The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and very importantly, there is public transport to everywhere just 2 minutes away, which is a great advantage for visiting more distant destinations To replace the TV in the living room, it is too small

• Shadrach (8/5): Well situated, comfortable and clean - Apparently was spacious, clean, and well stocked for self catering (salt, sugar, teas and coffee). Comfortably fit the 5 of us. Very well situated between the old town and the jewish quarter for sight seeing, and a tram stop right around the corner when we were tired of walking. It was a little cold at times and we couldn't change the heating (I think it switched to a summer time regime while we were there).

• Emily (9/5): Beautiful old apartment in the heart of Kraków. - Location was perfect for a weekend visit to Kraków. There are also lots of tram connections close by. We stayed as a family of five (2 adults, 3 kids) so used the sofa bed and 2 double beds. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was great and emailed us all the details on request beforehand as our train arrived in at midnight.

• Luques (8/5): - Location is very good. Walkable distance to all places of interest. The kitchennete is very minimaly equipped. Being a family with a toddler it was critical for us to be able to cook proper meals. The only pan was all scratched and we could not use it. The 2 cooking pots were tiny, could not even boil a pasta for 3 adults. The floor under beds were dirty and there was garbage under it.

• Maria L. (9/5): - Location is perfect for sightseeing! The apartment is very clean and comfortable, very well equipped. Several grocery shops. a cafe and a pharmacy nearby. The tram is quite noisy right outside the window. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, the stairs are high and slippery.
• Hannah (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - Amazing location, literally between the Old Town and Kazimierz and everything was very walkable. Apartment was very clean, decorated well, in a nice old building. The reception could not have been more helpful on WhatsApp and phone when we had problems with the lock, they were very quick to help us and very nice about it. Would recommend Fragola apartments and return on a future visit. In the Turquoise apartment, one of the bedrooms was behind a glass door, like the living room had been converted- it needed a curtain over the glass door for privacy. Also needed a rail for clothes in there. This room also had the sofa, would have liked a sofa seating area not in here but this was just the apartment we booked. Next time would book a larger apartment. The bathroom locks didn’t work. The front door was a key pad and was difficult to use, but reception was extremely helpful with this. We couldn’t find any cutlery (but not an issue as we only ate out).

Doccia con acqua bollente e con ottima pressione. Bagno piccolo, cieco e non ventilato. Un asciugamano era bucato. Aggiungerei in cucina un panno, tovaglioli e una macchina per caffè. Tappeto in camera da letto non molto pulito.

Το ενα μπάνιο μια είχε ζεστό νερό και μια δεν είχε. Λείπει επίσης ο απορροφητήρας αν θέλει κάποιος να μαγειρέψει. Επισης το WiFi ήταν πολύ ασταθές.

• chen (9/5): - We loved the apartment! It was perfectly clean, well kept and comfortable. Location is great, we walked everywhere. There are many good places to go very close. There is a book with the recommendations that we used frequently. Communication with the hosts was very good and fast, they were very kind and helpful. There is no privet parking, you need to park in the street and we got a parking ticket once (our fault). The kitchen is too small to cook in but very comfortable if you just order in.

• ZENAIDA (8/5): Apartamento bonito con una entrada bastante destartalada. - el apartamento estaba muy bien, el aire acondicionado bien, la decoración muy bonita, con espacio. habia cafe para el desayuno, con suficientes toallas y almohadones para la cama. También valore mucho que hubieran dos baños completos y las habitaciones con intimidad. la comunicación con el anfitrion fue mala, desde el primer momento. No nos aclarabamos a entrar con el codigo y no nos aclaro como hacerlo, finalmente probando logramos acceder al interior, fue un poco estresante pues llegamos muy tarde por la noche y es una calle con poca luz.

• Christophe (4/5): Beware of the noise including tramways!!! - - living and dining rooms were ok - 1 bathroom for each bedroom was great... but the showers were far too small! - Location was good on the paper but one needs to know that all the windows are not on quiet Jozefa Sarego street but on the main street round the corner with many tramways running from 4.30 in the morning untill late in the night!!! - Kitchen was poorly equipped and far too small for flat with 4 or 6 people - Showers were far too small especially when the bathrooms were large enough to accommodate nice and comfortable!!

• EwaB (10/5): fantastyczny - Komfortowy apartament w centrum Krakowa. Pokoje przestrzenne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone, podobnie kuchnia (w zasadzie aneks kuchenny). Apartament z z dwoma łazienkami. Na wyposażeniu czajnik, talerze, kubki, szklanki, sztućce, pralka, żelazko i suszarka do włosów. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna - blisko dworca PKP, Starego Rynku, przystanków tramwajowych, stacji kolejowej Kraków-Grzegórzki (co ważne np dla jadących na lotnisko), na granicy Starego Miasta i urokliwego Kazimierza. Kontakt z firmą zarządzającą bardzo dobry - osoby na infolinii bardzo sympatyczne i pomocne. Brak klimatyzacji (apartament ma okna na południowy-wschód (S-E), więc latem jest gorąco pomimo roletek w oknach.
• G.G (6/5): - De lokatie was top. Inchecken was makkelijk. Het was schoon. Er was een wasmachine beschikbaar De foto’s lijken totaal niet op de werkelijkheid. Er zijn geen planten of leuke aankleding, Het was wat karig, ook de keuken was minimaal ingericht . Parkeren 25,- euro per dag. Hartje Krakau dus dat kan maar wees er duidelijker over in de beschrijving . En het zit op de 3 e verdieping wees daar duidelijk over .

