The staff in the dining are the BEST in what they do. Thank you guys. They have one of the best choices of breakfast buffet. A must try is the grapefruit salad in the dining if given a chance during lunch or dinner. Patrick in the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are big and has all the amenities for your comfort. Too bad didn’t get to visit their pool and gym but my daughter says it was a good one. Feliz Hotel is our choice when we return to Boracay again .

I tried to convince my wife to rearrange our travel plans to stay here a couple of more nights, the place is that awesome!! The pictures do not do this place justice!! The grounds are incredible, the safe are incredible (shout out to Angel, Dale, April, and Bert) you made this trip for us) the room was so clean and the overall service was exceptional. The hotel is located right in the action area but still quiet. It’s about a two minute walk to the beach. This hotel is truly a 5 star experience. Will certainly recommend!

- Ljupka (10/5): - We spent 10 days at Feliz. Hotel has a great location in the heart of Boracay with many options for dinning and just a few minutes from the beach. There were many activities nearby and easy to arrange. Hotel can also arrange everything for you to make it easier. Staff were very friendly and nice, we really enjoyed our stay. At night, due to the location, it was somewhat loud but we didnt mind, if you prefer to sleep early and in quiet, this may not be a great choice for you. Thanks again for the hospitality, we will definitely visit again.

The staff are so accommodating and the free popcorn and kids area, shallow pools, were a huge bonus for us. Being in the heart of Dmall Boracay gave us a lot of shopping options and restaurants. But at the same time, the hotel provided quiet sanctuary!

I told the lady that asked me to leave that I was just waiting for my wife for a few minutes. Next thing, the guy was pulling the chairs around me without asking me first. I asked to talk to the Manager named Dan, no explanation nor apologies. I will never go back to this hotel. Filipino tourist are treated like second class citizens, and we’re US citizens from California. Very rude.

The service and the attentiveness they provided for me and my friends are above and beyond my expectations. The property was right next to an abandoned, unclean lot used as disposal for surplus materials. The bathroom was not properly designed with moldy sinks and towel holders that kept on falling. I was so relieved to leave and move to another hotel around the area. It did not even smell clean. I mentioned my complaints including perhaps getting another room, but to no avail. Was looking forward to my stay bc of its high rating, but it was quite a dissappointment.

- Alfred (10/5): - Feliz is right in the heart of d'mall. So many restaurants and shops you can just walk to. Room is nice and big and easily fits a family of 4. Definitely try and get some coco mama and halo mango, it's just a walk away.
- Keith (10/5): - The room was gorgeous and very large, excellent value. Although not directly on the beach, it’s a very short walk and the trade off was worth it based on the other hotels that were on the beach and didn’t appear as nice. Rooftop pool is the perfect place to avoid the sunset beach crowd.
- Michael (2/5): Not Professional - I developed severe nerve pain in my back and had a doctors letter that I could not travel but even though my wife contacted them 2 weeks before the trip they did the typical "sorry sir" we can not refund your 6 day stay that we already paid for.
- Benjamin M. (6/5): - This is a beautiful and elegant hotel worthy of 5 stars, but falls short of providing their customers the comfort and customer service expected of them for the price we pay. First, we are greeted by a very efficient but stoic lady at check-in. The icy unwelcome atmosphere was palpable. The best welcome offer sans smile was complimentary popcorn. I would have been amused if it came with complimentary Tom and Jerry movie as well. The worst part of our stay was we could not sleep into the morning because the room has no shades to block the morning sun starting 5:30am. Although the bed was comfortable and had a luxurious feel, the bed was creaky. We had 3 sleeplessness nights. The bathroom was beautiful as well like the bedroom, but the double sinks are clogged and don't drain properly. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with a fountain and the hallways are always breezy and comfy. Our favorite was the roofdeck where we made up for lost sleep. But our stay was not comfortable for reasons explained. Needless to say, we won't be staying here again.

- Eduardo (10/5): - Excellent. I was so impressed how beautiful the property was and the staff were amazing. It is right near so many shops and restaurants. You can book airport transport thru them and any transport on the island you may need. I would fully recommend.

- Nhel (10/5): - This is our second time staying here and we’re glad we did! We had plenty of options as far as accommodations but we based our decision from our past experience and this won’t be the last. You can’t beat the exceptional service from the staff who goes above and beyond for you. A few hours before our departure from Caticlan, we were informed the ship canceled the scheduled sailing. We had a very important family event to attend and Chris from guest services made sure we’re able to get a ride/speed boat to take us to our destination. You can’t beat that kind of service and dedication. We will definitely be back!

- Maria Celine (10/5): - We like the interior aesthetics of the hotel, the location, the price point, and most of all, the friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is the lack of peace and quiet in the beach area. I wish the authorities would limit the number of beach hawkers hard selling us for activities, merchandise sales, assistance with photography, etc. Also, it would be great if the beach were regularly cleaned of trash especially plastics. If the hotel owners could lobby with the local government in this regard, it would be great for a better Boracay experience for local Cal’s and tourists alike.

- Dianne (6/5): - Check in could have been a lot better. Attendant couldn’t find my reservation, and told me it had been canceled (this was so stressful and frustrating!) because I checked in late. They later found paper documents of the reservation on another attendant’s desk. This attendant also took our IDs, forgot to return them, and then asked to deliver them at a later time. Another colleague was also informed to ask us for our IDs. We didn’t even realize our IDs were not returned to us because of the stressful check in. Regarding the hotel itself, the location of the hotel was convenient. It is in the mall, so food, shopping, and the beach are all nearby. (FYI, there are so many people in this station of the island, so if you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is not the place to be.) The room was spacious and felt decently clean. Breakfast is included and the selection changes daily. Food was all right.. For checkout, they inspect the room before allowing you to leave. I’ve never had this experience before, so it was a little odd. However, it came in handy for my mom who had unknowingly forgotten her ring in the room. This was returned to her before we left the hotel. Overall, the staff was accommodating and it was a convenient place to stay.

- James Leonard (8/5): - Great and accommodating staff. We are able to leave our luggage before check in and hours after check out - which was very convenient. The only issues during our stays was that the room phone is not working due to technical difficulties, and the main elevator was down the first 2 days of our 3 day stay. One of the bulbs in our washroom also is flickering. However aside from those issues, the staff was awesome and made us feel welcomed.

- Carmen (10/5): - Love Feliz hotel, very clean and new, spacious and beautiful bathroom. The staffs are above and beyond, the check in/check out, can’t remember all their names. All the concierge, especially Jom & Cris and the waitstaff. Everybody we encountered were all very friendly, helpful and make our stay very enjoyable. The location is great, very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. This is my 2nd time at Feliz Hotel Boracay and definitely, I will be back. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

- Jonathan (10/5): - I had a peaceful stay at the hotel, where the staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately attended to by the concierge, who took my bags and escorted me to my room after I checked in at the front desk. The room was clean and tidy, thanks to the housekeeping team for making it up daily. The breakfast was okay, though it could use a little more variety. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic—just a minute walk to the white beach and very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful experience.

It provided us great assistance from luggages up to restaurant selections around the area and even transportation. It was good stay experience for my family.

- Edna (10/5): - This place was amazing! It’s located in a shopping area. The food was delicious(coming from an American). It was very clean and as robes and slippers in the room. There was plenty of seating if you want to have guests and the spa amenities were reasonable. Breakfast was included and it was a comfort to have French toast for breakfast 😋.
