The staff was proactive, providing logistical and other information ahead of the visit. They recommended several good restaurants nearby that did not disappoint. The room was exactly what we needed before long-haul flights out of Europe. The bathroom was narrow and the beds were springy (not my preference). The area was not interesting, though safe and close to Termini station. It may have been the holiday weekend, but the price seemed high for the hotel room's facilities and age (decor was rather dated).

• Kristin (9/5): Convenient, pleasant place to stay when traveling through Rome. - Location is convenient to Termine station, but retains a Rome residential neighborhood vibe, including a small morning market in the street. Staff was very helpful and solicitous. Room was clean, quiet, and everything worked well: kettle, mini fridge, multiple electric outlets, hot water. The furnishing was elegant but a bit quirky, bed was parallel to headboard, closet hangers were 20 cm beyond my reach (I am an average height female).

Femme seule avec 1 adolescent et 1 enfant de 10 ans, je me suis sentie très bien, en sécurité, les différents contacts par whatsapp avec l’hôtel sont très pratiques et très rassurants. Les matelas sont très confortables surtout après de longues journées de marche et la rue est très calme la nuit. Je ne peux que recommander. Merci bcp car cela contribue grandement aux superbes souvenirs de Rome. Tout était très bien. Peut être la salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais elle était très grande, pratique, avec un bon débit d’eau chaude.

• THOMAI (10/5): Amazing option! - The hotel is the perfect choice for your trip to Rome. It is located in a strategic area, as you have the train station nearby for the airport, a bus terminal with many bus lines, and a metro station as well. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are extremely spacious, and the room includes everything you could possibly need. And what can I say about the staff? Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful from the very first day I made the reservation. They even helped me through messages with directions on how to get from the airport to the hotel. Whatever we asked for, they were willing to bring it immediately. They also gave us tips and recommendations for the city. Slim, Matteo, and the third receptionist whose name I unfortunately don’t know, you were all amazing. Thank you so much for making our stay such a pleasant experience. -

Personnel de l’hôtel prévenu mais ils ne pouvaient malheureusement rien n’y faire car l’étage au dessus du notre (3ème) n’appartenait pas à l’hôtel.

Yes, there’s a room tax — but that’s normal in Italy, so don’t let it surprise you. Now the ROOM 😍 £300 for 5 nights??? I mean… what a steal. Clean, comfy, perfect vibes Soap & shampoo ready to go Tea & coffee with a kettle ☕ TWO big bottles of water waiting for me 💧 And here’s the part that really got me… My room was cleaned EVERY single day for 5 days. Fresh water replaced without me even asking. That kind of care? You don’t see it everywhere. They even sent me a full list of restaurants near the hotel AND around Rome 🍝🍕 Like… they didn’t just host me, they looked after me. Properly. I genuinely felt like family ❤️ And I HAVE to talk about Slim 🙌 What a legend. Helped me with everything Let me practice my very broken Italian 😂 Gave me a map and planned routes for 3 whole days Even helped me sort out an issue with the police (yes, really!!) Just… wow. The staff was exceptionally responsive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel truly welcome. The hotel offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Our room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully arranged, with plenty of mirrors that added a nice touch. Every day, the towels were replaced, and we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh water provided regularly. We also had access to a refrigerator, a hairdryer, and a kettle for tea or coffee, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is another big advantage — the hotel is very close to Termini Station and the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Domus Praetoria for its excellent service, comfort, and great location.

Lo mejor el personal: Slim fue muy amable y nos atendió de maravilla, nos explicó con todo lujo de detalles como hacer nuestra visita a Roma mejor. La ubicación al lado de Termini es perfecta por la comodidad pero en una zona muy tranquila con restaurantes de calidad a precios asequibles....
