- Verified traveler (10/5): Delightful stay in June - It was a lovely stay. Room was spacious and allowed a space for our kids separate from our own. Host and hostess were great and the breakfast was locally sourced and amazing. Kids enjoyed tossing chew toys in the yard for the dogs to chase. I’m allergic to animals and had no issues in the room as they don’t seem to be allowed inside. Thanks for a fun few days in Normandy!
- Gerald (10/5): Wonderful B&B in the French countryside - The B&B is a large farmhouse with two family suites on the upper level, a large kitchen and living room on the lower level. Our suite had two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and sofa, the other has two single beds. We had use of the living room and kitchen during our stay. The couple that own the B&B are extremely nice. Resa made breakfast for us each day using locally sourced ingredients. She also cooked dinner during our final evening. The location is great - a short drive to Utah Beach, Omaha Beach or Bayeux. We visited Mont Saint-Michel and it was about a 90 minute drive each way. There is so much more in the area that I want to see. I'm sure I will be staying here again.

- Kari (10/5): - This place was fantastic. Very quiet. Not much around but that suited me just fine. I traveled with my husband and two adult children. We had a suite to ourselves and had plenty of room. The common area with the fireplace and pool table was super cozy and fun. The owner built us a fire that we enjoyed very much. The owners are super kind and helpful. If they offer to make you dinner, say yes. It was delicious and worth every Euro. I would reccommend this place to anyone.

- Julie (10/5): Fabulous place - What a fabulous place. I hate that we only had one night there. Great, friendly English speaking host who served a fabulous breakfast with local products and gave dinner restaurant recommendations. The kids loved it and didn't want to leave - they helped collect the eggs that were breakfast the next morning, played with the dog, saw the horses in the back, had their own little room upstairs, played some pool, etc. Close to D-Day sights. Waze led us right to the ferme and we thought we were in another world. Clean, comfortable and fantastic.

- Jérémy (10/5): Très beau gîte dans un ancien corps de ferme - Très beau corps de ferme réaménagé. La décoration des chambres et du gîte en général est soigné. Situé en pleine nature, on peut y profiter d'une nuit au calme. La télévision peut se montrer capricieuse mais c'est une bonne excuse pour se plonger dans la littérature locale pour organiser ses visites ou en profiter pour une partie de billard. Le petit-déjeuner offre un bon choix de produits locaux et même le fameux camembert normand comme il se doit. Un petit regret néanmoins, on n'a malheureusement pas pu profiter du célèbre beurre d'isigny local.

- M (10/5): - Beautifully renovated French farmhouse in an idyllic location approximately 25 minutes from Bayeux, the departure point for many D-Day tours. It is convenient to all the landing beaches and other historic sights. The property is fantastic - large, comfortable, modern rooms and bathrooms. The owner speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. The property is extremely clean and well-kept. Breakfast was delicious - fresh juice, coffee, breads and pastries, cheese, and eggs cooked to order. The farm is in the countryside. Use the Orbitz link for directions; our car’s GPS did not recognize the address but clicking though the Orbitz confirmation worked for us. This is the nicest place we’ve stayed during our travels through France and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for each of our daily excursions. The proprietor is amazing and breakfast was perfect. My only negative comment was that we did not stay longer!!

La déco est faite avec goût, le petit déjeuner entièrement maison et l'hôte ne manquera pas de vous guider pour les visites incontournables des plages du débarquement. Bref une des meilleures maisons d'hôtes que j'ai faite pour ne pas dire la meilleure vue le rapport qualité prix. Au plaisir d'y retourner avec les enfants

Très beaux bâtiments situés à la campagne (en dehors d Isigny).Grande salle avec billards,bouquins , jeux et guides touristiques.Possibilité d utiliser la cuisine .Bon petit déjeuner et quelle plaisir de partager avec l hôtesse.

- Justin (10/5): AMAZING AMZING AMZING! - Perhaps the greatest find of my lifes travels has been 'La Ferme D'ervée de Saint-roch'! Where to begin..? First, they speak fluent English, which is a lifesaver if you are like me and can only fake your way through a few pleasantries in French. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and cozy. Every morning we were greeted with hot coffee, fresh fruit, and an assortment of freshly made pastries and crescents rolls, fresh bread, freshly squeezed OJ, and farm fresh eggs. The service is more like hanging out in a friends kitchen than that of a business. And on top of it all, you are on a beautiful farm in the picturesque French countryside where the only sounds you hear at night is the wind through the tall grass and trees. We came to visit the D-Day sites of Normandy for a week. You are as close as 15 minutes and no further than an hour from all of the sights. You are also 30 minutes or less from several of the bigger towns nearby with amazing restaurants and shops. If you are plannig a trip this way... this is where you need to stay!
