• Michal (7/5): I do not recommend . - Nice location . It’s a room in an apartment, old mattress old bed old pillows . Very expensive for what you get!! And doesn’t even include breakfast !!
• Chirino (7/5): Very good for the price - Very nice and friendly owner and staff. It was a decent location, only about 10 mins to the colosseum but everywhere else we wanted to go was a 25-35 min walk which was not ideal. The shower was very small and tight but very clean. Overall very good experience.

• Isaac G (9/5): Well worth the stay - Great Location. - King Suite with a balcony was roomy and nicely equipped. Breakfast was very good. Location is near taxi stands, hop-on hop-off bus stop #2 and many nice restaurants and gelato stands. Would recommend without hesitation. Almost perfect communication with staff, earlier check-in information would be better for those travelling without Wi-Fi. In the big picture, not much to complain about.

• Zhuoxi (8/5): Strategic location, great rooms, poor sound insulation. - Great location and room was surprisingly spacious. The bed and towels were clean. Bathroom was small but still usable. The only issue was the sound insulation. Be prepared to sleep when the last person inside the B&B comes back, and wake up when the first person leaves. You will hear everything.

Strongly reccommend! - Fantastic Location, quiet little spot right in the centre of Rome, only a few minutes from the major attractions. Breakfast was good every morning and the rooms were cleaned and re-freshed every day. Mario and all of the other staff were excellent and accommodated any requests that we had. Check in was easy, check out was easier. Good bathroom, good sized bedroom. We had a balcony, highly recommend booking a room with a balcony if you can. It's difficult to think of anything that could be better without changing the whole experience! The balcony was shared with the rest of the suite, but this actually ended up helping me out when I accidentally locked myself out!

• Rebeca (8/5): Muito bom, excelente localização! - Gostei muito da localização, fizemos tudo a pé e tem muito comércio na regiao. O quarto era bom e tinha o que precisávamos. O café da manhã era muito bom também. Todos os dias limpavam e trocavam toalhas, o que foi um ponto positivo. Vazava água do box no piso do banheiro depois do banho, o chão ficava molhado. Por se tratar de um apto que foi transformado num pequeno hotel, a acústica de um quarto pro outro não é muito boa, então é possível escutar os hóspedes de quartos vizinhos.
• Giovanna Rizzetto (7/5): - La poisizione é molto comoda. Il Colosseo si trova a qualche minuto a piedi, la stazione metro Cavour a 3 minuti a piedi. La strada é calma e non trafficata quindi si dorme bene. La colazione é semplice ma buona e la signora che la prepara é molto gentile. La stanza é sicuramente meno bella di come sembrava nelle foto. I mobili sono un po' datati. Solo una sedia per appoggiare le proprie cose. Il bagno é senza finestra e la ventilazione non funziona molto bene ed é rumorosa. Il vetro della porta finistra non era pulito. Spesso c'era un odore di chiuso nella stanza.

Nosotros no desayunamos en el hotel, pero el desayuno se veia muy completo. A veces habia un olor raro en el baño pero nada terrible

Penso que a hospedagem poderia ter uma ação mais pró-ativa com relação aos órgãos de trânsito da municipalidade a fim de evitar multas dos veículos locados pelos hóspedes.

• Ozan (8/5): Good Breakfast and Helpfull Staff - The location is somehow close to the attractions. 15-30 minutes walk away. The owners are nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. It is also very close to Roma Termini and other metro stations, but anyhow, you need to walk everywhere. Some minor issues with the bathroom, but not very important.

• Mykyta (10/5): Чисто, удобно, хорошо! - Местоположение, приветливый персонал, удобная инструкция для заселения, чистый номер, все супер вежливо. Наши пожелания учитывали и даже оставили завтрак для нас, когда у нас не было возможности его посетить! Не хватило вентиляции и в номере достаточно влажно, но это нормально для Рима зимой. На сообщения мы не получали ответ оперативно. Городской налог не был указан, о нем мы узнали уже при заселении и платили на месте.

