Guest Reviews
- Kunjal (9/5): Recommended place for staycation - Just few steps down from main road, you arrive at this amazing property. Villas are good, comfortable to sleep, not noisy in night as beach Collin closes by 10 pm. Also safe and secure as entry to property is restricted after 10 pm in evening. Sea view from beach club of the property, is stunning so is the food and drinks at the club. It’s most happening spot with little pool by the side in Manila Beach of El Nido. Given the temperature, AirCon wasn’t working perfectly!
- Jean-Lou (10/5): Great place, easy to access - Staff really nice and helpful, they are really attentive to all of your need.
- great breakfast, taken at the 1st floor of the beach club with a very nice view toward the sea,
- cute room built in a coconut style,
- you have vip access to the beach club (towel if you want to swim or use the bar pool, free booking of the sun chair to watch sunset - I recommend !)
- good aircon,
- good bathroom,
- easy access to el nido central (200pesos, 8mn tricycle) - bedroom could be bigger, was not an issue as we were mostly out,
- Hannah (9/5): Great place for sunset & drinks! - Amazing interiors! Staff is superb. Love the idea of the whatsapp group & qr code for everything. We looooove the breakfast. The view is unbeatable from Chabacano and the beach club. Very private! Plus there is a complimentary 15-min foot massage. The restaurant was quite expensive. Since there were no dining options nearby, we often had no choice but to eat there for dinner. The town proper was also around 7–10 minutes away by car or tricycle, making it less convenient to explore other options regularly. A trip is 150php so to go back and forth is 300php.
The closets and television could definitely use an upgrade. We were unable to connect our devices to the TV, and the screen itself felt too small for the size of the room.
- Gabriella (10/5): Heaven in the jungle. - I am enamored with Panorama. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone~! From the moment you arrive you are given special treatment and every staff member does the work to make you feel welcomed and catered to. The complimentary breakfast and daily massages were PHENOMENAL. I loved everything on the menu and made a ritual of watching the sunset in one of their reserved lounge areas. I extended my stay WITH GLADNESS. This was a perfect place to stay in El Nido. Everything was wonderful. It would have been perfect with a bathtub in the room.
- Adrian (10/5): - The staff was amazing and everything was in place to feel at home. Breakfast was good and the view was amazing from the restaurant and bar. Highly recommend to relax N/A
- João (9/5): Amazing sunset, view and overall location! - Food options at the restaurant/bar have opportunities to improve. The Breakfast menu on the other hand was superb

- geronatoni (7/5): BON MENJAR I ATENCIÓ, PERÒ L'HOTEL NECESSITA MOLT DE MANTENIMENT - Esmorzar i menjar en general, atenció del servei, molt bé.
- Enda (9/5): - We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful location on the beach with stunning views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The highlight of our stay was the staff, they were incredible and just made us feel so special for the entire trip. We were so sad to leave but hopefully we will return again one day. Nothing.
- Levi (8/5): - The staff were very helpful and nice The price of the restaurant was expensive
- Anna (7/5): Overpriced, nice place who is looking for a party vibe, not a resort style vibe - Fresh modern room is specious and comfortable, nice bathroom.
The staff was very helpful, the food in the upstairs restaurant was nice, the view is very beautiful The hotel is very squished and there is no place to lay and enjoy the sun apart from the couple of beds at the beach bar, these beds are very close to each other and people were very loud and smoking on my face so I could not really relax and enjoy the view. It feels very hectic in this hotel as has very small territory and also there are a lot of outside visitors in the pool which makes it even more challenging to find any space for the hotel guests .
- Kellie (10/5): -
- Ieva (10/5): Small paradise - The staff is incredible (reception as well as restaurant/ pool, etc area), without asking making an extra effort, we felt extremely welcomed. Place is amazing, great rooms, stunning view from breakfast terrace and great breakfast itself, nice pool and massage was excellent! Highly recommended!
- Sylwia (9/5): - Najlepsze miejsce na wypoczynek w jakim byliśmy na Filipinach. Wspaniały klimat, przy basenie leciała muzyka relaksacyjna, w restauracji wieczorami muzykę puszczał DJ. Obsługa przemiła, każdy uśmiechnięty, bardzo pomocni. Pyszne jedzenie 😊 Polecamy ☺️
- PATRICK (9/5): - Spectacular view on the bay.
Beautiful design of the premises.
