- Štěpán (9/5): Jedním slovem: Fantastické. - Porto San Paolo je naprosto výborné městečko blízko ostrova Tavolara. Co se týče lokality, nemůže to být ani lepší. Ubytování bylo fantastické, velmi blízko k dokonalosti nechybělo. Vybavenost, velikost, čistota, to vše bylo suprové. Nejvíce si ale vážím naší hostitelky Marii, která byla velmi laskavá, hodná, vtipná a vždy usměvavá.

- Lemm (7/5): Apartamento rural bonito - Bonita casa rural con apartamentos reformados Al ser una casa antigua tuvimos problemas de alergia (estornudos). Estaba limpio, así que difícil especificar que era en concreto.
- Britta (8/5): - Das Appartment liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße aber ein Supermarkt ist nur 5 min entfernt. Restaurants ca 10 min. Der Strand und Hafen sind ca 25 min zu Fuß. Auf jeden Fall sollte man den Küstenwanderweg Richtung Costa Corallina machen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend für 4 Personen und hat alles, was man braucht. Das WiFi funktioniert einwandfrei. Allerdings bietet der Fernseher nur 3 Programme (italienisch) ... aber man ist ja nicht zum Fernsehen auf Sardinien :) Alles war super. Einzig das kleine Stück Rasen, bevor man zur Treppe des Appartments kommt könnte mit 2 Platten ausgelegt sein, damit man - wie wir nach Regen - nicht durch den Matsch laufen muss.

- Annett (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurden viele Tipps für die Region gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Zu Fuß sind kleine Restaurants / Cafés und Supermärkte zu erreichen. Der Strand in der Nähe ist wunderschön und lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Uns hat alles gefallen!

- Loretta (9/5): Super mooi, rustig en fijn verblijf met vriendelijk personeel en supermarkt op loopafstand! - Bij de receptie zat Maria, zij heeft ons ook geholpen met de sleutel etc. Zij was voor alles bereid om tot hulp te schieten! De locatie had super mooi uitzicht op de zee en Tavolara Island. De accomodatie zelf was erg netjes, mediteraanse stijl en er ontbrak ons eigenlijk niks! Porto San Paolo is even rijden van alle andere steden, dus een auto/ scooter huren is wel echt noodzakelijk! Taxi-prijzen waren redelijk prijzig.

Equipment at apartment do not match price. Only one washing machine for property with like 20-30 apartments is not enough. Terribly noisy air conditioning. Out of the 6 days stay 3 days we were listening heavy machinery from construction site just next to our apartment owner's answer to that was rather alibistic.

Location was great, within 20 minute drive from many beaches and nearby towns, and nice to be able to walk to a beach and a few great restaurants. We enjoyed how quiet it was at the end of the season.

- Marion (9/5): - Wir waren im Aug./Sept. 2 Wochen in dem Appartement und haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, Maria war sehr sehr sympathisch und stand uns gefühlt rund um die Uhr mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie hat uns mit Tipps zu allen Themen versorgt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch super... Standtücher, Sonnenschirme für den Strand, sowie eine bestens ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch gut. Wir konnten zu Fuß ins "Städtle" laufen. Also unser Fazit: wir können die Residence La Rosa von Herzen weiterempfehlen. -

- Winfried (10/5): Extrem erholsam, tolle Atmosphäre, professionelles Personal, jederzeit wieder - Ein herzlicher Empfang mit persönlicher Überraschung. Perfekte Verständigung in Englisch, auch die Führung durch die Anlage und das Appartement waren perfekt und verständlich. Alles sehr professionell und doch hat man das Gefühl rein persönlich angesprochen zu werden, besser geht es nicht. Für alle Fragen, Erkundigungen und Empfehlungen hat Maria immer ein offenes Ohr, entweder im Büro oder aber sie antwortet sehr schnell auf WhatsUp Nachrichten. Auch das ist ein hervorragender Service den wir in diesem Umfang so noch nicht kannten. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegter Garten, tolle Architektur. Wir hatten ein großes Appartement über zwei Ebenen. Unten ein großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Sitzecke und großem Esstisch. Die Küche ist integriert, alles da von Kühlschrank über Kaffeemaschine, Waffeleisen, Mikrowelle bis hin zu fast allem Geschirr und Zubehör was man braucht. Außerdem ein wirklich großer Balkon, mit großem Tisch und Wäscheständer. Perfekte und ruhige Aussicht auf Teile des Hauses und der Umgebung - traumhaft. Oben zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Bad mit großzügiger Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Eine Wandnische mit Tresor. Unten im Eingangsbereich gibt es auch noch eine Toilette mit Waschbecken und Bidet. Wir hatten das Gefühl, egal was passiert, es würde für alles eine Antwort geben, auch wenn man nicht italienisch Sprechen kann. Der Ort bietet allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Spar, direkt um zwei Ecken, hat hervorragende Lebensmittel und auch sonst fast alles. Parkplätze für ein Auto sind praktisch immer vorhanden, auch direkt vor der Anlage. Zum Strand des Ortes kann man zu Fuß gehen, alle anderen Strände sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es waren extrem entspannte und erholsame 10 Tage, wir werden garantiert nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Wir haben nichts negatives gefunden, außer das die Zeit zu schnell verging!

