Marie Celeste (9/5): Perfect! Ik raad het iedereen aan. - Hele ruime schone kamer en we hadden elke dag schone baddoeken. Aan de overkant is een 7/11 en Jollibee was naast het hotel. Wij waren een gezin van 4 maar hebben 2 kamers moeten boeken omdat er geen 4 personen kamers zijn. We hadden kamers naast elkaar. In onze kamer druppelde de airco waardoor de vloer nat was maar wij hadden dit zelf opgelost door er een handdoek neer te leggen.

xianjun (6/5): Business trips are optional, but for tourism accommodation, there are better choices. - It's relatively close to the industrial park where I work. The buffet breakfast offers very limited choices of food. The beverages are only coffee and juice, without milk. The WiFi signal in the room is extremely poor and often causes the connection to drop. As a hotel priced at $90 per night, it is not a very cost-effective option. Moreover, there are many student activities on weekends, making the entire corridor noisy and chaotic.

Elsie (10/5): Great property and the location is perfect. - I booked a room at Hotel Marciano for my siblings. The room is pretty spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The front-office associate was very accommodating. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The internet is a bit slower and the AC isn’t that cold but maybe it was because of the weather since it was too hot outside.

I received a call at 9 pm on my last night asking if I wanted my room cleaned then. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in my room was virtually non-existent, only working in the bathroom. Furthermore, the hotel hosts functions, which made the hallway noisy from early morning onwards.

Location was perfect for purpose of our stay. The hotel is massively overpriced for Calamba. Clearly for people living oversees visiting family or for business. There is no soundproofing. We had 2 rooms on 2 separate stays and all of them were too loud from the noise of guests/staff being loud in the corridors and shouting from room to room.

More than that, they seem to really enjoy working in the hotel. Please value more your employees, they're one of the key ingredients to make guests' stay more enjoyable and meaningful. Another is the FOOD! One of the best tasting and big serving hotels we've ever stayed in. Value for money is also considered. My husband and I will definitely stay again here, next time with our daughter since we stayed here I am still pregnant. ☺️ Maybe one thing to improve on is the parking area. Hope they can provide shaded parking and also improve the landscaping so all in all the area of the hotel will look more presentable and pleasurable. Lastly, shaded area at the pool area. :)