Very good service and professional staff Perhaps a little bit of refurbishment is needed (eg. Shower’s wall, bathroom cabinets)
- JEANNIE (9/5): -
- Bennett (10/5): Incredible location, facilities, and the most wonderful and helpful staff. - While the facilities were great and comfortable and everything was high quality, the service is really what separates Panorama. The staff were so nice and welcoming and made everything so easy. They even made a dedicated WhatsApp group chat with me and the whole staff to make sure I could get anything I needed at all times. Additionally, the beach club and restaurant was amazing and made for a whole separate experience from just the stay in the Villa. 10/10 resort and I’d love to visit again sometime!
- Marjolein (8/5): Heerlijk - Het is een klein opgezet boutique hotel. Goed georganiseerd. Misschien iets teveel whatsappjes...
- SEBASTIAN (8/5): Hermoso lugar.
- Krzysztof (10/5): Perfect stay! Would be back! Delicious food. - Very nice and pleasant stay!
From an entrance the staff care about customer experience.
Very good idea with what’s app groups - you can receive in very simple way information about facility, weather, menu, etc.
Very nice and polite service.
Clean rooms.
Very tasty food in both restaurants.
Perfect music! There are no soap dishes in the bathroom
- Janine (9/5): -
- Pearl Eseosa (10/5): Staying in paradise - Everything was absolutely perfect. We came for my partner’s birthday and the staff made it a memorable and magical day. Everyone was so incredibly kind throughout our stay, the food was great and the rooms were quite magical.
- Laura (7/5): -
- carlos (9/5): -
- Kate (9/5): Fantastic staff, great location! - Beautiful location, quiet rooms, amazing staff, food. Aires, Joshua, Jeff and Ron - all the staff were just amazing and so kind. The fact the massages were next to the pool - it meant we never really made the most of the facilities. Also the fact that all the services were so much more expensive than local rates - scooters, massages, laundry etc
It was also incredibly expensive for the local area - especially considering it was so open to the public.
- Amit (10/5): -
- Madeline (10/5): Absolutely incredible, will stay again! - The location was incredible, and the staff were amazing. Slight smell every now and then, although to be expected with property right on the beach.
- Simen (9/5): Veldig fornøyde med oppholdet! - - God service
- Fin beliggenhet med sykt fin solnedgang
- hyggelig restaurant
- Dennis (9/5): Super schöner Aufenthalt - Sehr nettes Personal
- Maria (10/5): Amazing stay, would definitely recommend! - We were there as part of our honeymoon and everything was great! The vibes of the place were amazing, the room and facilities were super clean and the staff were beyond helpful and professional!
Our trip was affected by an incoming typhoon and the staff and management were very helpful and supportive! Thank you to the amazing team! A bit expensive
- Matthew (9/5): -
- Simranjeet (10/5): -
- Dorobatcosmina (10/5): Gorgeous - This is a gorgeous boutique hotel, with beautiful individual cottages. Everything is brand new, clean and very well cared for. The pictures do not lie.
The staff knew every guest by their name and they went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely one, and it truly was.
Breakfast was a la carte and everything we tried was absolutely delicious!
We also really enjoyed the restaurant, Chabacano and the beach club, very spanish summer vibes!
- Daniel (10/5): - Very clean, organized, appealing to the eye, calm, and the staff service was excellent. Despite being being a small hotel it has all needed offered. Staff knew us by our name from dat 1 and gave us a warm welcome every time. N/A
- Quaint Quests (10/5): An unforgettable stay, absolute paradise - We had the most incredible stay at Panorama Villas and honestly could not fault a single thing.
The villas are absolutely beautiful spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. They are super cool. There are so many lovely amenities and little gifts provided that make you feel truly looked after. Despite feeling completely private and secluded, the villas are still only a short walk to shops, making the location perfect. It genuinely feels like you’re staying in the jungle, but with luxury. The villas were huge, very comfortable and the beds comfortable.
The pool was stunning, the massages were divine and the breakfast was top notch every morning. The views from the restaurant where breakfast is served are simply incredible so peaceful and relaxing. The Spanish restaurant on-site was also exceptional; the food was delicious and is an absolute must if you’re staying in El Nido.
What truly set Panorama Villas apart, though was the service. It was hands down some of the best service we’ve ever experienced. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Absolutely nothing was ever an issue.
We loved everything about this place and cannot recommend it highly enough. A perfect 5-star experience we would return in a heartbeat.
- Kira (10/5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely unforgettable stay, felt like family! - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely unforgettable stay, felt like family!
Our stay at Panorama Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not just as guests, but as family.
The views are absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the stunning scenery of El Nido never got old. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
What truly sets Panorama Resort apart, though, is the staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about us, always greeting us with smiles and warmth. It felt personal, heartfelt, and rare. the kind of hospitality you don’t forget.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay in El Nido with incredible views and the most welcoming people, this is it. We left with full hearts, incredible memories, and a strong desire to come back.
