• iluridze (8/5): - I liked the apartment, everything same as shown in pictures. Very good for a couple😊 Kitchen has everything u need for stay. Host was very helpful in everything, always on line. Check out time was early, at 11, it would be better if check out will be at least at 12 or 1 pm (check in is at 3).
• Malwina (10/5): - Bardzo ładne studio, wyposażone we wszystko co może się przydać podczas podróży. Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko. Będziemy długo i ciepło wspominać nasz pobyt w Rzymie. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani przez osobę zarządzająca. Świetne polecajki zostawione w pokoju. Czysto, ładnie, komfortowo. Brak minusów!

Llegué no podía entrar, tiene una aplicación para ingresar con codigo QR, para ello hay que tener internet, llegue las 20.30 buscando desesperada donde conseguir internet.Un desastre.Le hablas a la anfitriona y te responde con suerte 24 hrs después.
• Damir (2/5): Poorly maintained appartman with air conditioning issues - Location - close to metro line. When we arrived at the location, "NUKI", the application for opening the front door, was offline so we cound't get into the appartment. We conntacted the appartmant manager and after waiting for 30 minutes someone came to open the door. This was on 27th of july when temparature outside was 36,5 celsious degrees. We booked three days stay. Air condition was working only on first day. Other two days we spent in room withouth air condition - while outside temperatures were reaching 40 celsious degrees. We informed property manager about this problem on second day, she was not able to send someone to fix the problem nor did she offered to give us a fan. She suggested that we restart the machine or change the fan speed or change the tepmerature (basicly "restart the router" routine), as if we have never heard of air conditioning system. By the look of it, you can see that this air contitioner was old and not maintained (there were dust on the filter). Also, while reading reviews of other people who stayed in this appartment it was obvious that problem with air condition is constant quite some time and that property manager wilingly ignores to adress this issue. So, the aftermath of our three days stay in Rome was: one day in somewhat acceptable room conditions, other two days in sauna. I remind the reader once again that all this happened while Rome was struck with heavy heath wave. At night, it was cooler to be on street than in room. Apart from air condition issue, these were other problems: - the appartman is poory maintained and looks different from pictures on booking.

• Norbert (10/5): We are really satisfied! 🙏 - Very good location! The weather was really hot, and aircondition is directly near the bed, so it was a bit uncomfortable, while we are sensitive for it, but we could manage it with a towel. 🙂

• Claudia (7/5): Decent for the price - Very close to the metro and to the center of the city. Bathroom was clean. Shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was not too comfortable. The bed sheets were old and not so clean. The room seemed smaller than in the pictures and in need of renovations. No salt and oil in the kitchen for cooking. Heating was coming from an AC which stopped working when we were not in the room so it was quite cold when coming back after dinner. When leaving, we were 15 min late (our fault) but the host didn't even call to see if we left or at leat knock at the door so she entered the room while we were dressing. She didn't say a word when we left, not even goodbye.

• Jason (8/5): Small but complete room, close to metrostation. Owner responds quickly to messages. - - Before arriving we were send a digital key with a good description how it worked and directions to the appartment, and we could enter the building without problems. Inside was also a physical key to use later. - Good location with a metrostation in the street and some small grocery shops. (Also a bigger supermarket relatively close) - Airconditioning worked good but leaked water when we used it. We remedied it by putting a towel on the floor. The owner responded quickly to our message and would sent someone to fix it. - Kitchen was small but had sufficient tools, cutlery, and pans. - Shower was very small but worked fine. - Smarttv is present - Ability to wash your clothes was really nice.

• Marynarka (8/5): Excellent stay in Rome. - Apartment is next to the metro and bus stop so communication around the city is very easy. Place is well equipped, have air conditioning, is on the ground floor and many restaurants and shops around in near neighbours. To small shower cabin.

• Jeanette (8/5): Confortable Stay but research on heater use especially in cold seasons - Property is a bit far from the city center however it is conveniently located near the MRT - however note that repair works are being done in the MRT so the last trip is at 9pm - best to double check this if you plan to go home late. There are bus options. Quiet neighborhood and just outside the apartment is a grocery. Has kitchen and washing machine which we loved using. If coming from the airport take the bus shuttle which is only €8, faster and cheaper than taking the train from Roma Termini. We were there in early April 2023 and while it was supposed to be Spring, since I come from a tropical country (where the weather is “hot” and “hotter”) I was still freezing! The heater was regulated by government so we couldn’t use it. There were fleece blankets but once you leave the bed, it was still too cold for us.
• Eva (9/5): Superb - Place is very close to the metro station, very clean, cozy and comfort. I really appreciated check-in to the appartment, communication with the owner and location. Place is close to the grocery store with few caffeterias around.
• Ciprian (10/5): Exceptional - It was a beautiful experience, a very nice apartment, well arranged and equipped with everything you need (iron, dishwasher and laundry, etc.). The apartment is very close to the metro. I also found a supermarket right opposite. Regarding the check in, it was a very easy process because I received all the information beforehand. I recommend! The shower cabin was a bit small.
• Dobrinna (9/5): Perfect place to stay - Very nice, cosy & clean apartment. Perfect location - just next to the underground. You can get to city centre within 10-15 minutes. Quite surrounding, no sounds from the street or neighbours. A lot of shops nearby, cafes to take smth away, bakeries etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed - plates, glasses, pens etc. Big washing machine & microwave oven Very helpful and nice host - thanks a lot for all your help! An apartment is a bit smaller, than i expected. Kitchen is tiny, hard to do smth, if you plan to cook, but still it is manageable.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Perfect place to stay - Very clean and comfy apartment with perfect bed but without AC. For us it wasn't a problem but during the summer probably will be a little bit hot there. There is an metro station near the apartment (1min away) so you can be in 10-15 minutes in centre of the Rome. There are also many shops in nearest neighbourhood. I think the apartment is smaller than on the photos, but for 2 people is ok. This is a perfect place for stay!
