Ralph (8/5): I was happy with my stay - The breakfast was ok but i found getting some toast a little difficult there was no one available to help with the toaster. The location is good but the Hotel should find a way to better serve the guest get from the Airport to the Hotel. Likw I said getting from the Airport to the hotel was a little challenging.

The design is simple but modern which is very popular in recent China and the service is also very FP. Hope to c u again very soon and do remember to give me a cheerful upgrade loaaah~~ The room was very clean, spacious and convenient with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom has separate tolet, bath tub, and a lorge shower room. They are all clean and convenient to use.

Liam (8/5): Very pleasant stay, but inconvenient location - Very nice hotel with good value for money, breakfast is very good and has alot of options, the staff are friendly and helpful The location of the hotel is inconvenient, most places takes approximately 1 hour just to get there, nothing really the hotel can do about that, but just letting people know if they want to be in the middle of everything, in this hotel your not.

Moises (10/5): Muy buenas instalaciones y muy buen servicio - El hotel está nuevo y las instalaciones está impecables. La habitación muy grande y cómoda. La piscina ideal para nadar (25 m) y buena sala de fitness. El desayuno correcto, no es de los mejores pero hay variedad de sobra para clientes locales y clientes occidentales. La zona donde está situado el hotel está lejos del aeropuerto y de la estación de tren pero tiene al lado un centro comercial inmenso que hace que tengas toda la oferta inimaginable de restaurantes y tiendas. Volvería sin duda.
Wing Hong (10/5): 入住心得 - 这酒店的地点距离地铁轨道10分钟的车程，接驳交通快速和方便。附近环境安静，建筑物之间距离大，空间宽广，没有拥挤的感觉。大型购物商场就在酒店旁，吃，买东西和玩乐都很方便。餐厅的选择多，种类丰富，晚上10点后仍有晚餐供应。酒店的房间干净，宁静舒适，没有人打扰。最重要是能给我清静，离开烦忧的感觉，对于工作后能得到良好的休息是非常的受用。我以后再来这里的话，仍会选择入住这酒店，也会推荐这酒店给我的朋友。
wolfhomma (10/5): Good, Clean, Functional in Good Location - This hotel had all I needed. The bathroom shower is very nicely done and super clean, I found all amenities in my room, including a safe. Service was courteous and competent. The breakfast manager remembered my name and room number the next day I had breakfast. They make you a cappucino on demand, and the breakfast buffet is well stocked, especially for Asians. Selection for Europeans is not so large, but I could still find a variety of eggs, good bread, cheese, fruit, cereals, yogurt and more. The Sheraton is in direct vicinity to a shopping mall where some restaurants can be found.
SUNG IL (10/5): 좋은 시설이지만 다소 아쉬운 위치 - 신축호텔이라서 그런지 굉장히 깔끔하고 시설이 좋습니다. 단, 시 서쪽 외곽이라서 공항까지 상당히 오래걸립니다. 60분 소요

The room is perfect, the price is good, and it is convenient linked (underground)to the nearby mall within walking distance. Convenient for business people to find food after work. It would be good if the breakfast buffet to add more international choices.
dannywB7021RY (10/5): New and Nice Hotel - This is my second stay there. Hotel is new with class. Environment is quiet. I am impressed by attentive staff especially in the coffee shop. I have ordered some noodle at a cooking station during buffet breakfast. When I went to collect, I found my order was not ready but then realized the staff is remaking one for me, since the one cooked has soaked while waiting for me. In the washroom, the toilet paper stand has a design to hold your phone, which is very thoughtful.

semanticvision (8/5): Nice Hotel - The hotel is in a newly developed area and part of a whole shopping/business complex. The entrance to the hotel is hidden behind the actual buildings, even with signs in Chinese, many taxi drivers could not find the side street to pull in. Staff is helpful and attentive. Business center is not really working. Gym is available free to guest. Breakfast is adequate with lots of fresh fruits and dishes to choose from.
FrancisTLim (10/5): Very good hotel, next to nice big shopping mall and amusement park. - Jul2018. Quite a new & modern building. The rooms are very clean & nice, also very quiet and peaceful. Hotel staff (front desk, restaurants, housekeeping) are all very friendly & helpful. Front desk has English-speaking staff. They have a good selection of food at the buffet breakfast place. (I tried their Local Chinese, Western, Japanese.) The hotel restaurants for lunch & dinner are good too. This hotel building is next to quite a nice big and modern shopping mall (BBG Mall) and also next to an amusement park with ferris wheel and other rides. The multi-storey mall has many shops and also restaurants, including local food from various regions of China, and the usual western fast foods like Burger King, KFC, etc. This mall is quite popular with quite a good crowd, especially during the weekends, but also during the weekdays. There are 2 universities (that I know of) within about 20 minutes walking distance, and of course the university areas have many shops that sell low-cost goods that are needed by students staying in hostels, and also many many food shops (local foods) to cater to the university students. This hotel is located in a newly developed area of Changsha (a distance away from Changsha town centre), and you can take a taxi or a public bus to the nearest Metro underground station (Meixihu West station) which is just at the North-Western shore of Meixihu West metro station. From there you can take the Metro to downtown Changsha. The Metro station in downtown Changsha is called [Changsha Railway Station] because that is where the main central railway station of Changsha is. If you decide to take a taxi directly from this hotel to downtown Changsha, it cost about CNY45. Do note that Google Maps show 3 markings for [Four Points By Sheraton Changsha, Meixi Lake] all over different parts of Changsha. This is very confusing when you are trying to direct the taxi from the airport (remember that VPN is needed to access Google Maps in Changsha). I have sent feedback to Google Maps on this error. I hope they correct this problem. FrancisTLim.
Wing Hong (10/5): My comment after the first time stay in the hotel - The location of the hotel is good. The facilities are modern and comfortable, the hotel service is up to my need. Although the hotel is not nearby the subway station, and not easy to get taxi during the night time, I found that I can get access to the sharing electric cars, which usually parked right at the hotel, which I can travel to other places conveniently. I shall come back to the hotel next time and recommend the hotel to my friends.
metommy1 (10/5): Great Hotel - Great Hotel with nice rooms and all amenities needed for a good stay. Well situated and excellent service. Fantastic food and great cakes, Great conference room and very luxurious, a nice lobby and a great entrance. Close to a big mall just around the corner.
Safari05797899505 (8/5): very good stay - just returned from Hunan, spent 2 nights at the hotel. the hotel is new and accordingly clean and welcoming. the staff is helpful and most know English. reception is efficient, the elevators are modern but somehow you always need to wait for them and the corridors are not airconditioned. the rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom excellent and you have the necessary amenities. breakfast is no less than excellent (local and international available). i had a tight schedule so not able to comment on the fitness center or the price (i was invited so did not pay myself).

Nice top-quality and variety food in the Eatery (all meals). Friendly and helpful staff. The location is not perfect. 30 min drive to the city center.

petergL1997DQ (8/5): Nice hotel - The hotel is brand new and nice. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Being an American I stick out like a sore thumb, and that felt a little awkward, but not anyone’s fault. It was an extremely hot time of year, and it would have been nice to have been able to cool the room down more. Also the small mini bar refrigerator in the room was so hot! The beverages were hotter than the room. Also the new building materials and carpet game me a headache from being so new, but that will get better over time.
