• Selina (10/5): Wunderschönes Zelt mitten im Dschungel - absolut empfehlenswert. - Alles perfekt! Traumhafte Lage mitten im Dschungel umgeben von zwitschernden Vögeln, Hühnern und Kühen. Das Zelt ist voll ausgestattet und hat sogar einen kleinen Ofen, um zu es wenn’s kühler wird schön gemütlich zu haben. Besonders toll war auch das Frühstück. Es war sehr abwechslungsreich und besteht aus lokalen Produkten. Der Blick auf den Pico ist es weiteren Highlight - zu unserem Aufenthalt mit Schnee auf der Spitze. Es gab nichts was und nicht gefallen hat.

• Helen (9/5): Beautiful stay in nature. - Beautiful location in the middle of the forest! A lovely place surrounded by nature. I had such a relaxing time here. I had a yurt so could see the stars at night and listen to the quiet. The hosts were very nice and the bed was so comfy. The shower was very warm and the kitchen are had everything you could need. But after a 10 minute drive, you are back in town again, so it’s a great location. A truly lovely place. Nothing, but you will need a car to get here.

The surrounding garden is magical and the breakfast is good made off local products and deliver to your doorstep. We just loved it! Nothing
• Melissa (9/5): Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis in unserem Urlaub ! - Die Unterkünfte sind super gemütlich und toll eingerichtet. Die eigene Terasse war gut abgeschirmt und man konnte somit toll draußen sitzen ! Der Frühstückskorb war ein echtes Highlight. Es sollte einem bewusst sein, dass die Unterkunft etwas abgelegener ist. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen also für uns kein Problem. Je nach Jahreszeit wird es Abend sehr kalt, aber dafür gibt es einen Ofen den ma nutzen kann! Die Küche hat keine Backofen aber ist sonst wirklich top ausgestattet. (Alles meckern auf hohen Niveau- wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen.

• Lisa (10/5): - Alles! Ganz tolle Erfahrung in dieser Jurte zu übernachten. Für unsere Kinder ein echtes Erlebnis. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, das Wasser warm. Nachts war es kalt, aber mit dem Feuer im Ofen einzuschlafen war toll. Der Frühstückskorb, der immer um 8 Uhr vor der Tür stand war ein weiteres Highlight, besonders am ersten Tag. Man kann dann ausfüllen, was man für den nächsten Tag möchte. Es gibt außerdem einen tollen Gemeinschaftsraum und eine Terrasse. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, wenn wir nochmal nach Faial kommen, dann definitiv in diese Unterkunft. Super gemütlich, sehr zu empfehlen! Nichts.

• Jan-Felix (10/5): Große Empfehlung! - Wir hatten ein Zelt mit einer Außenküche, -toilette und -dusche. Es war echt super schön und man hat sich wie in einem Dschungel gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Gastgeber sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns wirklich viel Spaß gemacht. Das Frühstück war ein Traum und wir konnten es nach dem ersten Frühstück an unsere Bedürfnisse anpassen. Wir haben uns abends den Kamin angemacht und es war sehr gemütlich. Nichts!

• Myrthe (9/5): Heerlijk rustig en sfeervol verblijf dichtbij de stad, op een prachtige locatie. - Super mooie ligging, dichtbij de stad. Het huisje zelf heeft veel privacy en is super mooi ingericht. Ook het ontbijt ‘s ochtends is super lekker en wordt in een leuke picnic mand bij je deur geleverd. Het enige nadeel waren de vele vliegen en muggen in het huisje.
• Marina (10/5): - Mitten in einer Plantage gelegen, etwas außerhalb von Horta. Deswegen ist ein Mietwagen notwendig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man merkt hier, dass die Gastgeber hier ihre Liebe reingesteckt haben. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Vor unserer Hütte hatten wir einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen die Nachmittags in der Sonne waren. Ein Elektro und ein Pelletofen sind vorhanden. Da wir im November da waren, haben wir diesen auch benötigt. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen in einem Korb vors Haus gestellt. Man konnte dann für den nächsten Tag auswählen was man haben möchte, außer Wurstwaren. War für uns aber nicht schlimm. Leider ist die Toilette nur mit einem Vorhang vom restlichen Wohn- und Schlafbereich getrennt. Da hätte ich mir eine Holztür gewünscht.

