Their colleagues are very friendly and very professional when comes to explaining the wine to us. Will definitely try to go there again.
- Susan (2/5): Not as advertised, no restaurant. Cut short our stay. - The views over the valley and vineyards are breathtaking. Large shower room, spotlessly clean. Parking for guests was not adequately signposted. We had to search the premises to find staff to check us in. Entrance to the small room above the offices was past a stack of crates. Nobody pointed out where the (superb) terrace was. There was no wardrobe in the room. The only decoration was a wine bottle with a stick in it. Coffee machine was outside the room shared with other rooms. There were no restaurants open Tuesday and Wednesday so not as advertised. With no possibility of dinner on site how can you enjoy the wine if you have to drive? We did not stay for the second night of our booking. Only got 50% refund but still not worth staying another night. I'm fluent in German so this is not just a case of failing to cope with the local habits.

- Søren (10/5): Tranquil luxury garnished with the best white wine in Germany:) - What an amazing place! The atmosphere, the design, the view and the facilities. If you like a quiet unique experience, you are in for a treat:) But most amazing of cause the wine (after closing hours placed in wine fridges for the same price as in the store) AND even more amazing the varied free wine tasting with all the best Gut Hermansberg can offer in taste and professional guidance. 6 out of 6 wine glasses:) After store hours you are on your own! We liked it, but maybe it’s not for everyone!
