- Mary (5/5): Decent, would consider nearby hotel next time. - Good location and comfortable. Maintenance needs to routinely check doors, cabinets and showers for repairs. Could not pull up to main entry to check in at night since a staffer parked their car there. Had to bring in luggage through the side door which was difficult.

- Jamie (6/5): - This would’ve gotten a perfect score if it wasn’t for a few things. When I first walked in the room was so spacious and it seemed like they thought of everything! But, then I walked into bathroom…. This is where I realized it lacked any type of cleaning and upkeep. There was hair in the shower and mildew/mold or whatever you want to call it all over the shower. Then when I went to the sink there was toothpaste all over the walls behind the sink. Hotels need to implement quarterly deep cleaning/ up keep. So after this I was bummed because the room itself seemed to be excellent. Well breakfast rolled around and first, it was 10-15 minutes late being put out, not that big of a deal.. BUT, what was a big deal was a worker in the office hacking his sinuses several times while we were eating. Definitely will give this hotel chain another chance just not this particular one.
- Bobbi (8/5): - Check in was easy and staff were super friendly! There was a bunch of mold in the caulk all around the shower which made it not seem very clean and an awful smell was right at the elevators on the 3rd floor. Everything else was fine. The breakfast was pretty good too.

- Heather (8/5): Comfy bed, just don’t look at the bathroom! - The bathroom was definitely not clean. A gum cleaner was left on the counter, whisker hairs everywhere…counter, shower, toilet. And the walls just need addressed. Stained, gross. The shower walls were dirty. The room has a sloping floor? Odd. But the bed!!! It was very comfortable! So that was a plus!

- Loren (10/5): Home2Suites El Reno is my favorite place to stay when I'm visiting Oklahoma. - The hotel was very clean, including my room. The furnishings in the room were excellent, and I was able to relax in comfort whenever I was in my room. I enjoyed everything about my stay and would stay there again. I can't think of anything that needed improvement.

- Sandy (4/5): Significant decline over the years - We have stayed here as our halfway point for many years. Each year, we notice the property declining. This time, the room I had chosen on the 1st floor was taken for another person and I was moved to the 4th floor. I recently had hip replacement surgery and would not have been able to escape quickly without the elevator. The person that I spoke to when I saw the change on the Hilton app said the hotel was full and there was nothing he could do. Once in the room, there was no shower gel and there coffee for the coffee maker had not been refilled.

- jameskZ4451FU (6/5): Less than Professional Housekeeping. - The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We had reserved a handicapped accessible without wheelchair accessible shower accommodations and they provided enough of grab bars and had a high rise toilet so that slightly exceeded expectations. Where they came up short that the shower gel, shampoo, AND conditioner bottles were either empty or at the absolute dregs. Also the wash cloths provided appeared very dingy giving the impression that they weren't clean. Speaking of appearances of not being clean, the bottom sheets, the sheets you sleep on, weren't tucked in taughtly as you'd expect from a professional housekeeper. This suggested that the linens may not have been changed between guests. Finally not having a cook top in the room was a slight disappointment.

The smoke detector was tampered with. Once we got moved rooms, the new room did not have linens for the pull out couch and had horrible stains on the mattress protector.

This place was wonderful. Like a mini condo. Clean friendly and quiet. The area had everything you needed. Price was great. 5/5. We will start looking for these in the future.

Stephanie looked in the computer and said there were some rooms available and she checked me in early. She was very customer service oriented and had a pleasant demeanor.

They handled bad weather questions and additional tasks smoothly. I will definitely return to that hotel the next time I'm in the El Reno area.
- Kristen (1/5): Beware!! Bed bugs in rm 207! - The staff was friendly but not willing to adjust the price since there were bed bugs, and the room was in disarray. The nasty bed bugs, the room was dirty, and there was mold. Everything in the room just felt dirty. I paid full price to bring home bugs. Absolutely disgusted.

- Robin (6/5): Big Disappointment - First time I can say this, but the service was awful. I was in line to check in and the customer service representative was rude by stating I took the last room. When I asked about best way to get to the room, she said, the floor above us, stairs? Elevator? When we got to I the room, there were dog urine stains on the floor and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I washed them and put them away. Their pet area had no supplies. We travel with ours, but there were quite a few deposits. When my husband spoke to the front desk he was told she couldn’t do anything. Come talk to the manager tomorrow morning. We had doubts the room was completely clean.

- Sandy (8/5): Time to update showers and carpets. - It’s time to update the showers and carpets. We’ve stayed in multiple rooms at this specific hotel over the years. The bathrooms are nice, but the showers have quickly deteriorated. The carpets are stained and do not look clean.
