• Thu (4/5): khá thất vọng - Bữa sáng khá ổn với tầm giá 3 sao, bể bơi view đẹp Mình vô Đà Nẵng lần này là lần 3, lần 1 ở Ritzy boutique, lần 2 ở Wyndham Golden Bay và lần 3 ở Soho. Đã trải nghiệm đủ tù 3 đến 5 sao, mình biết tầm 3 sao so sánh với 4 và 5 sao thì khập khiễng nhưng có một vài vấn đề cơ bản như sau: - Wifi rất kém, mình có 5G ok không sao nhưng các thành viên khác không có data thậm chí phải ngồi ở cửa phòng để bắt wf - Tivi không truy cập được Youtube - 601, mình book dlx city vì có bàn ghế để làm việc nhưng mình đang làm việc thì 1 chân bàn rơi ra, không dùng đc nữa luôn - Nhà vệ sinh và nhà tắm siêu có mùi khai, cả 3 nite mình ở đều không khắc phục được. Chỉ cần mở cửa nvs/nhà tắm là mùi khai sẽ xộc lên mũi. Phòng tắm chỉ cần tắm khoảng 5 phút bước ra ngoài là nước tràn ra khu vực lavabor - Nhà mình có 1 nam, trong 2 đêm lưu trú đầu tiên không hề có dao cạo râu cho khách lưu trú, thậm chí tối ngày t2 xuống lễ tân hỏi xin 1 chiếc nhưng lễ tân báo HẾT, thực sự không hiểu. Rồi tối ngày hôm sau mình xuống lễ tân xin 1 lần nữa thì được cho 1 chiếc - Chăn và đệm không biết ks giặt bằng gì nhưng mùi thuốc tẩy rất hắc, chỉ cần đắp chăn qua mũi thôi là không thể chịu được liền - Phòng cách âm rất tệ, hành lang nhỏ và tối. Having stayed at Ritzy Boutique (4 stars) and Wyndham Golden Bay (5 stars) previously, I understand that comparing a 3-star hotel to higher categories can be unfair. However, there are fundamental issues at Soho that are simply unacceptable: Poor Wi-Fi: The connection is extremely weak. While I could rely on my 5G, other family members without data had to sit near the room door just to get a signal. Unpleasant Odor & Drainage: The bathroom emitted a strong, foul smell (like urine) Room 601 Facilities: I booked a Deluxe City room specifically for the desk and chairs to work. However, while I was working, one of the desk legs fell off, making it completely unusable.
• Ngoc Ha (9/5): - Located in a convenient neighborhood with many shops and services, it's within walking distance of the beach and surrounding areas. The rooms are clean with modern amenities and offer beautiful sea views. The staff are friendly and helpful. My family will definitely return to this place on our next visit to Da Nang.

• Van Nam (4/5): Book anywhere else for your own sake! - The room has nice ocean view and is acceptably clean. Like a scam, I booked a double bed but being arranged to a twin room. They combined two twin beds into one and called it a double bed. What a plot twist!
• Karmen (7/5): Clean and comfortable, a bit far from main area but close to beach - Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms, close to the beach. A bit far from the main restaurant area, only a 25-30minute walk so it wasn’t the end of the world but something to consider. The breakfast buffet was definitely catered towards Asian tourists as it was mainly seafood soup and various rice dishes. This is fine but a bit of a struggle as a vegetarian and also something we weren’t used to eating in the morning.

• Brandy Lynn (6/5): - We stayed for a week, booked through Expedia. There is no shuttle service to/from the airport available, despite what the write up says. The room we were given was an inside room...no windows at all. The room was clean but rudimentary. The breakfast buffet was edible, with a range of noodles and rice fruit and pastries. Coffee was horried, but there a several shops right outside the door. Location was brilliant, a block from the beach, with all kinds of shops and services available. Would definitely stay here again for the location, but I'd definitely ask for a room with a window next time.
• Leong (8/5): Great location at an affordable price - The staff accommodated our request for a room with a full view of the ocean. The location of the hotel was just a stone’s throw from the beach. There are many restaurants and mini marts surrounding the hotel. The room was big and spacious. The floor of the shower cubicle was slightly slippery. The staff have a limited command of English but it was not a huge problem to communicate with them.

