- yvonne (4/5): Average stay, needs improvement - The location is very convenient as it is connected to KL Gateway Mall. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory as some areas were quite dirty. In addition, the water pressure in the bathroom was very weak and it was difficult to take a proper shower. This affected our overall stay experience.

- Yeap (4/5): Check properly before you paidm. - Unit is clean and tidy, just that the bath tub a bit too high. With tower, shampoo, body wash. Kitchen with full utensils, with washing machine. Unit Aircon with broken controller which not able to adjust the temperature and text to the off stuff no reply. No proper shower place is not suitable for old folks, do check this before rent the unit. Phone left at unit but text the unit, replied but didn't closely follow up. Phone not able to found and no update, called multiple times only answered. Overall services after sales is not satisfied.

The location is also fantastic, with a mall right in the same building – so convenient for grabbing food or picking up groceries. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. He wanted payment before we saw room and an extra deposit not on booking.com. It really made him angry when I said he felt like a scammer to me. I did not appreciate being told that I was an idiot. After that the stay was good and extra deposit returned.

- Calvyn (5/5): I only set average, as some cons more than pros, host really need improve it. - Good location, comfy room, good facility, next to a mall and LRT station. Room come with netflix as entertainment too. The way of collect payment is bad, some anonymous just txt me via WhatsApp ask for payment; I had also difficult to verify with booking.com. Apart from this, the deposit refund takes around 3 weeks & I had to keep chasing & chasing. Only 2 towel given, in middle no housekeeping, I stay for 5 night & lucky only me alone to use this 2 towel (What if with family or more than 2 people stay) My last day conference until 5pm (just next building), parking not allows me to park until 5pm, car must out by 1pm & find my own parking, (if hotel, won't have such issue).
