Jaya (8/5): Stay was okay, but the service and attitude of staff needs improvement. - The property is beautiful, specially the rooms in the new building facing the river.The massuer lady Mrrs Radha( hopeI got the name right) is very good.Food was tasty. Service is not at all good. Food arrives way beyond time.

Björn (8/5): Friendly hotel with good pool - We had a stopover at this place, and it was a very welcome experience after a long car ride. The big pool by the river was especially appreciated. The staff were friendly, though there was some confusion regarding our payment at the end of our stay. We asked several times if our balance was covered through Booking.com, which it wasn’t, but this wasn't caught until after we left. This meant we had to settle the payment via Wise later on, which was a bit complicated. Despite the administrative mix-up, it was a pleasant stay.

Doris BUTTIGNOL (6/5): - L'emplacement et la piscine au bord de la rivière La chambre n'était pas conforme à la réservation, elle a été changée le lendemain. Sur les 2 restos annoncés, 1 seul était ouvert. Les appareils de la salle de sport sont en panne pour la plupart ou défectueux.

Vimal (10/5): rooms- big with an old world touch , food excellent - Staff - courteous - Excellent food - be it north indian, south indian or the soup - we had beef roast, prawn roast, kerala paratha, bhindi fry, aloo gobi, hot & sour soup - the taste was great and we were surprised that the multi cuisine food we had did did not have a tinge of kerala except in the specific kerala dishes Coordination between the massage centre and the reception we had booked a massage at 3 Pm and it was confirmed but the massage personnel left before the appointed time
