Antonio and Antonela are totally in tuned with their guests’ needs. The quality of service and hospitality exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and is set in a stunning location. The rooms were lovely and very clean; we had a bedroom, a kitchen-diner, a bathroom and a large covered terrace leading out into the beautiful garden. The countryside is gorgeous, hilly and wooded. The B&B is in the village and can only be reached on foot. The car park is a 3-minute walk above Ca’Luni. The breakfast was very lovingly prepared and delicious, as well as sustainable and regional, with homemade jam, pickled ricotta, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, muesli and fresh fruit – it varied from day to day. But the best thing was the wonderful hosts, who were very friendly, humorous, and had tips for day trips. They speak English fluently. We’ll definitely be back. nothing

- Matthijs (8/5): Prima - Wij zijn 3 nachten geweest bij Ca Luni B&B. De Locatie is prachtig, en het ontbijt is prima. Personeel is super vriendelijk. De externe badkamer buiten de kamer om te bereiken viel iets tegen. Wij zouden het zelf af raden om met baby's te komen. Niet praktisch, en er is niet veel in de nabije buurt gelegen.

Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts haben sie uns gleich zweimal mit einem hervorragenden Menü verwöhnt – ein echtes Highlight! Die Unterkunft selbst ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung, fast wie ein kleines Paradies. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
- Daniel (8/5): Für diese Region auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert und ein tolle B&B wenn man dass richtige Zimmer bucht - Die gesamte B&B ist sehr schön und toll gemacht und etwas außergewöhnliches und besonderes! Es ist sehr sauber und sehr schön modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der Hauptraum mit Küche und Wohnzimmer und die Lage natürlich am Hang mit der Aussicht! Fantastisch! Betten sehr bequem und netterweise hat der Besitzer unsere Lebensmittel in der Küche gekockt, da uns nicht bewusst war, dass wir selbst nicht kochen dürfen in der Küche, die auf den Fotos war. Wir konnten den Kühlschrank benutzen in der Küche, sowie Besteck und Teller etc... Die Lage ist toll um die Umgebung und die Landschaft zu erkunden. Der Besitzer ist sehr professionell und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und hat auf digitalen Weg stets schnell geantwortet und geholfen bzüglich Restaurantreservierung! Ich empfehle die Erfahrung und die Unterunkunft. Sehr toll der Pool für Kids (aber nichts für Erwachsene Schwimmer, da zu klein) sowie die Aussicht und die Chillout -Areas am ganzen hang! Ein Traum! Die Lage direkt im Ortskern sehr authentisch und schön! Große Auswahl an Frühstücksoptionen (auf den ersten Blick über digitalen Bestellweg). Der Besitzer kannte sich sehr toll aus! "Wo Licht ist, ist auch Schatten" Leider waren wir überrascht, als wir sahen, dass wir zwei kleine Zimmer erhalten haben mit separaten Türen anstelle von einem Zimmer, wo zwei Betten drinnen sind. Das war nicht so ersichtlich beim Buchen bei Booking. Normalerweise würde man 2 Zimmer dann buchen und nicht ein Zimmer &Nachhinein sind es dann doch zwei zimmer mit zwei Türen. Glücklicherweise waren die Zimmer nebeneinander, jedoch musste jeweils ein Erwachsener mit einem Kind schlafen und nicht Erwachsene in einem Bett und die 2 Kinder in einem Doppelbett. Hier könnte man das besser beschreiben bei Booking finde ich. Das war jedoch letzendlich kein wirkliches Problem für uns &wir haben es hingenommen, da man es nicht ändern konnte und außerdem war der Besitzer zuvorkommend und hat uns mit unseren Lebensmitteln geholfen und gab uns ausgezeichnete Tipps für Ausflüge und Events! Dass das Bad im Stockwerk drunter war, war auch etwas umständlich, da, das Bad im gleichen Stockwerk für ein anderes Zimmer (Doppelbett + Einzelbett) reserviert war und wir somit mit Kids immer nach unten gehen mussten. Dafür war das Bad im Erdgeschoß relativ groß und gemütlich mit toller Dusche. Trotzdem hätten wir uns das Bad oben lieber gewünscht. War jetzt aber keine große Sache. Das Frühstück fanden wir nicht so toll, bis auf das Omlett welches lecker und gut war! Es gab altes Brot und die Dinge waren sehr minimalistisch vorbereitet worden, was ja in Ordnung ist, aber es war ein ticken zu "mini". Es haben irgendwie Highlights gefehlt. Leider entspricht das Frühstück nicht den Fotos auf Booking alla Buffetform. Leider kam der Kaffe nicht als erstes, bzw. es gab nicht die Möglichkeit erstmal früh morgens sich einen Kaffee zu holen, sondern es kam dann alles stückweise und der Kaffe ebenso.

