• Elena (10/5): Wonderful!!! Only good words! - We loved eveything about this hotel and stay. Since we were not on the skii trip, we wanted to relax ourselfs in hotel and visit Bolzano. Bus stop is really close to the hotel and nice receptionist gave us guest cards that came pretty handy by using bus for free and explained everything to us, where we should go and what to visit. This little town has everything that you need for a short trip and the view is amazing from the room. Relaxing area is wonderful, since we were in March, we did not get to see outside pool since is was close down, understandably, because of cold weather. But still amazing!

• Svitlana (10/5): Ідеально - Ідеально усе! Нам зробили апгрейд номера на сьют з видом на гору, нас зустріла дуже привітна дівчина на ресепшн Андреа і надала всю необхідну інформацію. Під час вечері ми були приємно здивовані і вражені- подача та смак страв були неймовірні! Ми відчували себе наче в ресторані Мішлен. СПА комплекс теж залишив тільки приємні враження. Розташований готель прямо в центрі міста біля церкви. Доречі на ніч можна залишити авто прямо біля готелю , але до 8:00 ранку треба переставити в інше місце. Ми переставили на Паркінг 1 біля витягу Бельведер, там парковка безкоштовна. Від готелю всього 7 хвилин. Єдине, що створює незручність- це відсутність штор блек-аут в номері. Готель підсвічується ввечері і в номері дуже світло, важко засинати.

• Václav (10/5): Je zapotřebí vylepšit dětské menu. Jinak vše v pořádku. - Měli i nějaké BIO produkty ve snídaňových menu. Naprosto hrozný výběr menu pro děti. Vše smažené na oleji a výběr jen ze tří podobných jídel celý pobyt - řízek hranolky, biftek hranolky. Průhledné připálené řízky s hranolky, plátek na přírodně osmažené maso ( nešel rozkousat) opět s hranolky a těstoviny. Takže děti pět večerů jedly stejné těstoviny. Museli jsme s nimi jídlo řešit jinak .. nákupem v obchodě, pizzou apod. U snídaně chyběly vejce ve skořápce. Večeře bylo formou pěti degustačních menu. Spousta chutí, ale při delším pobytu bych už uvítal raději pouze jedno, ale dobré jídlo.

• Kurt (7/5): Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern.Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war nicht ganz in Ordnung . - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ebenfalls die Lage . Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel , in 10 Minuten ist man an der Bergstation. Morgens um 7 Uhr läuten die Kirchenglocken. Vor dem Hotel ist eine sehr schöne Terrasse um in der Sonne zu sitzen und Getränke und Speisen zu genießen. Das Abendessen war in mehreren Gängen recht gut zubereitet. Allerdings wurde das Essen mit zu viel Oliven oder Basilikumöl betreufelt was uns nicht gut gefallen hat.

• Stefano (10/5): Piacevole ritorno - È la seconda volta che ci torniamo ed è tutto al top: la location, la struttura, la gentilezza del personale, la colazione e la cena, i servizi in generale. Se devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo direi il controllo inesistente nell'area spa/ piscina dove alcuni ospiti non rispettavano le regole (il divieto di tuffarsi, di schiamazzi, per i bambini di entrare nella vasca idromassaggio e per gli adulti di non sostare troppo tempo nella stessa vasca) senza che nessuno quindi dicesse nulla.
• Deroche (10/5): Rejuvenating stay - Staff were so great with our family, always paying attention to the kids at dinner. The room, pool and sauna are all top notch. We got breakfast and dinner included to make it easier after skiing and hiking during our stay. There is always something good to eat and healthy! It has been stated in other reviews and I agree that the rules in the pool/sauna are too strict. The staff didn't ask any families to be quiet etc but I don't think the signs for silence need to be there in the first place? We were there when many families with kids were in the pool and everyone was very respectful.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, con bagno super. Servizio SPA buono, dotato di sauna, bagno-turco e altri servizi accessori. Circa dieci min di macchina dagli impianti di sci dell'Alpe di Siusi.

Mancanza del bidet in bagno e doccia scomoda perché si bagna tutto il pavimento del bagno. La cena, speravamo in qualcosa di tipico della zona. Letto scomodo per i nostri standard.

• Melnik (10/5): Overall, our stay was truly relaxing, memorable, and exceeded every expectation. - The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, overlooking green hills on one side and the Alps on the other. We truly enjoyed our stay — from the friendly and helpful staff to the diverse and elegant meals served at both breakfast and dinner. We also took advantage of the spa facilities, including the saunas and steam room, and especially loved the relaxation area, where you can gently swing in an elevated chair. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. Honestly, we couldn’t think of a single thing we didn’t like. Perhaps next time we’ll visit during the summer to fully enjoy the outdoor pools and the beautiful surrounding area.

Lo staff è davvero cordiale, ma una nota di merito va alla cucina: la qualità dei prodotti è davvero ottima, cibo eccellente e servizio ottimo! Davvero complimenti

• Matthias (8/5): - Top Wellnessbereich. Sehr gutes und außergewöhnliches Abendessen! Großes Lob an die Küche! Tolles Frühstück. Junior Suite war richtig toll. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Parkplatzkosten sehr fair. Servicepersonal hätte an manchen Stellen aufmerksamer sein können. Man h ätte mehr Geschäft machen können. An drei Tagen automatisch nach 2 Getränken die Rechnung im Restaurant bekommen obwohl wir noch was trinken wollten. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn der Kamin den einen oder anderen Tag angemacht worden wäre.

• Pennie (9/5): This is a fantastic hotel to stay in after hiking in Dolomites. - We really appreciated the included breakfast and dinner that were done very well and with staff being very friendly and welcoming. The mood light in bathroom and spacious room were so nice. The beds were comfortable and room felt large and well provided, with robes, slippers, deck with a view, sweet treats/mineral water for our arrival. The beautiful wellness center was extremely nice and well done. I appreciated not having small children running around with loud high pitched voices. The town was not as touristy and a pleasure to walk around in. I would stay here again if I had an opportunity! There is virtually no parking on the street so hopefully you can get a spot in their garage for 10 euros a night. The only suggestion I would have is to turn up the temp of water in pool area a bit just to make it doable—it was rather cold and most guests did not go in or for long into the pool. I was shivering even in the “hot” tub.
