- Pulkit (8/5): But overall stay was good and value for money. - Rooms are clean and food is tasty. Location of property is a problem. If you don’t have your own vehicle then getting cabs is difficult.
- madhumitac2014 (10/5): Good property - Located on the Bypass, this hotel is 12km from the hub of Haridwar - Har ki Podi. This is not an issue if you have your own transport, as it is just a 20 min drive. We faced a small issue at check in as it seems that due to some technical glitch, our accomodation, booked through through the ITC portal was not reflecting on their system. However, the moment we showed them the confirmation, it was taken care of by the reception staff. Recommended to book a stay with at least breakfast and dinner included as there are no restaurants very near the hotel. The rooms are spacious, especially the Deluxe Suite we stayed in. Good washroom with all amenities provided. ITC level of hospitality is always a bonus, even in their affiliated properties.

They helped us arrange transportation by calling a reliable car service whenever we needed to go out. They also recommended and connected us with a fantastic local guide who showed us the best spots for authentic food and drinks. Especially Front Office Manager Pankaj Bisht,was very warm, helpful, and truly hospitable.Every arrangement was well-organized and thoughtful. The hotel itself is comfortable and welcoming, but it's truly the attentive and friendly team that made the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip!

- Ashok (9/5): Comfortable stay in Haridwar - The breakfast was great. There was a good mix of Western and Indian options with dosas being available to order. We found the South Indian options to be particularly well prepared. The staff kindly packed us a few sandwiches for breakfast on the second day of our stay since we were leaving early to visit some temples. The property itself is reasonably well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and large. The hot shower was perfect after a cold day outdoors. The staff were polite and professional and were flexible enough to accommodate small requests such as packed breakfasts. Special mention to the staff at the front desk for their wonderful service and flexibility. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend the property. The location is not the best for visiting Haridwar but app-based taxi rides are available to reach areas such as Har Ki Pauri. We had hired a cab for 2 days and relied on app-based taxi rides twice for shorter distances. There are also not too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There are a few decent options 500-600m away but the walk there is not pleasant especially at night since there are no streetlights.

The highlight, however, was the food. The buffet offered an extensive, thoughtfully curated spread with no repetitive dishes and consistently great taste. A special acknowledgment to the chef for accommodating our request for softer bread. Amenities, cleanliness, and overall hygiene were fully in line with the high standards expected from an ITC property.
