• Connor (8/5): - The room was very clean and spacious, lovely balcony overlooking the gardens, excellent air con, room cleaned every 2 days but essentials like water and toilet roll were restocked every day. The restaurant below the guesthouse was really nice too. Location - in terms of proximity to beach/restaurants/dive schools etc very good but right on the main road and in the hustle and bustle of the island centre so if you want something quieter this may not be the place for you. Very loud at night from nearby bars etc. Karaoke until early hours of the morning most nights. I know this isn’t the guesthouse fault and also we expected this given the location of the guesthouse.
• Marion (10/5): Nous reviendrons à coup sûr - L’emplacement, l’accueil, le restaurant juste à côté avec -10% si on mange la bas, la chambre confortable et propre ! Nous avons juste eu des difficultés à trouver l’emplacement car ça n’indique pas le bon endroit sur goggle maps mais arrêtez vous en face de la pharmacie à côté du 7/11 la où il y a des glaces ! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr ! Beaucoup beaucoup de moustiques dehors sur la terrasse, difficile de boire un café tranquillement. Mais sinon le reste est parfait!

• Amelia (10/5): - Had a really great stay here. Staff super helpful (she drove me to a previous hotel as I had forgot my passport). Room was nice and cosy, accompanied with a balcony and seating. Location is great but can be loud at night.
• Angelika (3/5): - Jedyną zaleta tego hotelu jest to, że jest w centrum i blisko do plaży Sairee. Na samym początku przywitał nas smród moczu w pokoju, który był nie do zniesienia. Gdy go zgłosiliśmy dostaliśmy jedynie odświeżacz powietrza, który pomógł na jakiś czas. Łazienka nadaje się do generalnego remontu! Podczas kąpieli cała się zalewała. Wydaje mi się że warunki w hostelu są lepsze niż w tym obiekcie. Nie polecam

• Meiting (6/5): Ok so-so - Value for money; location is good. No kettle for boiling water. I placed "make-up room" at my door but my room was not make up. I dislike that the toilet trash bin has no cover lid. Toilet can be renovated better to look cleaner.

• Larnia (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - The property is clean and well decorated. We had everything we could have needed for our stay in Koh Tao. We were worried about some of the other reviews saying that it was quite noisy, due to it being so centrally located but we really didn’t find this to be the case. You are close to the beach/some nightlife so it’s not ‘silent’ but we personally didn’t find it disruptive and the location was amazing for diving, the beach and exploring. Staff were friendly and healthy, housekeeping was great - we both work online and the wifi was great throughout. No complaints

• N (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Hele fijne plek, midden in het centrum. Prachtige kamers en lieve mensen. Luide muziek kun je nog wel horen snachts maar maakte ons niet veel uit.

• Kira (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt im Party Viertel - Sehr zentrale Lage, netter Eigentümer, super Preisleistungsverhältnis, der Ventilator über dem Bett ist super für die Nacht wenn man keine Klimaanlage anmachen will, Klimaanlage nicht aufs Bett gerichtet, schöne gepflegte Anlage, jeden Tag frisches Wasser und Klopapier. Sehr laut durch Musik aus der Party Straße, Badezimmer nicht so modern und stand häufig unter Wasser.

• Pauline (7/5): Hôtel très correct - Hôtel idéalement placé au cœur de l’animation de Koh Tao et de Sairee Beach. Par conséquent vous entendrez un peu la musique et les soirées des restaurants voisins. Pour les sommeils légers à éviter. Chambre très correct. Nous avions une première chambre (#8) où l’odeur des canalisations remontaient mais 1h après l’installation nous avons demandé à changer et le personnel a trouvé une solution pour nous changer de chambre (#6). Hôtel correct pour personnes ne passant pas de temps à l’hôtel mais plutôt en vadrouille sur l’île.

• Nathan (10/5): Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if we are back in Koh Tao - really highly recommend it - Really great location not far from beach and close to shops restaurants and bars Room was clean, spacious and modern we really enjoyed our stay here Staff were very friendly and helpful FYI is above/behind the restaurant but not hard to find if you look out for it No complaints at all we loved our stay here
• Lilli Zoë (8/5): Angenehme 6 Nächte! Lage ist der Hammer. - Die Lage ist der Hammer! Mittendrin im Trubel. Man hat alles vor der Haustür. Den Strand, schöne Cafés, kleine Shops, Restaurants, Bars, 7/11, Wäschesalon, Rollerverleih etc.. Es war sehr sauber. Alle zwei Tage wird geputzt und sogar die Bettwäsche wird gewechselt. Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Das Bett ist ziemlich hart, man hat nur ein Kissen und ein dünnes Laken. Leider hat man als negative Auswirkung des mitten im Trubel seins, dass es sehr sehr laut ist nachts. Man hört die Bars, Clubs und morgens und abends leider immer sehr laut das Garagentor des anliegenden Cafés. Mit Ohrenstöpsel ging es aber. Das Badezimmer könnte mal einen deep clean vertragen, um den Kalk und andere Verschmutzungen aus der Dusche zu entfernen. Das stört aber ja eigentlich nicht und es war sonst sehr sauber. Alles in allem aber wirklich trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!

