• Olivia Larcombe (8/5): Great place to stay - The beds were super comfy. Communication was great from the property as we were late arriving. The room was a good size and very clean. For what we payed in Barcelona it was very good. Good location and was quiet. It has some shower amenities and also a hair dryer available in the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would have been nice to have a kettle for coffee making.

Так же если Вы приехали утром, можно оставить рюкзаки на ресепшене, их потом занесут в номер. Убирают каждый день, но после обеда. Можно повесить табличку на дверь, чтобы не делали это. Матрас удобный. Полотенца, шампунь были. Холодильник практически не работает, в нем было буквально на пару градусов меньше чем в комнате. В туалете не было ёршика. В комнате старый телевизор, который не может подключится к современному вайфаю, а вай фай есть только 5 или 6 поколения. Небольшая трасса делится между 2 номерами.

• Adriana (8/5): For sure I will stay in this area again - the location is fantastic, we loved the neighbourhood there is a planty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries, main attractions are accessible by foot, plus it's close to metro and it's easy to get there from train station. There was a mold in bathroom and few broken tiles. I would also love to get a bit more of shower gel and toilet brush. But overall for this location it was fine value for money

• Teresa (4/5): Disappointing - Location is perfect. Great staff. Very attentive and responsive over the phone and on-site. The room was too small for two. The mattress was too thin and only had a thin blanket. Only one uncomfortable pillow for each person.
• Emanuel (6/5): Ok for the price and location - The location is overall really good, you are in a good proximity of everything and can comfortably walk to Sagrada or other points of interest. I had a few issues during my stay that negatively impacted the experience. First, the shower drainage is very poor, the bathroom floods almost instantly. Since you don't get slippers, this was quite inconvenient. Secondly, on our second evening, my key card was unexpectedly disabled. To make matters worse, the lobby phone wasn't working, so I had to use my personal phone to call for assistance. We had to wait in the lobby for quite a while, which was very frustrating as we were exhausted and just wanted to relax.

• Maria Vitoria (9/5): it is worth it - The location of the accommodation is wonderful, about a 20-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and a few blocks from Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. The apartment is great, we really liked everything. The bathroom is small but very good, with a shower that had plenty of hot water. The staff were very kind in storing our luggage before check-in, and they also changed our towels after a day, even without us asking. The room also has many electrical outlets and a balcony overlooking the street, which has several bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work well in our room. The heater also apparently didn't work, and the mini-fridge didn't cool; it only maintained the temperature of the items if the room's air conditioning was on. In addition, we missed having a trash can in the room.

• Jimenez (5/5): - Me costó mucho trabajo poder ingresar porque no clarificaron que no se paga por Booking sino solo por su página oficial, y la comunicación era difícil, el número que aparece aquí no tiene WhatsApp y las llamadas no siempre funcionan para celulares extranjeros, por poco nos quedábamos sin poder acceder a la habitación esa noche debido a estos terribles problemas de comunicación, muy mala experiencia, tardamos mucho en poder comunicarme a media noche cuando arribamos a la ciudad. Pero el lugar es limpio y cómodo aunque la habitación no sea muy grande

• Padeanu (7/5): Cozy, confortable stay, we whould return if the mold issue is fixed, since i have a dust alergy. - Good, quiet, safe area with lots of acces to public transport. Lost of good restaurant in walking distance. Accomodation was clean, more then sufficient for 2 people. The was a strong mold smell from bathroom, it was tolerable but always had to leave open the bathroom door and room window. There was also no toilet brush in order to clean properly after “number 2”. Area is quiet but for more sensible people there is a Bar just below Room 5 (our room) and until 01 there are basic noises (people talking, tables, chairs moving etc).Also the bar opens at 09. In our case we were to tired after entire day visits and slept well, but again more sensible people maybe with childern will have a hard time sleeping

• Eric (5/5): good location but there should be better choices of hotels - things were clean I've chosen to pay when I arrived at the hotel, so I expected there would be someone inside the hotel holding a card payment machine for me to pay. However things didn't go as planned. We were locked outside the hotel entrance without any check-in instructions. We successfully contacted the host using Whatsapp call an hour after arrival and he told us that we needed to make a bank transfer to him either using Revolut or international bank transfer. At that time it would have been a nightmare for travelers who don't have a Revolut account!!!! I just wanna say that not everyone has a Revolut account and I wonder why you would allow people to pay on arrival if things would become so complicated. I would much appreciate if you allowed us to pay only when I made the reservation. the 2nd thing is that there was neither kettle nor water bottles. It'd be better if there was at least 1 of them inside the room the 3d thing is that the fridge didn't really work

• Anna (10/5): We would stay next time as well! - Everything was super clean, the location is fantastic, every touristy thing is reachable within 20 minutes. They let us check in a bit earlier and leave our bags at the reception until the room is ready. Borh of the guy on the reception was super kind and helping. We just spent there 1 night but I really recommend the accomodation for a longer stay as well.

• gail (8/5): - Location 15 minute pleasant walk to Segrad Familia. Next block coffee shops, bagel shop, super market and bus stop at corner. Abundance of taxis go by that are easy to flag down for early morning airport to late evening. Catholic Church across the street for those who want this close by. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and it was quiet. No coffee or food services so you had to get dressed to go outside.

• Alesha (3/5): Would never stay here again - Location was great Our bathroom had a very strong mould smell, which made me sick overnight. The mould exposure ruined my next three days of the trip. We also accidentally booked the room for only one guest, so they charged me double. We ended up paying €240 in total for a very subpar room for just one night. This was more than some four-star hotels in the area. I was very disappointed. When we mentioned the mould to the receptionist she apologised but no compensation was offered.

• Marianne (5/5): Das nächste Mal wieder in einem richtigen Hotel - Das Hotel, das eher eine Wohnung ist, ist schön renoviert. Aber wo sollte ich meine Winterjaufhängen? Ich bin etwa drei Mal am Eingangstor vorbei gegangen, bis ich endlich das winzige Schild mit „Hotel“ bemerkte. Booking.com muss unbedingt schreiben, dass diese Unterkunft in einer Wohnung auf einer Etage ist und von aussen nicht als Hotel wahrgenommen wird.
