The first room were in was smelled smoked and the longer we stayed it seems the smelled getting more stronger I finally complained to the front desk about it and the guys moved us to another room right away, The smell of the smoked in the room that has no window.

Staff was friendly and helpful too although a later checkout time would have been nice (for a shower) when there were ample vacancies. No hot water during a morning shower. Just a little noise from the street could be heard at night. A window would have been great.
- Jason (10/5): - Included breakfast makes the stay very easy to eat in the morning without having to do anything. Very nice and accommodating staff. In fact they saw me set up my office to work from home here, and they offered me a larger table to work from. Also the included water is a very nice amenity to have especially for long stays. The staff is also on top of everything and asks me about our breakfast order and notifies us of any deliveries usually before we ever ask. Another added bonus is the location. Everything we need from transportation, to grocery, and other stores are within easy walking distance. Great place to stay all around!

Hot shower are great since we went to visit on the last day of mardigra and we are cold from the rain so their hot shower helps us feel refreshed. Staffs are nice specially the lady who assist us during our check in she also gave us a free stay for an hour before our check out. Will definitely stay here again the next time we'll visit. 😁

- Louie Albert (10/5): - What I found unique about YBC Grand Hotel is it's situated in the heart of Olongapo above a large grocery store and within walking distance from restaurants, eateries, SM Mall, & Victory Liner station. The staff were very courteous and quite helpful. The rooms were very clean and updated. There is an ATM machine by the entrance and there is also a security guard who would assist you with your luggage and help with directions. I highly recommend YBC Grand Hotel and would stay there again. Louie F.
