A pochi passi si trova un deposito bagagli ( segnalatoci dall’host) e a pochi minu - L’ambiente ampio era molto conviviale cosa per il nostro gruppo di grande importanza All’arrivo abbiamo trovato delle cartacce dietro il divano e alcuni insetti poco gradevoli. L’host ci ha detto che la settimana precedente c’era stata la disinfestazione ma siamo comunque rimaste in allerta tutto il soggiorno per l’eventuale presenza di altri “ospiti” sgraditi.

• Ricardo (8/5): Very spacious and excellent location. - Excellent location. Walking distance to a few of the bars and clubs. Parking wasn’t difficult once understood how it works and which apps to use to pay. Very spacious and has some modern touches to it. Suitable for big family. AC not cold enough. Kitchen tap is loose. It gets very bright very early on one side of the house because it does not have shutters and the curtains are not big enough and thick enough. The apartment was not clean enough for our liking. There was an empty bottle under the sofa as well as allot of dust. Whoever cleaned the place did not hoover or clean properly behind sofas and beds.
• sarvil (2/5): - Too old apartment. Kitchen was smelling nasty. The utensils were not clean too. We had to clean everything and then cook. There was no vacuum available to clean the floor and so there were ants all over. The air conditioner didn’t work in master bedroom. One of the bathroom had lot of flies. In another bathroom, water was leaking from the bath tub in the bedroom. Very bad experience. I would not suggest to stay there.
• Eva (6/5): Abbastanza buono - L’appartamento è’ in buona posizione. E’ molto ampio, ci si può stare comodamente in 10. Ha due bagni, di cui uno non proprio fruibile. L’edificio dove si trova l’appartamento non è’ tenuto benissimo e anche l’appartamento potrebbe essere meglio attrezzato (nemmeno un comodino accanto ai letti; qualche utensile da cucina che manca) ma in compenso ha ottimi elettrodomestici (microonde, lavastoviglie) Il prezzo nel complesso è’ equo Molto facile dialogare con il gestore

• Dmytro (5/5): Passable - Location in central part of city The accomodation in reality much worse then on photos. Photos usually very pretty, but different from reality. Also manager who met us sent me the number from the box with keys. But this number did not open the box. We waited about 1 hour of ger arrival, then she talk by phone with her boss about 20 minutes and finnaly said that boss changed number on box, but she did not know about this. Perfekt! Also the host added cleaning fee to the bill (about 50€), that was not announced before. And also one of sinks was clogged. Some real photos attached. Also was just one key and one card. And the key can not be disconnected with card. It is not comfortable for big family when somebody go out and somebody stays home.

• Emilija (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable, large apartment with 2 bathrooms, suitable for a group or 2 families. Walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. Old building, one bathroom needs renovation, it fills with water while you shower and after a whole day it's still water.

• Christian (10/5): Cheistian Jesus L. - Das Appartement war natürlich nicht die Welt, aber es hatte alles geboten was erwünscht wurde. Beschweren lässt sich da also eher weniger

• Ádám (8/5): Very good - Location! Shower was poor, anytime we had shower we flooded the bathroom because the glass at the thub didn't have the sealing at the bottom. The heater constantly switched off, ( reset) . Kitchen wasn't really equipped. Knives not sharp, glasses dirty, plates are same. Around the sofa and under sofa wasn't properly clean.
• Lenart (10/5): Great place from the time we checked in, till we checked out. - Great location, lots of space, nice balcony, check-in/checkout were great, easy and simple. Good neighbourhood, well equipped kitchen and very responsive owners. A bit difficult travelling in a poorly organised group, as there was only one key.

• Lan (8/5): Very good - The location was really great ! We were like couple of minutes away from city center and everything was really close. We had many restaurants, clubs and 24/7 shops right next to us. I recommend this facility to families or group of friends. There were few spiders on the ceiling and the first 2 days we had problem with hot water so we had to take shower with cold water but the owner helped us solved the problem really quickly.