Highly recommend! N/A
- Josh Dana (10/5): Highly suggest staying! - This is a very private hotel where there are 8 huts altogether. It’s perfect for couples who want a getaway from the main town and from all the busyness of the tourists. The hotel is beach front so you have the best views from morning until sunset. Their breakfast is very filling and freshly cooked upon order. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so accommodating, welcoming, and warm. I felt automatically comfortable upon my arrival. If I were to say my favorite part about this hotel, it’s the employees who work and keep up this property. They’re very, very kind. I highly suggest staying there even longer than a few days to fully enjoy the amenities, food and the beautiful room itself. N/A
- Vicky (10/5): Amazing Service, lovely people, great food, awesome sunset spot. - The staff are truly wonderful. They cannot do enough to help and remember your name, your favourite drinks etc. Remo and the team at the beach club are just amazing. They would reserve us a day bed even if we’d been out on a trip for the day. The food is exceptional , the best we had our whole trip. Lots of Spanish / tapas which we loved. Also the breakfast à la carte options are fab, a great choice and shakes and juices too.
The dj for sunset also excellent, a great vibe. The rooms are fabulous and I don’t think the photos on here quite do it justice. Thank you everyone for making our holiday so wonderful. Tours cost quite a bit more if booked with reception.
- Cesare (10/5): -
- Andrei (10/5): Excellent! - Very good location and great staff, they really pay attention to details. Really good food, they have one of the best restaurants in El Nido.
- Katerina (9/5): Very good stay in general! - Nice design/unique of the Boutique hotel.
Very helpful staff with requested info, activities and transfers.. nice food too! Location..
- Emma (10/5): Perfection - top recommendation for El Nido ❤️ - The most incredible stay - close enough to town but great to not be in the madness of town. The place is so beautifully put together and as it looks. There are only 8 rooms which make it super intimate & quiet and the staff are beyond helpful and lovely. Amazing Spanish food on the menu and a real treat - our favourite stay while in Philippines. Rooms felt luxe with beautiful bathrooms and well appointed. Breakfast each morning on the upper restauaeant area was peaceful and gourmet with much more than your standard continental offering. Yummy coffee and fresh juices. Beautiful outlook over the water and also a more buzzy offering downstairs at the beach club. Also very quiet in the rooms which we loved.
- Nathani (9/5): - Beautiful place with cozy and comfortable rooms, nice location, very good service. Gorgeous view of the bay from the restaurant
- Emanuela (10/5): Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione! Miglior tramonto di El Nido! -
- Olivia (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. - We had the most beautiful stay at Panorama. The food was excellent and breakfast each morning was amazing — we spent five days here and honestly could have stayed much longer. The staff were truly incredible: warm, attentive and genuinely lovely, which made the whole experience feel very special.
The location is ideal if you want to explore El Nido, but it’s also perfect if you just want to spend the day by the pool eating, drinking and completely switching off. In the evenings there’s a DJ, which adds a great atmosphere, yet the rooms remain very quiet — they’re beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Panorama is also a perfect sunset spot with the most stunning views. It’s easiest to get there by motorbike or tricycle, which can drop you at the top of the hill, followed by an easy walk down along the cliff.
- chen (10/5): - Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The atmosphere, the clean room, the food – and most of all, the wonderful staff who helped us with everything. They even decorated our room for our honeymoon without us asking.
We highly recommend this place! 🩷
- Martin (10/5): -
- Jean (10/5): -
- Cesar (10/5): This is the place to stay in El Nido. - The fantastic staff they have, always smiling and trying their best to make your stay comfortable. The place is wonderful with an amazing sunset view. Nothing, out stay was great.
- Kerry (9/5): Totally enjoyable stay. - We stayed here in the recent typhoon, Nov 2025. The hotel staff (and whole organisation) were very well prepared and tried their very best to keep it business as usual. The staff here are excellent and pretty much cater to every possible need of the guests in house (and visitors to the Beach Club). The accommodation is very well maintained, clean tidy and comfortable. The food and service was exceptional in the beach club bar along with their companion Panorama Villas up the road (Chica Chica). Unfortunately didn't get to see the renowned sunsets this place is known for due to the weather, but that should just confirm that this place has many other positives. There wasn't much I didn't like to be honest, a few minor improvement suggestions for the rooms but nothing worth mentioning here.
- Isabel (10/5): Wow. What an amazing experience at Panorama. We can’t fault it at all. The staff are absolutely amazing and made our sta - The staff were so lovely. The food was absolutely exceptional. The vibe was perfect.
