• Simren (10/5): Excellent accommodation for English speakers. Well situated close to a train station. - The staff were very friendly and welcoming and spoke quite a lot of English. Check in was quite smooth and our rooms were always cleaned very quickly so if we needed to pop back to the room, it didn't interfere with any of their processes. Very great location being only about 50 metres away from a train station. They also refilled bottles of water in the mini-fridge which was complementary. I I don't really have anything else they could improve on. The room was small by Western standards but by my experience of Japanese hotels, it was actually great sized.

The breakfast was good, it was the only breakfast in Japan that offered some ham and cheese which we enjoyed. The room was a bit small with not much space to put your stuff and still move around comfortably.
• Mizuho (7/5): It wasn’t very impressive for the price - the location was excellent and the room was clean and well maintained. There was hardly any space to put things in the room. The breakfast was from a bakery, so it tasted good, but it was too simple with very limited choices, which was a bit disappointing.

• CHUNG HAO (7/5): - 住宿位置不錯，離東京車站、JR神田站都不算遠。離皇居也不遠，可以直接從飯店跑過去跑步，不用煩惱寄物問題。空間也比一般東京雙人房略大，能打開兩個大行李箱且不影響移動動線。 雖有投幣自助洗衣設施，但僅兩台且洗完後飯店方不會馬上移出上一個住客的衣服，所以若有以洗衣需求的人，需要斟酌。

• Miho (7/5): good value for money for Tokyo stay! - The location was excellent, the property was very clean, and all the staff were kind and professional. It was expected that the room would be small since we stayed in the heart of Tokyo, close to Tokyo Station. However, the front desk area and bakery lounge were also much smaller than I had expected, so they were not very comfortable. Before check-in, I noticed that the wall next to the luggage area was dirty. During our stay, I understood why — the space was so limited that our large suitcases, which we used for international travel, easily touched the walls when opened. In addition, the ventilation noise in the bathroom was quite loud, especially at night while sleeping.

• Sarah (9/5): Would stay again. - Clean and staff was great. Nice to have breakfast in the morning before heading out. Unfortunately just like most of Japan the beds were VERY firm. Just know ahead of time if you are use to western pillow tops this will not be what you will get. It is a Japan thing, not exclusive to this hotel.

The room was very small, difficult to get comfortable with two suitcases and managing clothes as there was no space to hang them or drawers.
• Yael Edry (9/5): Very good - The hotel is located in quite neiberhood, close to train station, the staff was helpful and kind, in the hotel they have washing machine and dryer, and microwave, a lots of restaurants and markets around. The room size is small, we had 2 big luggage and it was difficult to moves, no closets at all.

• Garrett (1/5): Policy vs Hospitality - It was close to Tokyo Station, and palace. A standard room has a double bed and sleeps 2. A king room has king bed and sleeps 3. A superior double room has two double beds and sleeps 2. This hotel is anti-family. If you have older kids you will forced to get another room as I was. The staff care more about hotel policy than hospitality. The shower curtains were cheap and had mildew stains. The room down the hall was sealed from the outside with tape (your guess is as good as mine as to why that was done). It is right beside an elevated highway. All the flowers in the hotel were fake. It is too expensive for what you get. Breakfast is not included, and even if it was, you are basically eating in the lobby. This is not a 4 star hotel.
• Sarah (10/5): Amazing location for a great price! - It was in a great location. It was about 10 minute walk to Tokyo station, but it had a JR line station within a minute walk of it. We used this closer station for almost all of our travel while in Tokyo. Outside of this, the room was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly. The room came with water bottles every day of our stay which was super helpful.