• Sophie (4/5): Not great - Pretty courtyard, clean rooms, location is good during the day, however at night you can hear very loud music and karaoke until early hours of the morning. Good for one night, wouldn’t stay any longer. Steps out onto the busiest junction with non stop traffic, very loud. Shower was the worst.

• Bianca (10/5): Schön und modern - Wirklich sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft. Wir hatten sie gebucht, weil wir eine Nacht auf eine andere Unterkunft ausweichen mussten und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Man bekommt zwar was vom Nachtleben mit, aber es ist dennoch tendenziell ruhig und trotzdem ist man mitten im Geschehen. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar.

Niestety ale wieczorem dużo jest miejsc, które są głośne, muzyka jest do 1:00-1:30 nad ranem i nawet w zatyczkach nie da się spać (chyba że ktoś planuje chodzić na imprezy to jest do miejsce dla niego). W łazience jest dużo pleśni (lub czegoś podobnego) na płytkach od wilgoci co nie jest estetyczne oraz nieprzyjemny zapach.

• Peter (10/5): Sairee Sairee - The room was very nice and clean. What you need is available. Perfect location. Aldo on the main road... very quiet in the room. I would come back!We'll, it's not the hotel, but to many people on scooters. Some of the local people are not that nice....

• Kaylinda (9/5): - This place was a great option for a last minute booking. It was clean, very conveniently located and the staff was super kind and welcoming. The bathroom had really low water pressure in both the shower and toilet and a kinda bed smell. Overall though it wasn't a problem.
• Trops (1/5): Very dirty and smelly place, with cockroaches. - Nothing Very dirty and smelly place, with cockroaches. It feels like the owners don’t care about cleanliness or maintenance at all — everything is neglected, probably because the rooms are fully booked anyway. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty, the towels smelled bad, the lighting was terrible, and the fridge was so filthy you didn’t even want to touch it. Truly an awful place, and being in Thailand is absolutely not an excuse to ignore this level of dirt and neglect.

À notre grande surprise, pas possible de payer en carte de crédit, seulement en espèces, inacceptable car tous les hôtels que nous avons fait pendant un mois en Thaïlande l’acceptait! Serviette de douche tachée! Comme cet hôtel fait le ménage tous les 2 jours, je pensais que la prochaine serviette serait propre sans taches, c’était pire! les serviettes étaient très vieilles, très usées donc très mauvaise qualité, honteux! Douche sans séparation donc sol inondé jusqu’au lavabo et WC. Très peu pression d’eau dans la douche et lavabo. Support papier toilette à moitié cassé!! Personnel invisible! Cet hôtel est très cher par rapport au service proposé, sachant que en ayant fait un mois en Thaïlande on peut comparer, pour ce prix par nuit on a eu des très bons hôtels! Il ne mérite pas être un 3 étoiles. Nous déconseillons vivement cet établissement!

• Evie (10/5): Great accomodation and value for money - Perfect location — just 100m from Sairee Beach and right in the center, surrounded by restaurants and bars. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I even extended my stay, and I would have stayed longer if there had been availability. Excellent accommodation and great value for money! Nothing- for the money i paid everything was good.

• Ronja (4/5): Not clean and very noisy - It was near to the beach, to the seven-eleven supermarket and to restaurants. There is a party- hostel directly next to the hotel, which made it very loud and hard to fall asleep. The bathroom was not clean. You have to pay the hotel cash and it is definitely not worth the money. The guy at the front desk was not so friendly. I would not book the hotel again.

• Isabelle (10/5): Luxury and location - The room was huge and well decorated with Aircon and a fan. It had a beautiful balcony with ample seating and best of all it's location is great. Beds are a little hard for my liking and because the location is so central, you can hear a bit of the noise from the bars etc but it didn't bother me. Still had a good night's sleep!

• Craig (8/5): Great location. - Centrally located, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Property was clean and comfortable. Restaurant downstairs was always busy, although i didn’t eat there. No TV in the room as advertised.

The bathroom was not comfortable to be in, very strange smell that stayed for the entire stay. Water leaked from tap every time we used it.
