• Jade-Lee (8/5): Lovely apartment close to centre - Great location with tram/bus stop right outside. Lovely and warm - heated floors were fantastic! Staff were wonderful, we were even given a little NY Eve package which was a lovely surprise! Lovely park across the road. Bathroom door would not stay open so needed to be propped with a towel when trying to get some air in the room after a shower. Quite expensive for the basic presentation of the room.
• Maria Teresa (7/5): Good stay for a while - I liked the position, the rooms and the warmth inside. The apartment is new and modern. The beds are quite comfortable, not quite the sofa, but I think it's normal. The staff is kind and friendly. Really disappointing to pay for the cleanings and not a single towel changed for the whole stay. If you want them to be changed you must pay a surcharge on what you have already paid for the final cleanings on your leave. Not fair in my opinion.

• Mag. Klaudia (8/5): Zentrale Lage in einem sehr guten Hotel - Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Lage top. Straßenbahn direkt vorm Haus. Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben (Haare im Bad, Küche ein wenig schmierig) - aber ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte eine Appartement.

• Alexander (9/5): Peaceful and pleasant stay, a great base for exploring Innsbruck. - Very peaceful and pleasant stay. Very close to transport, and I often just walked into the town center, and even to Bergisel. A great base for exploring Innsbruck. It was also very nice to use the sauna area in the evenings! Everything was really very good. The only very minor thing was that the fridge door (apartment 6) sometimes didn't close all the way. I would gladly stay here again.

• Rita (8/5): Comfortable apartments in a good location. - Location is good with a tram stop right outside. Was given a card to access free tram & bus travel for the duration of my stay. Shopping centre is a short stroll through the park. Didn't use any of the facilities, breakfast, bar, sauna etc. The apartments are accessed via the hotel. Extra charges upon arrival for cleaning? The grounds to access the apartments could do with better lighting. Until the motion sensor light comes on at the apartments building, it is very dark.

• Christi (8/5): Goed - Klantvriendelijk. Zo was de welcomescard waarmee je gratis van het openbaar vervoer gebruik kon maken, een leuke verrassing! Ook heel schoon en goed verzorgd met zelfs douchemutsje, bodycreme en allerlei toiletartikelen Ik had wat moeite met de airco. De kamer was eigenlijk erg warm en om een raam open laten was niet handig op de benedenverdieping. Dan was er wel airco waarmee de temperatuur af en toe wel beter werd. Alleen leek ik dan toch n koudje te pakken te krijgen nadat deze weer afsloeg. Kortom lastig om constante fijne temperatuur te krijgen vooral s' nachts.

Me contestaron que la limpieza se hacia cuando dejabamos el apartamento y no antes.Nunca cambiaron las toallas Eso no me lo dijeron cuando me cobraron. El restaurant no funcionaba por reformas. Me lo dijeron qdespues que me cobraron. En definitiva no es recomendable.

• Ulrich (5/5): Sehr teure, aber ok gelegene Unterkunft, die ich nicht noch einmal wählen würde. - Die Lage war gut. Großer Hauptraum. Sehr hoher Preis für die Qualität, die wir erhalten haben. Keine Spülmaschine, wenig Geschirr, Schlafcouch die sehr geknarrzt hat. Es hat nach der Tiefgarage gerochen, die unter der Wohnung war. Ein Stellplatz hat zusätzlich 20 Euro pro Nacht gekostet.

• Anita (9/5): - Sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze super. Die Lage im Hinterhof ist sehr ruhig. Man kann gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gehen oder auch mit der Straßenbahn fahren, die direkt davor abfährt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

• Sofia (10/5): Bra lgh med gångavstånd till tåg - Bra lägenhet, gångavstånd till tågstationen och ca 20mim till gamla staden. Fin park i närheten med lekparker vilket var bra för barnen. Lägenheten var ren och väldigt rymlig. Riktigt kök och vi hade en stor terrass. Kan rekommendera boendet.