- Jordan (10/5): Perfect stay. Perfect service. - A huge thank you to Panorama for such an incredible stay. The location, ambience and staff were all nothing short of incredible. Our time in El Nido wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without Edralin and Reno at the Beach club each day and Eunice and Aires at the front desk. Every interaction with them, they went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after and having the best time possible. Great service isn’t easy to come by, so when one hotel has so many quality staff it really stands out. Can’t wait to return!
- Jorge (9/5): - Best staff in El Nido
- marta (9/5): -
- Alejandro de Jesus (10/5): Heaven in Paradise - Breakkie was superb, and all the facilities, rooms are incredible but what want us to stay forever was the attention of the staff they were lovely! Super thanks to Angel and Aries they made our stay out of this world!
- Belle (10/5): Love everything at Panorama hotel. We will definitely miss all the good people at Panorama. See you soon! - The accomodating and friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, great food at chabacano restaurant, happy hour at the bat, perfect sunset… awesome experience overall. We will definitely back! Thank you Panorama team! - Andy & Belle
- Cristina (9/5): Exceptional place to spend good time in El Nido - We really like the concept, having small cottages in an intimate surrounding, the beach bar and the restaurant overseeing the bay. The staff was super friendly and the food was very good. It is a good compromise if you want some movida with the beach bar and the quiet with the cottages and the restaurant. It is a located slightly out of town and thus you need to take a tuk tuk every time you move.
Nada
- Peter (9/5): -
- Thomas (6/5): Friendly staff - Most of the staff were extremely friendly (apart from one person on the front desk, who was strangely less so).
The breakfast was good,.although it took on average more than 30 minutes to receive our food from the time of ordering. I should have checked further before booking but it was a shame that it is not really possible to swim from the beach in front of the hotel.
There were ants in the bedroom and bathroom. And there were no side lights so you have to get up to switch off the light before you sleep - a small thing but a bit annoying. Also, there was a lack of places to both hang and store clothes. The room design is a bit of a novelty but not actually very practical (there is a reason most hotel rooms are the shape they are!).
I wanted to do laundry but was told rather bluntly at the front desk that there was an issue with the drier and so the service was not available. There was no offer to help with alternative arrangements so I went out on the street myself to find my own nearby.
- Bec (10/5): Would happily come back to Panorama! - Loved the bungalows they were so comfortable and great size. We also loved the panorama bar to sit out and enjoy a few cocktails. The pool beds weren’t out due to poor weather so wasn’t able to spend much time out there
- Maria (7/5): Overall, for the price, it was just okay. - The location was convenient for El Nido, and the staff were very, very helpful and friendly — especially the team at the restaurant. With a tuk-tuk, you can reach the center in 5 minutes. The property was also beautifully designed with a great vibe. However:
1. The pillow was too high and a bit uncomfortable.
2. There was no replenishment of towels, especially the ones we used for the beach, nor the bathrobe.
3. They didn’t refill the tea bags or coffee sachets at all during our stay, which is not really acceptable considering the hotel price — especially for the Philippines.
4. And the worst part: every night there was a constant chorus of frogs due to a section of the bathroom being open, with only a mesh screen.
5. For breakfast, which is à la carte, you’re entitled to one dish, one coffee, and one juice per person — which we didn’t find very convenient. It would be nice to have the option of an additional fruit salad or a second coffee, especially since they don’t offer refills unless you specifically ask — at least that was the case with our room.
- Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dale (9/5): Superb -
- Valerie (10/5): Exceptional - The thing I liked the most was the service! The people were extremely nice and caring, very accommodating and friendly.
- Dale (7/5): Beautiful concept and design, but fell short in a few areas. - The staff were really great. The sunset location and small infinity pool were really lovely. The ambience and decor in the restaurant was amazing (let down buy the food and prices). The air-con in the rooms was pretty poor (reported), and the bathrooms were small and very warm/humid. The beach was pretty scruffy, especially when the tide was out (during sunset, during our stay) as it was just a muddy mound. The food in the restaurant was generally not as good as the food next door in the Outpost Hostel, but was double the price.
- Cornelia (10/5): Cozy, good vibes, nice people, amazing food , dj ,amazing sunset view - My stay at Panorama Beach Resort in El Nido was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and welcome gift and drinks and genuine hospitality, making us feel right at home. The resort is nestled along a beautiful beachfront, offering breathtaking views stunning sunsets that made every evening magical.
The villas were stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a blend of modern comfort and natural elements. I especially loved the open-air ,It felt like our own private slice of paradise.
