• Raymond (5/5): - Close to bus and train, and park. It was small, bed and bathroom. You can almost step of the bed into the bathroom. The hot water lasted three minutes, so you have to shower fast before it was freezing cold.

• Vergel Jay (1/5): Not good - Easy accessible to MTR and Buses The room where we stayed, AC is not working, it also has plastic to get the water which is leaking. CR flush is leaking. No TV which should be included to what we paid for. No clothes hook inside the room. Dirty. Water is leaking on the other room which it also leaked inside our room. I had to clean the area, I reported it to the owner but no one came right away to fix and clean the area that we need to proactively clean it or else all of our things will be soaked to leaking water. Only after 6 days, which I am the one requested to be moved to another clean and room which is okay, we moved and changed to another room.

• Rosa Maria (1/5): PESIMO NO RECOMIENDO - Pésimo NO recomiendo, avisé que llegaba tarde mi vuelo, costó muchisimo encontrarles en un rascacielos enorme con muchos bloques escaleras puertas y ascensores, fatal indicado sucio, al llegar en su puerta un papel con dos teléfonos a los que llamé y no atendió NADIE, me dejaron tirada literalmente, esa noche todos los hoteles de estaban completos, pasé la noche en un MC Donald's. He reclamado y ni el Hostel ni Booking me dan respuesta. Absolutamente TODO NO ME GUSTA DE ESTE LUGAR. El edificio es un nido de ratas cucarachas y mugre. No comprendo cómo Booking colabora con este edificio que está lleno de Hostel clandestinos insalubres. DEVOLVERME MI DINERO

The overall cleanliness was poor, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the space. I strongly advise against booking in advance—if you are considering staying here, it is best to inspect the property in person before making any payment. you must pay at the property you need to see first. This property is unsafe and does not match the pictures advertised. I would not recommend it to anyone. Urgent maintenance is required before it should be offered to guests. do not booked or pay online at this property. no star for me.
• Catalan (3/5): Bad - BED BUGS!! I still have the bites and rush until today (5th day) and there was water leaking from our door but it's not coming from our room i cannot rrace where its coming fro.. its prone to slppage. Provide towels at least.
• Delrosro (2/5): Very poor - It is horrible experience. Closet-sized room, filthy,stained blankets and the smell is so awfull. We stayed 4days. We want to extend our visit in hongkong for another two days. But we decided to find another hotel. 1 day before we leave to this hotel, i started to fell itchy all over my legs i thought it was a mosquito bites, but found out to be a bedbug bites.i will spread out to my friends or anyone i know not to book this hotel Nextime i will not sacrifice my comfort and safety over a few penny to book this kind of hotel. Not anymore!

• Aguilar (2/5): Great location, but the place was dirty, unsafe, and nothing like the listing. - The location is the only good part of this hotel. First of all, the hotel is inside of an Indian food market, at night they would offer us drugs or stare at us. Because of this, the room smelt like food. The building was really old and the stairs were dangerous, sloppy and broken windows. There were even people sleeping in the stairs of the building, which felt dangerous and scary. The hotel didn’t have proper reception so if you needed anything, it was hard to contact them. The room was really dirty, on the website it said that they clean the room every day but that wasn’t true. Moreover, the room did not match the description posted on booking, being a truly small room, no closet, the door of the bathroom did not close and there wasn’t even a proper shower. The air conditioner did not work at all, and the only small window available barely opened. (Pictures attached of the entrance of the building and the stairs)

Maam, the receptionist, was also good, very accommodating. The receptionist respected our privacy by not entering our room without us knowing; she only advised us to put our garbage outside the room.
