Guest Reviews
- Sean (10/5): Beautiful jewel in Georgetown - Fantastic surrounded by mountain town fun! Evening hours on a weekend it was tricky to find things open nearby.
- Lissa (10/5): Beautiful place for a beautiful town! - What a beautiful place, everything felt loved and attention to detail was amazing the furniture the decor, everything felt original Nothing, it was the perfect find
- Zachary (9/5): Quaint and relaxing stay in Georgetown, CO - Quaint little bed and breakfast with antique charm. The host were amazing and very responses when we had questions. The bathroom was very clean and updated but was separated from the room. Still private which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was healthy and tasty with nicely brewed fresh coffee. Lovely and roomy spaces to relax throughout the property. Little warm inside. Not sure if there was A/C but didn't feel like it. Old house so it might not be equipped with cooling options. We were there on a cooler July day so still not terrible.
- Kimberly (10/5): It was the perfect get away, we plan to stay there again! - The location was great, it is within walking distance of downtown. The decor and attention to little details made the home so charming.
- Kim (10/5): Feels comfy - Cozy None
- Sanna (9/5): Tunnelmallinen ja persoonallinen siisti majatalo, ystävällinen palvelu - Hyvä sijainti vuorten kupeessa
Ihanan kodikas Stars Hollow -tunnelma
Hyvä, siisti kylpyhuone
Ystävällinen palvelu, mukava aamiaishetki muiden vieraiden kanssa Pieni miinus siitä, että huoneemme kylläkin yksityinen WC sijaitsi käytävällä.
- Campbell (10/5): - Great place to stay, lots of beautiful nature surrounding the Inn. We had a great stay.

- Vincenzo (8/5): - Nice, comfortable house with lots of common areas. Very kind and helpful host. Clear and detailed instructions about self check in and services. Good, homemade breakfast. Narrow stairways to the rooms at the first floor could make it a bit difficult to carry heavy suitcases.
- Randall (9/5): -
- Deborah (8/5): - I loved the old Victorian house and how they tried to keep original features with modern amenities. It is not handicap friendly but I should have asked. Our hostess Jaime was amazing and breakfast was delicious 😋
- Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely Bed and Breakfast in a charming historic Colorado mining town. - A very lovely property. The hostess, Jamie, is amazing. Very kind and personable, not to mention a great cook! Room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was large and very functional. My very late check-in (after midnight) was seamless. The whole house is full of charm, beauty and great vibes. Old Georgetown is picturesque and idyllic, and the Rose Street Bed and Breakfast exemplifies this charm. Bravo. Everything was great.

- Matthew (10/5): Highly recommend. - Super charming, very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and awesome host. Nothing.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay in Georgetown! - Great bed & breakfast in Georgetown! Good breakfast, lovely host and charming house. There are a couple bars and restaurants within walking distance which was a plus. Perfect for a couple spending the weekend together, would definitely stay again.

- Lynette (10/5): - We loved this Air BnB! Jaime had a wonderful place, very clean, a comfortable bed, spacious and a tasty breakfast!
- Peter (10/5): The place itself was a great part of our trip to the Rockies. - Very gracious host. Terrific and breakfast wonderful old world, charm, and a great location.
- Malvinder (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place! Excellent location, it was just by the highway. Breakfast was made by Jaime and it was one of the best we’ve had while traveling around Colorado. Jaime was really helpful with the self checkin and we truly enjoyed our day there.
- David (9/5): beautiful last night in Colorado, not too far from the airport in Denver - beautiful house and spacious room and public rooms on the ground floor. Close to centre of town and road to Guanella Pass. steep staircase to rooms but knew this would be the case.
- Margaret (8/5): Short stop in Georgetown. - Easy to find. Detailed instructions on how to enter out of hours. No options for breakfast. We are muesli and fruit people. Although the cooked breakfast was fine, it is not what we would have chosen.
- Barry (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was great, as was the location.