- Hay (9/5): Het waren drie fijne dagen in het gezellige appartement. - Gastvrije ontvangst door Maria. Fijn appartement met gunstige ligging. Heel fijn dat er ook strandhanddoeken beschikbaar waren, top! Geen airco in benedenverdieping. Slechts één huissleutel, wat onhandig is als je los van elkaar op stap gaat.
- Peter (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf Sardinien - Hat uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank an die Maria. Sie war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nichts- auch von der Baustelle neben an hat man nichts mitbekommen. Achtung die Preise in Supermarkt in Porto San Paolo ist eine Touristen Abzocke. Besser nach Olbia zum Lidl fahren und dort zu normalen Preisen einkaufen !!!

- Sophie (10/5): Idéale pour se sentir bien - Agréable, confortable, calme, propre et bien agencé. La gentillesse, la disponibilité et les conseils du personnel. A 5’ des commerces et 10’ de la plage à pied. Nous avions un duplex, une des chambre donne sur l’île de Tavolara et l’autre sur les jardins. RAS
- Davide (10/5): Tutto perfetto - L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, pulito, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale, tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto ciò che serve. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli e si percepisce subito un’atmosfera calda e rilassante. Il check-in è stato semplice e Maria è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile, pronta a rispondere a ogni domanda. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca qualità e tranquillità.

- MARIA ISABEL (9/5): - Apartamento de dos habitaciones en una pequeña comunidad, de dos alturas, todos con terracita o jardín privado y aparcamiento en las proximidades. La anfitriona un encanto, nota y vino de bienvenida, atenta a todas las necesidades y con buenas recomendaciones.
- Jarno (9/5): Prima verblijf voor gezin met oudere kinderen - Mooi ruim appartement (split level). Ruime slaapkamers en uitstekende airco. De gastvrijheid en de behulpzaamheid van de host Maria is uitstekend. Eigenlijk kan ik niet iets noemen wat niet beviel. Het enige wat we hebben gemist is een zwembad. Die was achteraf toch wel zeer welkom geweest met de warmte. Maar dan hadden we daar voor moeten kiezen.

También nos trajo unos dulces de bienvenida. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, su cocina bien equipada y en general el apartamento no le falta de nada. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Accoglienza eccezionale, la ragazza alla reception e’ stata super gentile e carina e ci ha dato un sacco di info utili. Consigliatissima. Nulla. Solo un pochino il prezzo .. ma era ferragosto. Comprensibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale: bellissimo patio esterno che affaccia sul giardinetto, cucina perfettamente dotata e attrezzata con tutto il necessario, pulizia ottima. La proprietaria Maria Assunta gentilissima e super disponibile per qualsiasi problema o consiglio! Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere tutte le spiagge che per la vicinanza a tutti i servizi. - Tieme Imamoto (10/5): Memorable stay - I stayed at this property recently and absolutely loved my experience. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Every detail made me feel right at home. The location is perfect abd the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I would love to return in the future! WIFI very poor
- Tully (10/5): Homely - Maria made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, including dropping off some olive oil sachets at our door when I enquired after them for cooking in the property. She also helped to book a very early airport transfer for us which we were very grateful for. Thank you Maria for a wonderful stay!

- Jannicke (9/5): Nydelig sted med fantastisk service av Maria. Kjøkken ikke egnet for matlaging. - Veldig fin beliggenhet med nærhet til sentrum og havnen. Maria var helt enestående og bistod med masse gode tips, booket også en båt for oss. Veldig koselig bygg med fin hage. Fint at badehåndklær var tilgjengelig. Kjøkkenet var ikke spesielt godt utstyrt, ikke lett å lage mat. Lite forbruksvarer tilgjengelig, så måtte kjøpe alt fra oppvasksåpe, til dusjsåpe og toalettpapir selv. Sengene og putene var veldig harde.

But I must mention that you must prepare for the possibility of wind that can be extremely unpleasant Residence La Rosa is a true pearl. The location, cleanliness, equipment of the apartment, perfection. Of course, Maria as a host is perfect. She is cheerful, friendly, hospitable and at the service of the guest at all times. The whole complex is beautiful with lots of greenery, flowers, perfectly arranged. It was a real pleasure to stay This is an accommodation to which we will definitely return. Thank you Maria ❤️

- Karin (9/5): Alles in allem eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. - Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf ein Zweizimmer-Appartement bekommen. Die Wohnung war geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Garten war das Highlight der Unterkunft. Wir haben gerne abends noch im Garten bzw. der Terrassenlaube gesessen. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir auch, dass Maria sich so sehr um ihre Gäste gekümmert und Wünsche erfüllt hat. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Möblierung und Küchenausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten.
