• Henriette (10/5): - A szállásadó, Giallo, kedves és segítőkész volt. A szoba tiszta, csendes, az erkélyen csodás jázmin illat. Közlekedés szempontjából ideális elhelyezkedés, közel a metróhoz és a vasútállomáshoz! Tökéletes választás volt a római vakációhoz! Ilyen nem volt!

• Viviana (9/5): Alloggio molto gradevole e ottima posizione - Giallo è stato super accogliente, quando siamo arrivati ci ha fatto entrare subito in stanza e ci ha indicato anche dei posti tipici dove poter mangiare. Sempre disponibile per tutto. La stanza era pulita e comoda e con tutto il necessario. Posizione dell'alloggio eccellente, giusto a pochi passi dalla metro A e a poche fermate dai luoghi d'attrazione principali. Una cosa che ho apprezzato molto è che Giallo mette a disposizione per gli ospiti un frigo con acqua e macchina del caffè all'entrata e delle merendine in stanza con bollitore per il tè. Sicuramente lo consiglio!

Was big surprise to me to have unlimited water, coffee and some simple pastries every morning, awesome gesture from the host. Bed was also super comfy, the balcony is spacious and has a rocking chair! Amazing stay, would love to come back

The property is very good given its location with direct access to the city center. - The room was clean and rather large with a spacious bathroom. I chose the location mainly because it is situated about 400 m from the metro hub line A that takes you fast and easy anywhere in the city center. The neighbourhood looks shady, there are bin trashes outside in the open. But it is much safer than how it looks.

Owner also let us leave the luggage in the apartment till it was time to check in and also check out as we had a late flight. It was quite hot during the night and day and we couldn’t find the remote of the AC. we had to leave the balcony door open for some cold air.

Struttura in posizione comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro A, stazione Pontelungo (venti minuti ed eravamo in pieno centro). Proprietario gentilissimo: anche se non era compresa la colazione ci ha lasciato qualche snack dolce e la possibilità di prepararci tè o caffè, oltre all’acqua, e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli utili per trovare luoghi carini e sfiziosi nei dintorni. Consigliato!

Posizione TOP a 50 m dalla metro Arancio (fermata Ponte Lungo), e a poco più da Stazione FS Tuscolana. Situata all'8° piano ma ascensore funzionante. Non ho trovato disservizi e anzi, molto carino che nell'atrio ci sia la macchinetta del caffè con le capsule a disposizione gratis e il frigo bar vintage con le bottigliette. Mancava sapone e bagnoschiuma, ma pazienza.

• Paulina (10/5): Excelente - La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. Estuvimos en la habitación Grey y tenía un muy lindo balcón. Aunque no está ubicada en el centro, la parada de metro está a 100 mts y una estación de tren a 2 cuadras. Pudimos ir a todos lados sin inconvenientes. Giallo fue un excelente anfitrión y nos dio indicaciones y sugerencias del lugar. Muy atento toda la estadía, incluso nos dejó algunos snacks y café. Realmente todo estuvo perfecto.

• viola (10/5): Un weekend piacevole,struttura pulita e si dorme molto bene. - Posizione ottima. A poche fermate dalla stazione Termini e da piazza di Spagna. A due passi dalla fermata Ponte Lungo. Eravamo lì per uno spettacolo al teatro Orione questa struttura è vicina. Oltretutto il proprietario lascia a disposizione cialde del caffè,acqua e nella stanza si trova bollitore e merendine. Quindi volendo si può fare anche colazione. Nulla.

• Patrizia (10/5): La stanza grigia - La casa è in una posizione strategica, vicinissima alla stazione Tuscolana e alla fermata Furio Camillo della metro A, quindi ti mette in grado di andare in giro con i mezzi pubblici con la massima facilità. Proprio sotto il b&b c'è un supermercato ben fornito e in zona si trovano comunque parecchie opzioni per mangiare e negozi. I dintorni mi sono sembrati tranquilli. La stanza grigia era pulitissima e molto rilassante e il letto comodo. La stanza è equipaggiata di un bollitore, bustine di tè e qualche merendina, anche se la colazione su Booking non risulta compresa. Il valore aggiunto di questa sistemazione però è sicuramente il titolare: cordiale e accogliente, ha veramente a cuore il benessere dei suoi ospiti. Tornerei sicuramente qui.

• Luca Dema (10/5): - Il luogo non è in centro ma è ben collegato e si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti con la metro. La camera è all'ottavo piano e dunque è tranquilla. Personale molto cordiale.
• Chanin (10/5): - Stayed here for 4 nights. The host is kind and very accommodating. In the B&B, there is a refrig. and coffee machine in the common area where you can take drinking water and make coffee anytime for free. The location of this B&B is good. There is a direct connection train from Rome airport to Tuscolona train station.  Could not find an elevator at the Tuscolona train station.  Need to carry the lugguage up and down the stairs.   After that it is just a 5 minute walk to the B&B. Going into city is also easy.  Just a 5 minutes walk to Metro station.  There are a few restaurants, supermarkets, self-service laundry nearby and a liquor shop next door. On the first night there was a group of people sitting and drinking infront of the liquor shop until 9 pm.  But just only one night. Not an issue. For me as a solo traveler, this B&B is the best choice among other hotels and B&B on booking.com. None.

There was also a kettle and hairdryer, so we had a comfortable stay. It was close to the station, with good access to Rome, and the location was great. Above all, the host, Giallo, was very kind! Also, there are two stores nearby and a few fast food places on the same street. Nearby is a great bar that serves aperitivo (recommend). If you are coming from the Fiumicino airport it is very convenient as the train stops very close to the building. The host was very kind and accommodating. Gave us very helpful information about getting to the B&B from the airport and exploring the city. The best part of the room was the balcony, which was great for the morning coffee and evening drinks and relaxing after a long day. Host also provides free bottles of cold water for everyone, which is greatly appreciated after a hot summer's day. Only downside was the noise. Building itself is a bit older and could use better sound isolation and Rome is unbelievably noisy with constant sirens.

Area is quiet and if ypu need to buy something, there’s a supermarket nearby and some food shops. Checking-in was so easy and was greeted by the owner Giallo, who is very accommodating. Room is big enough. Bathroom has a bidet so its a big bonus and hot/ cold shower. Love that you can get free water bottle from the common fridge and free pastry daily. Room is being cleaned daily, so after a tiring day roaming around Rome, you feel like your at home. N/A

The owner is very nice, explained everything around, where to go, where to eat, how does the metro works. He contacted me immediately after booking the stay and continuously informed me about important things/news. Overall, he was very helpful, willing, and always happy to give advice. His B&B is great, he takes care of the rooms and the small balcony in my "Gray room" was a pleasant surprise. I chose the location because it is the intersection of metro A (in 1 minute on foot) and the railway corridor (station in 5 minutes on foot) to Fiumicino airport - exactly what I needed. There are shops nearby where you can buy food and several bars with great croissants. The bed was too soft for me, but that depends on personal preference. If you need complete darkness and silence for your sleep, this place (strong street lights, bar, trains) is probably not for you, but that is more or less the case for any accommodation in busy Italian cities.