Staff very helpful and friendly although not much English so a little hard to communicate. Good location. We were only given an option to pay cash, no machine option. Tried to charge us for drinks in our fridge but fridge was empty when we checked in.

• Ramona (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, in the middle of the tourist area. Close to lots of restaurants, spas, shops and beach. The rooms are big and they have a nice sea view ( we’ve booked the sea view room). Comfortable beds and reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, we had a serious of issues with this property. Lots of cleaning issues, cockroaches everywhere in the room, they even got into my suitcase:(. The rooms are in a seriously need of a deep cleaning. Housekeeping is very loud in the morning, shouting and laughing on the corridors. We’ve also had an issue with the payment. They refused payment by card, claiming they do not have a card machine. When I asked to pay by cash and have a receipt, they said they don’t provide that either. I needed a receipt and vat invoice for obvious reasons, so this was REALLY disturbing. When i asked them to cancel the reservation bcs they cannot provide proof of payment, a card machine had mysteriously appeared from the managers office. I had to wait 30 min for a vat invoice as well, as the receptionist kept not understanding how to make one😐

• Olga (9/5): Absolutely loved it! - I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel! My room with balcony was gorgeous, spacious and I had the best sleep in this bed despite of quite noisy area. Great hot shower. The first room that I got required some maintenance and they gave me another one. Very kind and friendly staff, especially the doorman! 2 mins walk to the beach. Would come again for sure! Thank you. There’s some bar right next to the hotel that blasts out loud music till late at night with no days-off. Just worth of mentioning.

There were no chairs to sit by the pool and the tiles in the pool were all chipped - bit devo. We booked the hotel because of the pool area and the view from the roof but it was not a nice area.

Amazing value for money There was a gross smell on floor 7 the one my friend was staying on but my level was fine. The pool wasn’t maintained properly, there were tiles fallen off and the pool wasn’t clean. Would’ve been nice to be able to put Netflix on the TV but, overall was amazing and I would definitely book this place again if I was staying in Da Nang again

They don’t change the broken kettle, they don’t bring the knife for fruits. Everything what I asked was ignored by stuff. The shower was not clean. They didn’t clean the room everyday. And the balcony door wasn’t able to close fully. The room was very cold.

Hotel is a walk away from the beach and great eateries nearby Excellent room keeping service that make our bed at tip top condition. nothing that i dislike but i observe that the hotel can improve on the overall maintenance and the customer facing staff are having that serious but stressed look to multitask at the reception desk with several guests at the same time.

• Ben (5/5): Very mixed feelings, a hotel must be a place where you can sleep... - Staff was very friendly. The location is perfect, 1min from the beach, restaurants and cafés all around the street. Room was very large as expected, enough space for remote work, big bathtube and bathroom. Ocean view is beautiful, very bright room and enjoyable stay during day time. Full kitchen and living room separated from bedroom and bathroom, very functional. Impossible to sleep, there is a beach club just under the windows, big loud music from 8pm untill 1 or 2am, when i say big loud music you literally can invite people to party at the room, it's like the club is inside the room, free music all night, at least the DJ was good. Room was very humide, moist, sticky ground, moldy wall and joints, and not very clean (hairs, dirt,...). Toilet is too small, i'm only 175cm, impossible to seat on the throne without getting my knees behind my hears, need to be flexible. Breakfast buffet is 100% vietnamese food, it can be a plus or a no go, depend on your breakfast taste.

There was a cockroach in our room size of the finger - after telling that to staff they have changed our room - however new room had water damage and you could see mold on the curtain Hallway rugs looked like they have never seen any cleaning There was also beach party evith nights we stayed - so sleeping was not an option Food was eatable but really not the best quality. I would not stay again

Foyer smelled like urine because toilets were filthy. Breakfast was poor. Airconditioning in our room didn't work but they did move us the second night after us saying we weren't happy. Pool was cloudy and very very small. The advertising for this hotel looked beautiful but it was dirty and a frustrating place to stay. False advertising. We were the only westerners so maybe that is why they cater for the Asian client. It was so bad that we walked down the road to another motel where they helped us with maps, tourist information, private car, flights etc .