The breakfast was fabulous and the surroundings were perfect. If I could give 11 out of 10 we would! We will be back. Nothing!!
• Andreas (9/5): - Bis auf die Anmerkungen unten eigentlich alles. Wir hatten keine der angepriesenen Holzterrasse und konnten so nie draußen sitzen, weil der Boden zu unserer Zeit immer feucht war. Ein großes Fenster mit Insektenschutzgitter wäre auch gut gewesen, dann hätte man auch nachts das Zelt aufpassen können. Schinken und Eier zum Frühstück wären auch schön gewesen.

• Bastien (8/5): - Pleasant stay in Azul Singular - tents are well maintained and the welcoming was very good. Location is quite remote - good for tranquility but requires car to get to any close restaurant. We had nice breakfasts delivered to the tent at 08h every day. It was quite humid during & dark our stay due to very heavy rains - unfortunate. Just need to be aware of that possibility in Acores !
• Dirk (10/5): - Sehr schöne Lage in einem Palmenwald mit Blick auf den Pico. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und wurde liebevoll zubereitet in einem Frühstückskorb vor dem Bungalow gestellt. Der Bungalow selber hatte eine kleine Küche und war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir hatten eigentlich 3 Übernachtungen gebucht aber leider hat uns der Hurricane Gabrielle einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht und wir mussten einen Tag vorher abreisen. Unser Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auf die möglichen Probleme vorbereitet, in Folge dessen wir uns für eine vorzeitige Abreise entschieden hatten. Sehr schnell und unbürokratisch hat er uns das Geld für die stornierte Nacht zurück überwiesen. Vielen dank dafür. Auch wenn es nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt war, kann ich diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

• Jana (10/5): Traumhaft schön - Die tollen Zelte waren mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir fanden das Bett herrlich kuschelig und haben es dort einfach geliebt. Wer Ruhe und Komfort sucht ist hier genau richtig. Nichts.

• Alexander (8/5): - Definitely nice for some days, but difficult with high humidity. Nice staff and cute breakfast in a Little Red Hiding Hood basket. The variety could be wider, but was definitely nice. The bed was way to soft, could be many stages harder. WiFi was working properly, water is potable, kitchen equipment is good. We had some rainy days, so the tent and our clothes did not dry properly, the towels were wet all the days. That's definitely a downside. Expect to be up at 7.00/7.30 in the morning when you hear the dogs, cows and other animals. We did not use the community room, they have books and games for rainy or boring days.

• Isabel (9/5): 100% Empfehlung auch für Personen die auf die Annehmlichkeiten eines bestimmten Standards in einer Zeltinterkunft nicht - Pedro und Antonia sind super nett und sehr aufmerksam. Die Jurte, die wir hatten, war klasse. Die Außenküche ist gut ausgestattet und der Badezimmerbereich hat jegliche Annehmlichkeiten (zB Regendusche). Dass es teilweise negative Kommentare bzgl des Frühstücks gibt verstehen wir gar nicht. Es gab eine tolle Auswahl und man konnte für den nächsten Tag ankreuzen, was man haben möchte. So etwas die Eier etc kann man sich auch einfach selbst kaufen und selbst zu bereiten, wenn man darauf nicht verzichten mag. Die Jurte hat ein Netz überm Bett, was Insekten aus dem Schlafbereich fern hält. Wir hatten aber auch so keinerlei unangenehmer Begegnungen mit Krabbeltieren. Es war alles perfekt!
• Kimberly (9/5): - Het was een yurt wat lekker privé lag in de bosjes dus het was rustig! Je had eigen douche en wc en een badjas om daar te komen. Het ontbijt werd aan de tent bezorgd en kon je wensen opgeven waardoor je niet te veel spullen kreeg die je niet wilde op eten! Het persoonlijk was vriendelijk in de zin hoognodige communicatie maar niet veel interactie. Nadeel je moet 3 dagen of 4 dagen met 2 handdoeken doen en het droogt slecht. Bij navragen hebben we nieuwe gekregen dus dat was goede service.