• Lena (8/5): Very good - It was clean and had everything that you need for cooking. The 2nd bed was also very comfortable. Unfortunately we were in one of the flats where you cannot control the heating system. Therefore, we had to sleep with the terrace doors open - not to good for the planet. Also, we were on the ground floor, luckily no one entered the flat during the night but since we had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open that probably could happen.

The place was pristine and conveniently located within large suitcase rolling distance of the train station and next to a park that was beautiful in the spring with the stunning backdrop of the mountains.
• Glenn (9/5): Great place, would stay again. - Easy to find from the Train Station. Trams pass right by the hotel regularly. A 3 Day transit pass was included with my stay. I don't know if it was because I stayed for 3 nights, or it was the off season, but it was nice The front desk people were nice and helpful. Service and food was good at the restaurant. I was in Apartment 5. The apartment was large and well outfitted. Included dish soap in the kitchen and all toiletries you'd expect to find at a hotel. The bed was comfortable. There was no traffic noise even with the windows open on the ground level. The shower pressure was so high I had to turn it down a bit. This is a positive compared to other places I stayed. I needed to use the washing machine and I let the front desk know. It had a finished load of laundry in it when I wanted to use it. After 2 hours I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do to move along the other person. An hour later they called my room, let me know they had found the person and that the machine would be ready for me in 5 minutes. It was a nice touch to know they were actively working on it and called me when it was resolved. Only one washing machine and it took 3.5 hours to wash one load.

Enjoyed the stay. - The location was great for getting to the old town, nearby park and swimming center, and to/from the freeways. Having parking on the property was also a plus. The staff at the desk and restaurant were competent and friendly. Having more information on the inclusions of the breakfast buffet and costs would have been helpful. We did not see any written information. The room initially smelled a little stuffy and dusty.

• Shreya (7/5): Good - Apartments were spacious and clean, and had all basic necessities. Having an elevator was a plus. Check in was smooth and reception was able to book us a metered taxi to the airport. The property is located close to the Bahnhof. The air conditioning turned off after 2 hours every time and had to be restarted. This really disrupted our sleep as the apartments were warm on summer nights and the only blankets provided were super thick, winter blankets instead of summer blankets. It turned that the air conditioning timer is centrally controlled. So we reported this to the reception but they said they made some excuses and refused to do anything about it. I expected better from such a highly rated property.
• Brook (10/5): Great location and comfortable air conditioned room with yard! - The apartment was a nice size. I liked how there was a separate bedroom with large closet space. There were doors that led out to a yard. I didn't go out into the yard that much but there was a table and chairs to relax. The staff at the front desk were super kind and friendly. They helped open the door to my apartment when the people I was staying with took the key since there was only one key to the apartment. The Innsbruck Pass is very helpful for taking public transport (tram stop right outside the apartment) and staying three nights gives you access to some amazing cable car rides. I recommend going to Muttereralm Bergbahnen for great views and they have a swing on top of the mountain. Oberperfuss didn't have such great views (the weather was cloudy though). The air conditioning (AC) was nice. The sofa bed could have been more comfortable. There was no microwave in the room.

However, if you need a clean towel, they charge 10€ per towel which I find a bit steep. Specially without cleaning service, just picking them up at the registration desk. Breakfast was not included, as expected. We were awaken by the cleaning staff at 8.30 on our departure day but it was a mistake on their side. Otherwise, very friendly staff.

• Luke (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were the best we dealt with on our whole trip, super lovely! We also arrived quite late but they were more than welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was a great size compared to quite a few of the other accommodations we had stayed at. Also really close to everything and easy to take public transport from right outside the apartment. Air conditioning was a little hard to change but we managed to get it working eventually, but other than that it was hard to say any bad about this place
• SUZANNE (6/5): A lovely room but only slept 3 hours at the time - The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location - there was a tram stop almost directly across the street. Our issue was with the air conditioning. The system was set to turn off after 3 hours - something we discovered at 2am when we woke up to a ridiculously hot room. We turned it back on and then woke up again at about 5:30am - again to a very hot room. We spoke with the staff and apparently there was a setting that automatically turned the air off after 3 hours - which would be fine had it not been getting up to 30C. It made for a miserable 3 nights of broken sleep.
