Simon (6/5): - Breakfast wasn't available at the property at all so I can't comment on that. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room which I appreciated. There was a bar area downstairs but it looked like the actual bar had permanently closed and hadn't been used to serve drinks for some time. But not a big deal. You are allowed to eat take away food in the downstairs "bar" area but not in the rooms, which is fair enough I suppose. I had a room advertised as having a "private bathroom". However this was stretching the definition. The toilet and sink were in the room, however the shower room was along the corridor two rooms down.

Kieran (10/5): A Super Stay! - The owners were amazingly welcoming and would go out of their way to assist me with my suitcase and guide me to my room. I definitely felt welcome here. The room was tidy, bed was comfy and perfect for my weekend working at the Comic-Con around the corner 🙂 Ensuite bathroom was tiny. Didn't bother me a lot, but for others it may be a challenge

Elaine (8/5): Lucky find over Easter weekend. - My room was well-equipped and comfortable, and very clean. It looked out onto the front street and had very good light, which is often not the case with single rooms. The shower and toilet were external, which I knew when I booked, but they did seem to be genuinely just for me, and were clean and functioning properly. There was a basin in the room with a nice set of soap dish, toothbrush holder, etc. The WiFi was very good. Guests have use of a fridge and microwave downstairs, though I didn't use either of them myself. I would stay here again. The bed was a bit soft for my preference, and there was no bedside table, because of lack of space.

Emmahendersonx (8/5): Last minute Blackpool trip - Hotel was a great price for 3 nights. It was really central to everything we needed. Lovely hosts, who were very helpful on arrival. We are both tall, so the bed frame made it a little restricted to lie flat out.

Kian checked Tv Signal seemed ok but when I change channels no signal this was proven by going through menu on Tv..was looking forward to Match of the Day the price was fair but could have been cheaper due to shared shower and separate ablutions was bit inconvenience by remembering to take the room key .Shower was excellent no problem with water flow. All in all a CREDIT TO THE HOSTS Nothing regarding Hotel . Peaceful except some outside revellers on Saturday night . I wasn't bothered about it due to out doing some walking. Angie was always on the go from my observations.