Everyone was so nice and friendly, the staff every morning , lunch or evening were welcoming me and remembering my name which shows a lot they care about everyone .Everyone was very nice and helpful, I really enjoyed meeting everyone
The food and drinks at the resort’s beach bar were top-notch. Breakfasts were fresh and filling, and the cocktails at sunset were a daily treat. The pool area was also a highlight — perfect for lounging and soaking in the scenery.
Also there is a really cute cat name Georgina- I will miss having my breakfast next to her , such a cutie
What really set Panorama apart was the vibe and the people — it’s relaxed, intimate, and peaceful, ideal for couples or anyone looking to unwind in a serene, beautiful setting. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again. Highly recommended! No comments-everything was perfect
- Joanne (9/5): Beautiful accomodation, lovely staff, OK food. - The accommodation is absolutely beautiful and there is shade over the pool which is a nice change and relief from the heat The food was just OK (not usual for El Nido in our experience). Comparatively expensive for the standard of food.
- Dilyana (9/5): Superb -

- Benny (10/5): We will defenitely come back. Not as a couple but hopefully with a baby made in panorama lol - The food and the panoramic scenery is sureal, perfect destination to relax and unwind. But what makes it more exceptional than other resorts we’ve visited is the warm smiles of their staffs. It made us feel more comfortable at home.
The room is cozy and really quite. Very super highly recommended for honeymoon. It’s just that there’s a bad smell, maybe from the drainage between the swimming pool and the reception.
- Diana (10/5): Loved the hotel! - They have the best sunset views, the staff is very kind and the service is excelent, the food, the ambience, everything!
- Sanaz (5/5): Don’t stay, just visit, waste of money otherwise! - The rooms are small and impractical, there is absolutely no where in the room to hang or store clothes. The room design echoes, it’s off a very busy road, the staff at FoH can barely crack a smile. The massage was below average. The room was infested with ants, and when we asked them to treat it they just cleaned them and didn’t have any insect spray to treat the areas and had to go out to buy some. I would recommend only attending to have a drink and watch the sunset, and you don’t have to stay there to do that. But the sun flushes into the whole lower ground so I recommend booking a table upstairs where you enjoy the view with some shade. Even the poor DJ had to use a towel to try to stop his equipment from overheating!
The hotel also charges more than double all of their services than any other hotel nearby. We stayed at a few places. For eg a standard massage there was 1600 pts whereas everywhere else was 6-800 pts. Same with a simple transfer.
The restaurant is also a lot pricier, however the menu is good Spanish fusion and food was executed well. Though the chef and staff didn’t know the difference between a mackerel and a white fillet fish, passing the latter as a mackerel. But as we love fish and seafood we didn’t make a fuss. Breakfast options were nice also, though shame they serve coffee from a machine.
- Brotaru (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liora (10/5): A great, peaceful stay in busy el nido - A perfect hotel to stay at in El Nido. Slightly out of town so it’s peaceful but close enough to be near all the action. The hotel has a great aesthetic and relaxing pool area. The sunset bar is a truly amazing way to spend the evening (get there early so you get a good spot as there are no reservations for hotel guests). The dj sound doesn’t travel back to the hotel so it stays quiet if you’re in your room. The food was delicious, an a la carte breakfast is a great idea. A special shoutout to Jeppy and Christian who were so friendly and helped us order perfect food and drinks! All the staff went above and beyond if needed.
- Jean-jacques (7/5): Good - I had an excellent dining experience
- Stephen (10/5): Beautiful, amazing staff, great service, clean, lovely food - Outstanding property, location is fantastic, staff are so welcoming, rooms are clean and beautiful, pool area is so relaxing and clean. Ants in the room can be a bit of an issue around the bed and above the air con unit in the bathroom. So food inside the room is a big no no, when presenting the issue to house keeping they done their best to assist, it’s just something that will happen due to being in kind of a wilderness vibe location, apart from that it was perfect
- Lancelot (8/5): Great stay, but pricey! - - The aesthetics of the hotel!
- AMAZING (!!) food at Chabacano: both breakfast and dinner
- great sunset
- super friendly staff
- good massage
- very clean room
- good music at Chabacano
- DJ at the beach bar
- a lot of towels in the room
- coffee maker in the room - we saw some rats outside, but in the restaurant and near our room (different days and locations)
- 3 days out of our 4 total, 1 of the 2 chooseable milkshakes for breakfast was unavailable. For a hotel of this price range, this is not acceptable
- the hotel is located a few metres below the road. We had to carry our heavy luggage down a steep slope as the tuktuk wasn’t allowed to drive down!
- the beach bar is first come, first serve. So there were loads of external non-residents who had equal chance on the seats as the paying hotel guests. This didn’t really feel right, as it was always very busy with people taking one drink and 100 photos, then leave.
- Lisa (9/5): Superb -
