- Craig (10/5): Great Hotel - I had a great four night stay at this Hotel. Everything from the airport transfer, check in, my room and breakfast was fabulous!! The rooftop pool bar was also a lovely setting!! All the staff at reception were first class and clearly committed to providing a great level of customer care. I only know the name of one,,,Tahir!! The hotel is lucky to have this young man working for them..he helped me a number of times, even escorting me to the end of the street to meet a taxi!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Also, there is construction work going on but we could not hear it in our rooms, despite being right next to it. Everyone was very nice.

Only thing is that the taxes aren't included with Hotels.com so you need to pay in cash at the hotel at the end of your stay. Make sure to have exact change or else you won't get any.
- Alexander (8/5): Good option for staying in the centre of Baku - Nice and comfortable hotel right in the heart of Baku. We didn't take up the breakfast option but the restaurant did not look particularly inviting. Staff are friendly and reasonably helpful.

- Khaled (2/5): Horrible experience! - Make sure to get the exact room that you booked, otherwise they will cheat you and give you a different and smaller room! I have booked Premium Room and they provided a different room (Standard) and they said it is the same space with a different design only. In the next night, I asked them to change my room because of the noise and then I was given the room I booked (Premium) and it was bigger!! Also, expect the following: 1. Inconvenience from the street (lots of cars with loud music). 2. Inconvenience from other rooms and corridors. 3. Sometimes there is construction work going on in the street until 2 AM!! Bad experience and definitely not recommend!

The breakfast is great, although you have to pay extra for cappuccino. Also, please note that there is some renovation going on in the area below the hotel (not part of the hotel) and some rooms are direct above it, resulting in some 'construction' noise. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel highly.
- Robert (10/5): Perfect location, exceptional hospitality - We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay. Location is perfect. It is steps away from the entrance to the Old City and environs. Service and hospitality are exceptional. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
- Graeme (6/5): Beware of construction noise. - When we arrived the hotel was extremely noisy due to construction, so we asked to be put in a room away from the noise. Instead we were put in a room at the center of the noise. It also had a window that could not shut to block out the street noise. Upon complaining they moved us to a junior suite which was quieter but had no drapes to block out a very bright flood light which shone all night. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the breakfast excellent and the hotel is particularly well situated. It would be better to stay here once the (extensive) construction is finished.

- Peter (8/5): - The hotel is brilliantly place literally built into the walls of the old town, two minutes walk from Fountain Square and 10 minutes from the Caspian Sea. We had excellent rooms that were very well cleaned and the breakfasts were very good. The staff were very helpful but perhaps not well enough trained. They didn't know where the iconic Heydar Aliyev building was and they told us breakfast was on the third floor when it was actually in the cafe next door - but this was all part of the charm really!

This hotel is a very good location that we could see most of attractions by walk and some far locations by near bus and metro station.

- Tsipi (8/5): great place and stuff - A WONDERFULL place' great stuff, clean and welcoming. 2 main problems: for our room in the 1st floor the street is very noisy untill late night, all day and from early morning. there are road works and driving cars and a close window did not help. the entrance to lobby is only by stairs and 2 stairs in the room became a problem in dark. but all the other things were perfect, and i will recommand and come again.

- Andrey (6/5): Mixed feelings - People working there are fantastic. High five to all hotels workers since they do their best. Yet the system is far from being perfect. The worst thing about this place is water. It takes a lot of energy to take a shower since there is almost no water coming from the shower. Almost impossible to get washed. You can’t enjoy taking shower there. Every morning you hear thousands of cars signaling just outside your room. It starts around 7:30 and works as a great alarm clock. It’s annoying. Same happens at night. It could be a great location but this traffic kills everything.

- David (10/5): New high end boutique hotel with super staff - Well situated, newly renovated boutique hotel: rooms are huge, beds XL and super comfortable, breakfast excellent but the best thing about our experience was the friendly and courteous staff, particularly Azad who when above and beyond to help us, got us checked in without fuss and assisted with restaurant recommendations and booking of a taxi to the airport. - Verified traveler (10/5): - By being right next to the old town and to the 'modern' shopping areas, this place is the perfect oasis to escape from the heat while exploring the city very effectively. The rooms are amazing with high ceilings and very tastefully (and functionally) decorated.

The staff are very helpful and friendly,nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is situated near to shops,restaurants,bars and a short walk to the shores of the Caspian Sea.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Well positioned boutique hotel in Baku. - Well placed and comfortable hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Nicely decorated and very clean. The rooms are spacious. Only complaints would be that the breakfast selection was limited and exactly the same EVERY day and the bread was often hard, for which there can be no excuse. And secondly, the air con was not working at all for the 7 days of our stay.
- Jennifer (10/5): Great stay! - We had an amazing stay! We were two couples travellking together for the formula one and had joining rooms with views over the track. The rooms were newly renovated and were very comfortable. The service was amazing and they provided us with free pickup from the airport since there were road closures that weeekend due to the hotels proximity to the track. All of the staff gave top notch service and would even drive us to where we needed to go in the old town via golf cart. We would definitely return next year!
