We were pleasantly surprised by its location — just a five-minute walk from St. Stephen’s Basilica. The apartment itself is cozy, situated in an old yet historic building in the heart of Budapest. I would also like to note that all our questions regarding the apartment and the check-in process were answered promptly and without any delays. We were not completely satisfied with the check-in time, which is stated as 3 PM in the listing. I find this quite late. We arrived from Vienna early, around 1 PM, and thankfully we were allowed to check in earlier — which we greatly appreciate. Still, I think this is something worth reconsidering. I also have a small suggestion regarding the towels: it would be better to provide two towels per person — one for the body and one for the face. In our case, only one towel per person was provided.

If we had arrived earlier, we would have had to wait outside for a long time, which can be exhausting. I think this is something worth reconsidering. In our case, only one towel per person was provided.

• Nenad T. (7/5): Roomy apartment in an amazing location which would be perfect if it was cleaner. - Location is excellent. Very close to St. Stephen's Basilica and thus to the very center of the city. Rooms are big with very high ceilings which provides a pleasant feeling of a very spacious interior. The elevator works well and helps getting to the third floor without too much effort. The neighborhood is quiet so there are no distractions during the day or during night. The bathroom constantly smelled really bad. The overall cleanness can definitely be improved. We were concerned whether to use provided pillowcases or cover them with our clean towels. This affected everyone and presented an issue that constantly prevented us from relaxing and enjoying our stay there.

• Darren (10/5): Great place - We had a complication when the power breaker shorted out but their communication was on point and excellent. We were able to get things resolved and I'm grateful for their good communication. Nice, spacious and clean place. Thank you very much and we would stay again!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Real Apartments Revay Review - The location of the property was fantastic. It was very easy to walk anywhere and find your way back. The downsides were, you only get one key, so if someone wants to leave, and someone stay, you either have to lock them inside or leave the door unlocked because they have a security gate. The beds were very hard and one was very squeaky if you moved. The walls are thin, so I heard the neighbors laughing and talking most of the night making for an unpleasant sleep.
