The host was very nice and helpful, he even made suggestions for food and sights to visit. Close to the river and around 15 minutes walk from the center where all the main sights are located.

Il manque un plateau car la terrasse est à l’étage par rapport à la cuisine. Et on est obligé de descendre le micro-onde de sa tablette car le fil est trop court.

Es un sitio bastante tranquilo y hay que medir mucho el ruido para no molestar. Para un viaje de amigas, en grupo, se hace bastante restrictivo.

L'appart fait très bien le job. Les chaises hautes qui ne permettent pas vraiment de s'asseoir car vous avez vite les cuisses qui sont contre la table pour manger et nous ne sommes pas gros ... L'exiguité de la salle de bain sans pouvoir vraiment poser nos affaires quelque part.

Ściany w obiekcie wymagają odświeżenia.

Nos dejaron entrar en el apartamento antes de la hora del checkin, lo que es de agradecer. Mención especial a Ezequiel y María, que nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron. No nos gustó que al hacer el check out, no nos facilitaron la consigna para poder dejar las maletas, tuvimos que cargar dos horas con ellas, y finalmente tuvimos que buscar una consigna alternativa. Empañó en parte, todo lo positivo de la estancia.

We arrived before the official check-in time, and Ezequiel was kind enough to let us check in early, which we truly appreciated. The location is ideal—situated in a quiet street right in the center, making it easy to reach all main points like the Giralda on foot, with a Mercadona supermarket nearby for shopping. The owner, Ezequiel, is an amazing person—he and his colleague Nicolas are ready to help with absolutely anything. We stayed as a family of 4 (two adults and two kids aged 13 and 11). The main bed was perfect, and the sofa bed was firm as expected for this type of bed. The only minor point is that the bathroom is very small, which is typical for city centers in Seville, and it lacks space to store cosmetic bags for four people, but this was not a big deal for us. Highly recommended
