• Dora Hegedus (10/5): amazing view, silence, alpaccas and super hosts - Amazing location (total silence, on the St. Francis Way in the hills between Perugia and Gubbio). The hosts are super nice, taking care of us, bringing breakfast every morning that was enough for a football team (besides that many goodies were already placed in the kitchen at our arrival) :-) They even invited us for a grill dinner on our last evening. The alpacas are adding a special nice touch to the place (they are quiet). Large rooms, well equipped kitchen. The view is nearly 360degrees, thanks to the location. We'd come back for sure, we had a very nice experience, thank you for having us! that we stayed only for 5 days :-)

Great hosts who showed us around, let kids pet alpacas and also gave us a great tip where to continue our trip. Our kids loved it and so did we. We would love to vome again.
• Steven (10/5): Our best stay over past 2 weeks while walking the Way if St Francis - A true gem. We are so happy to have planned this stop while walking the way of St Francis. Rather than make the long >30km push to Valfabricca this is a perfect mid way stop. The views are mesmerizing. The hosts were wonderful and could relate history of the area and also as it pertains to St Francis. I can’t say enough and was sad we were moving on

It was very clean, and of course, most importantly, the beds were soft and comfortable which was a welcome relief from what we’ve gotten used to during this trip.

• Tracey (10/5): A wonderful memory - I had walked on the Via di Francesco for several weeks when I stopped for an overnight here. It was one of my favorite places on the trail. The people could not have been nicer. The apartment was huge, but warm and comfortable. We brought food to cook, but the hostess asked us what else we needed and provided olive oil, salt, and vinegar. Breakfast was wonderful, brought to the apartment on a huge tray by the hostess who offered refills on the coffee. And the whole deal comes with alpacas roaming the property. I could have stayed for a week. Absolutely nothing