• Michail (8/5): - Lage ist gut. Neben Maria Maggiore Basilikum ca. 800m vom Termini Hauptbahnhof. Ok für Shortstay. Altbau mit Altbau spezifischen Geruch. Es hat nicht gestört, aber könnte besser sein. Laut in der Früh, da die Mitarbeiter den Frühstück bereiten. Sehr hellhörig.

Excellent varied breakfast for very reasonable price. Will return when in Rome next time. Hard to recall anything I did not like, stay was very comfortable. Could use more electric outlets for electronic devices in our room.

• Maksim (10/5): Прекрасное место в Риме - Прекрасное расположение- 12 минут пешком до Термини и все достопримечательности в пешей доступности ! Тихая улица. Удобная кровать и подушки , на балконе можно проводить вечера , делясь впечатлениями ! В номере тепло и чисто, с горячей водой все ок! Быстрый интернет . Вечером можно найти парковочные места на улице. Хозяин Марио всегда на связи и помогает в решении всех вопросов - очень гостеприимен ! Завтрак достаточно разнообразен - мюсли , несколько видов круассанов, яйца , несколько видов мяса и сыра, йогурты , сладости , кофе на выбор и соки-можно найти себе по вкусу . Обязательно вернусь в следующих визитах в Рим!

The apartment location is ideal for exploring the heart of Rome, with easy access to major attractions. Each morning began with a nice small breakfast buffet, and we especially appreciated the thoughtfully equipped bathroom — the bidet was a wonderful touch! A comfortable, convenient, and happy stay overall.

• Ramon (9/5): - A localização é excelente! Todas as principais atrações fiz a pé. Coliseu, Fontana di Trevi, Panteão, Altar da Pátria, Piazza Navona. Ao lado da Igreja de Santa Maria Maggiore onde está o túmulo do Papa Franciso. Mário ainda nos ajudou com a mala cujo cadeado quebrou. O café é muito bom, apesar de não ter grande variedade. O quarto é pequeno, mas você só vai nele pra dormir mesmo. É um apartamento que foi dividido em quatro quartos. Então é um pouco apertado a área do café.

• Chiara (7/5): - Für 1,2 Nächte ist diese Unterkunft absolut akzeptabel. Für den Komfort, den sie bietet, allerdings im Preis- Leistungsverhältnis etwas enttäuschend. Kühlschrank und Safe waren vorhanden. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten waren sehr instabil. Leider funktionierte der Rolladen nicht. Wir persönlich empfanden das gesamte Zimmer als sehr eng, inklusive Bad. Zudem gab es zu wenige Steckdosen. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft, für denjenigen, der sich mit dem minimalen Standard zufrieden gibt, sicherlich gut geeignet. Wir hatten ein leckeres Frühstück, auch auf individuelle Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Der Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert (man bekommt einen Code und eine Beschreibung, wie man den Zugsng zum Zimmer erhält). Wenn man einen persönlichen Bezug zu den Gastgebern wünscht und mehr auf Gastfreundlichkeit wert legt, ist das wahrscheinlich nicht das beste Hotel.

• Rebeca (10/5): - Local muito limpo, cheiroso e arrumado. A equipe é super simpática, organizada e ficou disponível sempre que precisei de ajuda. O café é gostoso e bem servido. Voltaria com certeza! Meu único problema, foi não ter conseguido abrir uma porta porque a chave quebrou dentro. Mas mesmo assim, fui prontamente atendida e resolveram o problema, sem me cobrar adicional algum. Fiquei morrendo de vergonha mas agradecida pela ajuda rápida.

El primer dia llegamos y no podiamos ingresar porque estaba mal el codigo pero Marianela lo soluciono muy rapido y vino a asistirnos en todo momento. El personal y la atencion un 10. Ultimo dia a la mañana tuvimos problema que no habia agua en el alojamiento. Lo super recomiendo para un par de noches

Breakfast was basic and too many sweet options, needed some better cereal or granola options, but generally good. Uncomfortable beds, pretty much same experience all over Italy - hard mattresses and huge pillows, waking up with a sore back and headache most mornings. But nothing a good coffee won’t fix.