• Oleksandr (10/5): The spirit of the Azores. - This place is truly special and fully conveys the magic of Azorean tranquility, comfort, and harmony with nature. We spent a few days here in February during the worst weather, but we felt warm and cozy in our tent thanks to the lovely fireplace and electric heater. The hosts, Pedro and Antónia, are incredibly warm, hardworking, and hospitable people. A wonderful breakfast made from local products is kindly left in a basket on your porch, allowing you to sleep in without worrying about missing it. I could go on and on about this place, but the best way to experience it is to stay for at least three days. Highly recommended! Time flew by so quickly!

Location fairly close to the airport and the city of Horta, with many attractions no more than 20/30 minutes away by car. The road to the hotel was somewhat isolated and slightly run-down.

• Nick (10/5): - Dit was één van de accommodaties op onze ontdekkingsreis van de Azoren waar we het meest naar uitkeken. Onze verwachtingen werden overtroffen! Te beginnen met hosts Pedro & Antónia die er alles aan doen om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De tent zelf was fantastisch: proper, voorzien van een ijskast en zalig gelegen tussen de palmen. Het voelde als buiten slapen. Elke avond kregen we kort na zonsondergang bezoek van een uil die zich door de palmen rond onze tent bewoog. We vreesden ook bezoek te krijgen van muggen, maar die waren er gelukkig niet (de tenten zijn voorzien van een klamboe voor het geval ze er toch zouden zijn). Het ontbijt wordt elke ochtend in een mandje klaargezet aan je tent. In de mand zit een briefje waarop je kan aanduiden wat je de volgende ochtend wenst. Ruime keuze en ideaal om verspilling tegen te gaan. Er is een grote supermarkt (Continente) op enkele minuten rijden.

• Georgy (9/5): Great place to slow down and enjoy the nature - Azul Singular is a very unique place where you can switch from the city life and enjoy your time in jungle. Although the place looks quite wild from the first glance you get everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfasts were quite plenty and we liked very much the sustainable approach with low waste. The bed was super comfy and we really enjoyed our morning views to the palm trees. Shower could be a bit more comfortable. Would be great to have some holders for soap and shampoo. Unfortunately there were no mosquito nets.

• Janet (10/5): A haven to relax - There’s not one thing we did not like! The property is in a gorgeous lush garden immersed in nature. The cabin/tent had all that was required for a comfortable stay. It was a truly relaxing stay.

• Sarah (8/5): cool glamping experience - tents are wall-less cabins with tarp you can roll down, we were comfortable even during bad weather safe for your valuables tents are set far enough apart so you don't see your neighbours good shower fireplace in tent nobody at reception in the evening or night and the tent can obviously not be locked earliest breakfast delivery is at 7.30 am, can be too late if you're going whale watching or diving in the morning

The hosts are super welcoming and breakfast when you wake up waiting for you at the entrance - we loved it and can highly recommend it to everyone!

• Vera (10/5): beautiful experience - dont miss out on this gem - We loved this place. It is like a cabin in the middle of the forrest. The mix of wood and tent situated in between so many trees is just a beautiful. We could have spend another week here. Everything was perfect really. Hopefully we will come back one day!
• Marta (9/5): Superb - the experience was incredible! we stayed there for two nights and got really lucky with good weather so we could see the magnificent Azorian sky covered with stars in the middle of the night. the fireplace inside the yurt was extraordinary. we will be back for sure :) everything was really amazing. if we could just make a small suggestion is to add some additional space by the shower area to hang towels and clothes.

• Amelie (10/5): Exceptional - we loves to be in the nature and feel quite alone there! :) everything is clean and well equiped! it was so good to have the kitchen and cook there. The only downside was a cow which didnt stop to „muhh“ during all night - who knows which problems she faced…its nice that a hen was sometimes visiting by on the gras ;)

• Bernhard (10/5): Almost Paradise - Pedro welcomed us so kindly. We were urgently looking for a last minute accomodatin due to our flight cancellation and ended up in the most beautiful place one could immagine. Beatiful design + location. Super kind hosts. Great breakfast