• Karīna (9/5): - Ļoti ērta atrašanās vieta - rokas stiepiena attālumā no Wāveles pils, vecpilsētas, upes, Kazimierz rajona. Tas pat pārsniedza gaidīto. Dzīvoklis pirmskara laika ēkas, trešajā stāvā. Turpat blakus mājai arī pārtikas veikaliņš, ja nu ko savajagas. Pats dzīvoklis plašs, ērts, moderns, gaumīgi iekārtots, ļoti tīrs un ir viss nepieciešamais ērtai dzīvošanai, gatavošanai. Ir arī kafija, tēja, cukurs, sāls. Pieejama arī veļasmašīna. Veļas mazgājamais līdzeklis pašiem gan būs jāpērk. Viss būtu pavisam ideāli, ja vien pēc karstas vasaras dienas, kad dzīvoklis saules pusē ir uzkarsis, naktī varētu turēt vaļā logus. Kondicionēšanas sistēmu, diemžēl, neizdevās iedarbināt pēc instrukcijas. Bet, tā kā esat centrāli novietoti, blakus tramvajs un cita satiksme, tad troksnis pie atvērtiem logiem. Ja aizver, tad gan troksni nedzird, skaņas izolācija laba. Vēsākā laikā tai nevajadzētu būt problēmai.
• Raweya (4/5): Great location, but unbearably hot, with a broken shower, loose door handle, and no support from management. - The apartment is in a convenient location between Old Town and Kazimierz, with good access to restaurants and attractions. It was also clean on arrival. my overall experience was very disappointing. The apartment was unbearably hot, and although I reached out during my stay, no assistance was offered not even something as simple as extra fans, or portable AC. Regardless of what is listed in the description, a host has a duty of care to ensure guests are comfortable, and this was ignored. The shower was broken and, as management admitted themselves, it was “a big job” to repair. What puzzled me most is that I reported this during my stay, yet they are still prepared to hand the apartment over to the next guest in the same condition. Carrying heavy luggage up several flights of stairs with no elevator was also extremely difficult and not clearly highlighted in advance. On top of that, the outside door handle was loose and felt like it would fall off, making it difficult to close the door securely. Overall, the lack of support and willingness to address issues turned what could have been a pleasant stay into a frustrating one. Future guests should be fully aware of these shortcomings before booking.

• sergio (9/5): Buena ubicación y buen alojamiento - Alojamiento en buena ubicación a unos 20 minutos de centro. Muy limpio, cama cómoda y grande, tiene bastantes cosas de menaje y de cosas típicas que siempre vienen bien, como café, azúcar etc. volvería sin ninguna duda. Pues que no tenía aire acondicionado, es cierto que deja dos ventiladores que algo hacen, pero en pleno agosto y la calor vendría bien un aire acondicionado.

• Krisztian (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable, but a bit noisy. - The location is very close to the old town, and is a short walk from all the main landmarks in Krakow. The windows face a busy road with noisy trams all day. Bring earplugs if you plan to sleep with the windows open. Although the apartment was advertised as "Two-Bedroom", there was only one bedroom with another bed in the living room that is in the same space as the kitchen and dining room. Keep this in mind if you expect privacy.

• Sarah (9/5): Fabulous city, lovely apartment, close to all the must-do sights, and close to trams if required. 2 stand out restauran - Great location - short walk from castle, old town square, and Jewish area. Nicely decorated, had everything we needed for a city break, 2 modern bathrooms helpful, comfortable beds and sofas, nice dining area. Would recommend. Pillows were like balloons - had to sleep without - this is only reason not rated a 10.

Walking distance to all of them. The house is more worn-down than the apartment. No detergent for the washing machine.

• Jeannette (10/5): Fabulous stay close to Krakow centre - Fabulous stay at this spacious stylish well appointed Jungle design 1st floor apartment in quiet tree-lined street in a great central location jut 5-10mins walk into Old Town and Kazimierz and train stations at Głowny and Grzegórzki. Busy road outside but didn’t bother us and was super quiet at night and we slept well with the black out curtains. Despite no aircon, the high ceilings and lots of windows gave comfortable airy through-draft and we didn’t need to use the free-standing fans provided. Clean, comfortable contemporary furnishings, plenty of towels & bed linens, ample kitchen utensils, tea/coffee and household supplies with nice little balcony table & chairs for morning coffee. Great communication from courteous attentive staff. Super easy check-in/out process and they let us store our carry-on bags at their office reception. Shower cubicle small but powerful mains water so be careful of overflowing the shower tray. Overall we had a superb stay at this hidden gem and I highly recommend it. Will be back! 🙌😊 Communal stairwell aged and tired but didn’t bother us as typical of city/centre and adds to the authenticity of the historic building.

Furniture and beds were very comfortable and spacious - the apartment had everything we needed. Nice to have the coffee tea and sugar in the cupboard too. It was a bit noisy at night - due to traffic noise - but we’re in a busy city’s to be expected. However due to long busy days and comfy beds we had no trouble sleeping