Ottima colazione casalinga. Antonio è super ferrato su ogni camminata e posticino da visitare nei dintorni, oltre a consigliare posti ottimi dove pranzare/cenare. Le camere, essendo ristrutturate in un casolare in pietra, hanno necessità del deumidificatore e purtroppo il macchinario si accende ciclicamente anche di notte. Tutto sopportabile comunque.

The view from terrace was amazing. The room wasn't pleasent. Really humidy and cold and quiet stinky. Room has small heater which didn't help. Owner turned on main heater but just for little bit so didn't have any effect. I woke up in the middle of night freezing cold. The bedding was wet. Really not pleasent. If it wouldn't be the amazing dinner I would give 5.

The views were amazing and the property is tastefully and comfortable decorated inside. Wonderful and kind hosts and the meal prepared for us was also amazing. Highly recommended. Nothing! It was perfect!

The moment you arrive, you're greeted by the warmth of the owners, Antonella and Antonio, who make you feel right at home. Their passion for hospitality shines through in every detail, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the delicious homemade breakfast. The B&B itself is a charming stone building surrounded by lush gardens and stunning views of the surrounding hills. The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the local area. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which was served on the terrace overlooking the garden. If you want, Antonio will cook you dinner, you just have to book it in advance (belive me is worth it). The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with local ingredients. If you're looking for a relaxing and authentic Tuscan experience, Ca'Luni B&B is the perfect place to stay. We highly recommend it! If you are looking for a place of tranquility, this is the right place to go. We definitely going to vist them again!

- Francesca (10/5): Exceptional - B&B immersed in the green hills of Tuscany. Very calm and peaceful. All the food was locally produced or cultivated in their garden. Antonela and Antonio are fantastic hosts! They make you feel welcomed and have an eye for details. Totally recommended :)
- Pablo (10/5): Fantastiskt - Fantastiskt ställe. Värden och personal är mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Rummet var rent och fint och kändes fräscht. Utsikten från rummet var magisk. Frukosten var 5/5. Omgivningen och miljön omkring är super och hotellets trädgård med pool och anslutning till floden är fantastiskt fin. Det är helt klart ett av de bästa hotellen jag varit på! Enkelt, men ändå genuint, rent och varmt. 👌😌

The pressure of water was not constant.

Everything is amazing: from the breakfast to the rooms to the location but above all owners Antonio and Antonella who really make you feel at home. You really need to plan ahead (when and where) to eat if you don't use the B&B facilities. Almost all options are 5 to 15 minutes by car and closed during 'siesta'.

Dès notre arrivée, le responsable de la maison a proposé de nous indiquer les lieux intéressants à découvrir. La chambre est idéalement située, au calme, avec une vue extraordinaire sur les montagnes. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et avec des produits de la région. Le couple qui gère les chambres est très prévenant, s'inquiète régulièrement de savoir si tout se passe bien. La salle de bain est nettoyée tous les jours et la chambre refaite. Les repas sont typiques et de grande qualité, ainsi que le vin. La piscine est entretenue quotidiennement.
