Good breakfast (not exceptional but everything you need). Location is good located on the edge of town and quiet but still walking distance to good restaurants and the river. Excellent beach club - the deck house. Would recommend without hesitation. Great food and really chilled. Hotel operates shuttle bus or just jump in a grab. All good / no complaints !

Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec beaucoup de choix était très bon. La grande piscine était très agréable. Le personnel est charmant. Mention spéciale à Tapie qui nous a accueillis et a pris soin de nous avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention pendant notre séjour. Elle nous a aussi donné des conseils précieux. • Kayo (8/5): 良いホテルで静かに過ごせました - 5つ星ホテルの中では場所が良いと思います。旧市街へ歩いて行けます。名前の通りホテル自体は大きくはないので、ロビーなんかは小さめです。ゆったりしたホテルがお好きなら大きいホテルに泊まって、旧市街地にはGrabで行ってもいいかもです。 朝ごはんが美味しかった。特にサラダが美味しかった。 利用していませんが、ビーチに提携のホテル？かカフェがあるようで、シャトルバスが出てました。 バスタブのあるお部屋が良くて選びました。お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。 あくまで5つ星に対する期待値に対してですが、フロントに人が多い割に忙しそうでした。

Next morning 3 of the staff came to ask about the shower and offered to change the room if the problem wasn’t fixed properly. One tip: a lemongrass diffuser in the room will help to keep the mosquitoes away

• Leopoldo (10/5): Best hotel in Hoi An for the money. - This was our favourite hotel of our stay in Vietnam, a lot of it thanks to the staff, Tapih in particular, she went well out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Pool and breakfast were great, room were really nice. Location is right at the edge of the old town part, quiet but very central. Sound insulation between rooms could be improved but it was not a major issue at all.

• Hannah (10/5): Perfect location for a relaxing stay in Hoi An - This was my second stay at Allegro, and it was just as excellent the second time around! Perfect location for walking into Hoi An ancient town, and also a short cycle (on free hotel bikes) to the rice fields and the beach. Breakfast is great, and the food in the restaurant (also served by the pool) is very high quality for lunch and dinner too. Happy hour from 5-7pm is also a great way to start your evening! This is the only place I’ll stay when I come back to Hoi An.

Location just steps to ancient town but still quiet enough for a good sleep. Completely happy w everything here and would recommend it to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

• Rachel (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable and convenient. - The staff are simply wonderful, we were welcomed more like old friends than paying guests and our room utterly beautiful. The style of the hotel is really lovely and manages to feel both modern and traditional all at once. The pool was a great place to cool down after a day out and the location is brilliant - just far enough out of the crazy busy riverside, but still close enough to walk to it within a few minutes. The view from our room was over the neighbouring tennis courts so there wasn't much to look at when sitting on the balcony, but that really is clutching at straws because we barely spent any time on the balcony anyway as the pool area was so lovely.

• Denise (10/5): Fabulous hotel - Thoroughly recommend! - Excellent location close to everything and a short walk to Old Town. The whole hotel was clean and our room were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was varied for all tastes and we ate dinner there one night and it was excellent. The staff throughout were excellent. They were helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel pool was lovely and being able to take a bike out for a ride was great fun. The shuttle bus to the beach was helpful and the beach area was good with free loungers. The Deckhouse beach restaurant was great and food to match. We did provide some feedback about a piece of equipment in the gym and this was reviewed and resolved quickly without any fuss or trouble. Nothing we didn’t like about the hotel

The facilities are well maintained, the staff and service are great and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The beds can be a bit softer but that is personal preference. Seems like firm beds are more common in Vietnam.

They gave us lots of useful information about things to see and do around Hoi An. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and spacious with a large ensuite. There was plenty of variety for breakfast and the food was good. The free shuttle bus to An Bang beach was an unexpected bonus. The location was good, only a 10 minute walk to the center of town and the river. The vacant lot covered in ruble across the road which took away some of the ambience.

A truly exceptional hotel experience..beautifully and elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, great food and wonderful staff, particularly Min, Lavie and Bonnie. Loved every minute. Nothing. Only comment is that no one showers before entering the pool, as per requested as no one sees the sign. It needs to be much larger if you want people to comply.

The location is perfect—a short walk to the Old Town, making it easy to explore all the attractions, restaurants, and local charm. What truly made the experience special was the staffs. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and approachable. They genuinely cared about guests and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of, which made me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of options and everything I tried was delicious. They also have swimming pool- it was clean, relaxing, and a lovely place to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service, great amenities, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely come back!

Nice and close for a walk into Ancient Town Very minor but could have had a facility to access your own Netflix account to watch after a long day out. The gym is very small but workable.

• bucketlist008 (10/5): Excellent Spa Hotel in Hoi An - We had nice experience with the staff, they were very approachable and the accommodations were excellent. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of varieties. We also had a couples massage, and we thought the massage therapist were excellent. If we had another day there, we would go there for another massage. The hotel was conveniently located to everything, night market, lantern boat ride, restaurants, custom tailors and coffee shops. We highly recommend this hotel.
• MrsSinNorthumberland (10/5): Fabulous hotel in Hoi An - Fabulous hotel in a great location in Hoi An - 15 mins walk from the river, with some great restaurants less than 2 mins away. We arrived and were greeted by Miss Nancy who is the most wonderful, welcoming person and made our stay so special. We had fresh juice and little cakes on arrival while Nancy explained the hotel to us. We then went up to our rooms which were spacious, with freestanding baths and lots of lovely little touches. Stunning rooms. Breakfast was great - a good mix of asian and western dishes. Our son loved the mini putting green and we all loved the pool - although we all agreed it was quite a warm pool! The team at this hotel go above and beyond to ensure guests are looked after and made to feel welcome. We booked the hotel's transfer service to take us both too and from the hotel to Da Nang and it was efficient, clean and cost effective - with a touch more luxury than ordering a Grab. We'll definitely be back! A huge thank you to everyone but especially Nancy. A real holiday highlight!

It is an outstanding hotel - the rooms are a good size and very well maintained, the breakfasts are one of the best I’ve had (amazing and varied choices with espresso coffee) and the general feel around it is friendly and professional. We had dinner here twice - the food was very good and well priced. The other highlight is the staff - all of them are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much. The staff were always smiling and ready to help and it’s walking distance from everything in the old quarter. I definitely recommend and will come back on the the visit.

Breakfast was excellent: delicious, varied, and with a wide selection of options every day, so there was always something new to try. I also really appreciated the free bicycle rental, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The location is perfect as well—everything is within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, I truly loved my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

• barba802 (10/5): Allegro Hoi An, the jewel in the crown of Hoi An - A beautifully presented art deco hotel , close walking distance to the centre of Hoi An. A complimentary shuttle service to A Bang beach. The staff are so friendly and special mention to Nancy and Min who made sure we had everything we needed plus gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. Such a relaxing time here. The laundry service is same day and the breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious with regular changes. The crepe chefs are outstanding! I highly recommend this gorgeous little hotel that will quickly become your home away from home due to the personal approach from staff who go out of their way to remember your name.