• Ong (7/5): Unsatisfying stay - The location The rooms were a bit small. Shower and toilet separate and so small. Two small useless windows. Pool area was unkempt and pool was a bit too small and closed too early.
• Maliha (8/5): Very good - The hotel staff were nice. The room was clean and spacious. We had a special request to give us a room on higher floors which they did. Overall, I recommend it. I think the area near the swimming pool was still under construction when we went there. I was unable to clean myself up after swimming and it was also very dirty.

• Caitlin (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was friendly and location was very close to the beach. Photos were not really a true representation of the room. Bed was not very comfy. Ok place for the money.

• Angela (8/5): Perfect location to beach and food places. - Location, very friendly staff at reception and front door, good size rooms, buffet breakfast makes this hotel value for money in this area. For that reason i would recommend staying here for one or two nights. The buffet breakfast needs monitoring. We had three breakfast there. Two breakfast people had eaten from serving area/dishes that are full of food. Fresh cut passion fruit put out on a platter to take, had spoonfuls taken out of them (people had sampled them?!) the staff must of seen this and did not remove the half eaten fruit from the serving platter. The third morning I didn’t feel comfortable eating out of the buffet for this reason. We ordered eggs/omelette. The carpet in level two was very stained and made the hotel feel dirty.

• Arun (9/5): Superb - Sea view from the room, location is good walkable distance to beach. Clean maintenance is good.. Morning buffet breakfast don't have much options for Western foods. Only bread available. They didn't mention some name on buffet menu also..
• Ybnonline (9/5): Good value - Recommend!! The Location is good. There's restaurant, Minimart , shop around hotel, very convenience!! near the beach just walk about 5 mins. to the beach. Breakfast is delicious, I stayed 2 nights the hotel change food everyday. Staffs is very nice they help us a lot. Roof top is a bit old, swimming pool is small but good view, You can see even dragon Bridge.😅
• Zerenish (9/5): The great huge bed with a nice sea view! - We liked our big and clean room with a huge bed, great view to the sea and a pleasant shower. A staff of the hotel was very friendly and tried to help us with different questions. We would rather to stay in a room with a balcony and not to go every time to smoke at pool terrace. Also the swimming pool was maintained in this period and we could not use it.

• Queenny (10/5): Great location, great cleaning everyday cleaning service. - We have been to Soho in 2019 and really liked the hotel and that was the reason for us to search for it in booking.com and booked again. We were very happy that it survived the pandemic. The staffs and services are excellent, however, the hotel didn't have the vibes as before, probably from cut down personnels: room are spacious with ocean view, room cleaning service everyday with new clean towels, replacement new 2 free bottles of water which is a huge plus, but it seemed that maintenance of the hotel overall is not up to what it was before, it was a little rundown and feel dated. Same things with the breakfast, we used to have good buffet breakfast, but now it was limited a la carte. Location is great, there are a lot of restaurants in the same street. To walk to the beach, just go right then right again for a few steps and we are at the beach front. We will continue to support Soho Boutique hotel whenever we are back to Da Nang and hopeful it will come back to the splendor it was before. More choices, variety for breakfast for people who stay more than 2 days
• Sharayu (6/5): Pleasant - The location was near beach. The receptionist was a helpful young lady who helped us with few issues on our very first day in Vietnam. The hotel is placed amidst tall buildings(like many hotels in Danang). We had booked room with ocean view but the view was not so great. The neighbouring hotels were obscuring the view and also everything felt cramped altogether. The breakfast was just passable with few minimal options. We got bikes on rent from the hotel. At first they asked for reasonable price but later when we demanded for 1 more day they charged 1.5x the rent. It was Têt festival in Vietnam so it felt like the hotel was understaffed and also empty with very few guests. Overall the room and the stay felt overpriced. Would advise to look for other better options.