Would highly recommended it. Did see an empty bracket, but did not see an in room smoke/carbon monoxide detector (looked like a possible smoke/monoxide/fire alarm outside entrance door though so this may be meaningless. Odd tub/shower just needs something (a grab bar?) for steadiness to get in, but that is a personal feeling. Note..nothing above would give us hesitation from going back again.
- Felecia (10/5): Lovely B&B - Beautiful house! Absolutely loved our stay. Good hospitality as well. Definitely would stay again.
- Caitlin (9/5): Superb -
- Meghan (10/5): Wonderful mountain town getaway in a cozy old house - I really enjoyed staying here! Love the historical building and the old furniture and feeling. Very conveniently located, it's just around the corner as you get off Guanella Pass (if you came into town that way) or just at the top of Rose St if you came by the interstate. Loved having a hot beverage from the coffee/tea station and then lounging on the patio for a while. Lots of good stuff inside too - vinyl, a piano and a guitar, a TV room, board games, a chess table, a fireplace. Definitely a cozy spot to chill! Within easy walking distance of several shops and restaurants too. The room was a great size, same with the bathroom, and plenty of amenities within. Code locks on all the private spaces and the exits to the house made it easy to get in and out. All the bedding and towels were clean, pillows were comfortable, all the light and plumbing fixtures worked as intended. Overall, great small mountain town vibes and a wonderful escape from the city! If I had to nitpick: the mattress was pretty stiff, even with the pillow top added, it was tough to get comfortable. The little mint chocolates left in the room were stale. Walls are a bit thin, could hear other guests from in our room.
- Jamin (10/5): Cozy and comfortable. - High quality accommodations at a fair price in a beautiful location.
- Katrina (10/5): Excellent host and very comfortable stay - Easy access to town, personal touch and updated bathroom and bed. Plenty of space to lounge including outdoor area. Room was small but I didn’t feel crowded.
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariefel (9/5): Perfect location. Cozy, clean and comfortable B&B. Attentive proprietor - The property was cozy, clean and comfortable. Jamie was very responsive and appreciated that much. It was the perfect place also coming from hiking up Mt. Bierstadt. Wi-fi can be spotty (but then again, going away to the mountains, maybe I should not have brought my laptop 😅)
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Very detailed decor, keeping with the style of the history of the place. Soaker tub was nice, and the facilities were a good combination of modern conveniences with historic vibe. Breakfast was great. Nice to meet and mingle with other guests. Not very private; it was too easy to hear and be heard from the other rooms (even though everyone had private baths). Host was pretty rigid about check in and breakfast arrangements, I suppose in keeping with the old school format of a bed and breakfast.
- Janet (10/5): Highly recommend - Good location, nice garden, brilliant keyless entry system . Nice walk-in modern shower shower with charming and comfortable antique style bed Could have used a side table next to the bed, something small like maybe a plant stand size for placing eyeglasses and phone. Otherwise well thought out.
- Lynda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josephine (10/5): - Totally remodeled but kept the vintage looks, like the shower, breakfast. Did not like hearing the noise of I 70, over all it’s good.
- Jennifer (9/5): Charming B & B in Georgetown - Very friendly. Also the locks were programmed for us very intelligently which made it easy for us to come and go Can’t think of anything
- Jana (10/5): Wonderful Stay! - The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants in Georgetown, and the staff was very helpful. They were accommodating even with our delayed arrival time. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional - The house was beautiful, and the back patio was lovely.
- Edward (10/5): - Extremely nice and capable staff. Great breakfast. Picturesque location.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): We had a wonderful time! Thank You! - Beautiful location! Great renovations to wonderful building! Easy, secure access and check-in!
- June (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carmella (9/5): Superb -
- Krista (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dr (10/5): Gorgeous historic B&B, very welcoming, great place to stay! - The house was beautiful, and our host was very welcoming. The decor was interesting and quirky but really attractively done. The furnishings were comfortable and everything was spotless. We had fun playing records on the turntable, and playing games - there was a whole cupboardful! We didn’t have time to try out playing the pump organ or the guitars!
Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. Jaime worked with our dietary requirements brilliantly. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Georgetown is a tiny place so dinner options were very limited, but this isn’t really a fault of the B&B.
- Christoph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Loved staying in old home, in town. The owner, Jamie, was welcoming, kind, and a great cook too! Thank you so much. Georgetown is fun to poke around, visit with locals, and enjoy the history.
- Seth (10/5): Nice B&B and a charming town - Very comfortable bed and breakfast, both the bedroom and the common areas. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional - It was my wife's birthday, and she just loved the place. Nothing not to like.
- Jay (3/5): Mediocre - Food was excellent! Service was lacking.. (I have no doubt the owner will dispute this based on their other comments on this thread)
- Sonia (10/5): I would definitely stay here again! Jaime was so nice and love her breakfast every day! - Such a cozy place to stay in! Breakfast was definitely one of my favorite things! None
- Elmira (10/5): One of the few bed and breakfasts that I can’t wait to return to. - The house was so charming. The host was so sweet, was always available if we needed anything, and she made the best breakfast. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to all the cute shops, but also far enough that you didn’t hear all the noise and traffic. We loved everything about it and cannot wait to go back. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. Everything was perfect.
- Valerie (10/5): - Such a beautiful place! Great hospitality and breakfast. Option for late/ remote check-in was very helpful. Great jumping off point for skiing! We have already booked again. :)
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Study (10/5): Exceptional - The owners were wonderful. The atmosphere was sweet and relaxing.
- Antonio (9/5): Room for one was just perfect - Jaime was very helpful and a good communicator. The breakfast was great and my room and the house were lovely. I enjoyed the small town and it was easy to walk and have dinner right down the road. It would have been helpful to clear the driveway of snow, but fortunately I had a SUV and could get in and out ok.
- John (10/5): A great place to stay with very welcoming hosts that make you feel right at home. - The location is awesome. The house is very nice, warm and welcoming. The proximity to the downtown is great.
- Merlin (10/5): Can’t wait to go back! - Felt like home. Hosts were very personable. Breakfast was excellent. The other guests were very pleasant to visit with, Loved every minute of our stay!
- Osborne (9/5): Overall a lovely BnB experience and a delicious breakfast in the morning! - Super charming place!! A bit hot and stuffy in the room. Room was quite small- not even room for bedside tables
- Solomon (10/5): It was great. - Homemade breakfast was excellent. Our host was delightful. Location was perfect.
- Diane (10/5): - This is a beautiful Victorian property with lots of small touches you'll really love. Lots to do if you are in for the evening with you friends or family.
- Scoby (8/5): Wonderful and special house in an interesting small town. - Beautiful house, beautiful furnishings, very spacious common area with all sorts of special touches. A small thing: no bedside place to put glasses or a book.
- Jane (10/5): Excellent home. Great Owners! Lots of fun! - Everything!! Not a thing!
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional - Charming B&B! Decorated for the time period, lots to admire and look at (wallpaper! Old-fashioned photo viewing gadget and stereo and records, interesting art work). Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Host Jaime communicated clearly and promptly and is an excellent breakfast cook!! Very convenient to Georgetown’s Main Street with shops and restaurants. If the weather had been warmer, the garden looked lovely and relaxing.
- Jacqui (10/5): Great - Characterful
- Thomas (8/5): It was a pleasant two day getaway and the host was diligent to cater to our every need. Thank you. - Breakfast was hearty home cooking and done well.

Breakfast was very good.
Friendly owner.
Very clean. We are an older couple and wife has had knee replacement. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and it was a little awkward for her to get into the tub/shower. Minor inconvenience and the other rooms may or may not have the same tub/shower setup.
- David (10/5): Brilliant time. - Central to where we wanted to be.
- Pesquera (9/5): Superb -
