for our family despite there being a vegetarian and a gluten free member.

Bhavit (2/5): - To begin with, we experienced a significant pricing discrepancy related to our children’s ages. Although we correctly inputed their ages (both over 2 years old) during the booking process, they were incorrectly classified as “babies,” resulting in unexpected charges at check-in. To make matters worse, we were asked to pay at the current daily rate rather than having the charges aligned with our original booking date. Despite trying to resolve this at the hotel, support from both customer service and hotel staff was minimal, leaving us feeling disregarded and disappointed. We had paid specifically for a sea view room for a personal reason but were given a view of a footpath instead. While we were eventually offered a new room, it wasn’t until the evening of our second day—by which point we had unpacked and our children were settled. The delayed offer did little to resolve the issue or compensate for the inconvenience. We were also disappointed to learn that while the child pricing bracket covers ages 2 to 12, the children’s activities were restricted to children aged 3 and above. This important detail is not highlighted on your website nor through booking. This has meant our children could not participate despite being charged full child’s rate. Furthermore, overall food quality and service also fell short. There were persistent flies around the buffet area, which raised hygiene concerns. This is not a five star hotel.
Elena (10/5): - Another fantastic stay at the Bahía Príncipe Fantasía in Chafiras. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are always kept up to an outstanding standard (we saw NO DIFFERENCE in two years). The food has also greatly improved since our last stay (it was great then, now it’s fantastic). Our little one loved it and we did too! We will be back.

TESONIA (10/5): - First holiday where every single member of staff was super nice. The shows were nice and so were the restaurants. Food was tasty and healthy. Metered taxi from airport to hotel EUR22 for 5 people each way.

Anton (9/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff, they make you feel at home! Nice clean modern rooms. Many restaurants/bar areas have self-service which is very convenient (order a snack on the big screen like McDonalds's and pour yourself beer from the tap). A dedicated gluten-free corner in the restaurant (for those who need it). There are not enough elevators considering the number of families with children (in strollers), there are queues always. Sometimes way too loud music in the kids area.
