• Annette (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful and pleasant. - Dean was the perfect host. Always friendly, pleasant and easy to communicate with. We were very satisfied with our place as everything was clean, comfortable and if just felt like a home away from home. The views were spectacular in the evening with the moon shining on the sea and same with the sun in the mornings. It was overall a great experience and we will definitely stay here again. We didnt want to go back home :)

Położony jest w genialnej lokalizacji, z widokiem na ocean, a z balkonu można było podziwiać przepiękne wschody słońca. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna i bezpieczna, a dodatkowo w bliskiej odległości znajdują się dwie dobre restauracje i małe centrum handlowe. Zamykane miejsce parkinowe na terenie posesji. Sam pokój jest wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba na krótki pobyt, a do tego na bieżąco sprzątany. Gospodarze są przesympatyczni, pomocni, chętnie dzielą się wskazówkami i poleceniami, zachowując przy tym prywatność. Polecam wszystkim

• Marie (9/5): - The space is comfortable and neat, with a great view over the bay. The bed is what dreams are made of. Coffee in those comfortable chairs were perfect to start the day, overlooking the ocean. The spot is conveniently located near a restaurant and mall within walking discount, and Simonstown a short drive away. It's a good base from where to explore the area.

The room with the terrace is perfect for a couple of nights and offers a beautiful ocean view. Hearing the waves and falling asleep with the window open was very relaxing. The host is very friendly and helpful, gave us lots of tips, and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. Parking is available on the premises, which was very convenient. Restaurants and shops are close, and the location is ideal as a base for excursions in the area. We loved staying there. Nothing, everything was good

• Lionel (10/5): Allez y les yeux fermés ! - Notre séjour fut absolument formidable. L'appartement, superbement équipé, offrait une vue mer époustouflante (photos à l'appui !). Un atout majeur : la proximité avec un centre commercial, des médecins et des restaurants. Nous recommandons chaleureusement le "Dixie", à 3 minutes à pied, qui allie une vue incroyable, une excellente cuisine et des prix très attractifs (près de 50% moins chers qu'en France), le tout servi par un personnel adorable. La situation est idéale : à 5 minutes de la plage des Pingouins et à environ 30 km de Camps Bay. Enfin, une mention spéciale pour M. Dean, le propriétaire, d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse rares, toujours à l'écoute et prêt à aider malgré la barrière linguistique. Après quatre nuits de rêve, nous n'avons qu'une hâte : y revenir ! On a tout adoré !
• Michael (10/5): Cozy apartment with sweeping views of False Bay - The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with private parking, and it's just a short ride to the shops and restaurants of Simon's Town. It is also in a perfect location to explore the Cape Peninsula with just a short ride to see the penguins in Boulders Beach, the Cape of Good Hope or the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden.

• Melanie (10/5): Perfekt - Ankommen, Wohlfühlen und einfach länger bleiben. 😉 - Einfach alles. Wir sind früher angekommen als Check-In war. Dennoch wurden wir unglaublich herzlich begrüßt und konnten unser Gepäck ohne Probleme abstellen. Zudem erhielten wir gleich Empfehlungen wo wir gutes Essen und Kaffee bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen. Simon’s Town ist super nah, und auch sonst kommt man überall gut hin. Sei es mit Uber oder einem Mietwagen. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und uns super wohl gefühlt. Besonders von dem Ausblick aufs Meer konnten wir kaum genug kriegen. Und um ehrlich zu sein, wir hätten mehr Zeit dort einplanen sollen. Aber gut, wir sind fürs nächste Mal schlauer. Es gab nichts Negatives.

Highly recommen - A lovely location for exploring the peninsula down to Cape Point. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. Nice to be able to open the door onto the patio and let in the noise of the sea.

Dean und Hilary sind fantastische Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und versorgen einen mit vielen guten Tipps. Simonstown ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um früh (vor dem großen Besucherandrang) an den Cape Point zu fahren. Alles war perfekt!

Communication was excellent and the hosts were very accommodating when my husband joined me last-minute. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, the place is cosy and our suitcases were packed into the main house so we can enjoy the space more comfortably. The location is perfect and the views are insta-worthy! Overall our experience was nothing short of amazing but it is worth noting that there is another room on the property sharing a wall which can cause a disturbance if your neighbours are noisy, in this case we were the culprits who had to lower their voices after we returned late one evening. I highly recommend De LA Hilcremat for a memorable stay! Thank you Dean & Hilary We battled with network/signal issues in the area.

The famous Boulders Beach with the penguins is just a 5min drive away. It is also perfectly located for a daytrip to Cap of Good Hope & the national park. Supermarkets & Restaurants are close by.

As for the room, it is very comfortable, good facilities, a balcony to relax that is breathtaking. The owners Hilary and Dean are very friendly, very welcoming and give many tips on what we can do close by. I Liked everything

Nearby Simon's Town is laid back vibe with nice restaurants. More action in 10 minutes drive to Kalk Bay, buzzing at late afternoon/evenings. No complaints. Gusty winds come with the territory.

It was a better location than staying in Simonstown as there is a lovely beach nearby and also a new shopping centre (with great coffee!). The room was bright, modern and very clean, and also had a wonderful balcony. Excellent communication with the friendly hosts, good security and a very pleasant stay. The room is great base in this area and has a very quiet location. Sea views and the sunrise views were a bonus. Clean, very comfortable and also a very good bathroom. Highly recommended. Nothing at all to dislike about this property, it is so good. I cannot think of anything which I did not like.
