• Tracie (8/5): It was a nice and comfortable stay in a cute apartment and a great location. I would recommend this place. - It was a great location with lovely views and easy access to restaurants and shops. Also not too crowded of a location so evenings were relatively quiet. The kitchen could use a few more amenities like wine glasses and basic dishes. The back windows could also use some curtains because the afternoon sun heats up those back rooms very intensely.

• Alicia (7/5): - La ubicación, las vistas desde la habitación Faltaban electromoesticos esenciales, microondas, una buena cafetera, lavavajillas y la lavadora no centrífuga. No había casi utensilios, trapos cocina… el sofá no era cómodo y el secador estaba mal
• Alec (9/5): Lovely place to base oneself for a Siena visit. - Great location, nice views across the rooftops, comfortable beds, conveniently close to car park. (We used the ‘A.R.U. 2 Fontegiusta car park at (43.3257740, 11.3256172) and used the EasyPark app (QR link at the pay-station) to pay and top-up during our stay. You can pay for 2 days max at a time but it was easy to extend via the app without having to go back to the car. Cost about 55euros for a 4-day stay. A couple of large towels would be useful, nice towelling robes were provided though.

• Eduardo (8/5): Estupenda estancia - La ubicación y el contacto con la dueña, muy amable Renovaría algunas cosas del menaje de la cocina (hay cuchillos con las hojas de cerámica rotas). Pero es secundario.
• Ligeiaes (8/5): Bel appartement au calme - L'appartement était lumineux, confortable, de bonne taille pour trois. L'emplacement est très bien situé si l'on souhaite être proche du centre tout en étant au calme. L'appartement était propre et l'arrivée s'est faite facilement. Certaines choses pourraient être refaites ou améliorés comme la douche ou les portes de la cuisine. Ceci dit ces détails ne gâchent pas le séjour.
• Gijs (8/5): - Leuk licht appartement met een leuk uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers. Geweldige ligging in het centrum van Sienna. Fijn ontvangst van Rossella. Afwerking keuken en badkamer had beter gekund. Materiaal voor de keuken was niet van hoge kwaliteit (messen, koffiezetapparaat, glazen en bekers) Maar dit niet als grote ergenis gevoeld.

• Giulia (10/5): Clean, comfortable and great value for money. Would definitely stay again - The propriety was very comfortable, clean and centrally located. It is a home away from home and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or longer stay. Nothing, it was absolutely perfect for what I needed and the location is 10/10. Very good value for money considering the time of year.
• Terri (10/5): Great…!!! - The apartment is really cozy, well furnished, happy and modern. It was clean and we had everything we needed it. Great location as well. No elevator.
• Grace (8/5): Cosy apartment in amazing location - Lovely location, great bathroom and kitchen facilities. AC which was great. Walking distance to all main attractions in Siena. Hosts were lovely For 3 grown adults it did feel a slight lack of privacy

• Lee (9/5): Great place to stay for a few days when visiting Siena city. - Nice location in the old town and lovely appointed apartment and friendly host. About 10-15mins walks to Piazza del Campo. Plenty of great restaurants on your door step. The apartment is on the top (3rd Floor - maybe not ideal for people with mobility issues) and at the back of the building which is a quiet position with fantastic views from the bedrooms. Siena is not the best place for cheap or convenient parking but the host has a number of suggests which were extremely helpful.
• Grainne (8/5): Location is excellent & apartment was a good base. - Amazing location & apartment is lovely. A few small things - only one towel per guest, lock on main apt door iffy at times ie couldn’t open it from outside, sofa not comfortable & bedrooms not really private as doors are like swing doors & don’t shut/lock. For info it doesn’t suit anyone with mobility challenges as flights of quite steep stone steps & there isn’t a lift- though prob not allowed to alter the building which I imagine is listed.

• Steve (8/5): Enjoyable stay in Siena - Great location just 10 minutes walk to the centre. Grocery store close by. Very quiet. The stairs were a bit daunting with large luggage. There was no English TV Channels. The second bedroom was setup for a child or very old person , as bed was very low.

There are nice restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. A wonderful hostess! Great place, I recommend! Stairs
• Lauren (8/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Siena - Great location, right on the main high street (at the quiet end of the street). Bright and spacious apartment with everything you need for a getaway. As with most Italian apartments there are a lot of stairs and no lift option. So be mindful if you have heavy luggage.
• Leigh (9/5): We had a comfortable, relaxed time and our host was super. - We loved the vibe and the amazing Tuscan views from the bedroom windows. Great shower and comfy beds. Great location half way from station and the main square. The host was amazing - very helpful - we tried lots of her recommendations with success including gelato and wine - is there anything else needed on a holiday! 😀 The lights that flickered and the power cut out when we turned the kettle on while the oven and AC were working. It was fine - we flicked the on switch and all was well.

• Edith (10/5): Old town modernity. - The pictures are very accurate. Our host was responsive and warm. We felt at home immediately after walking in. She was courteous. gracious and helpful. We loved the view, location and furnishings. The apartment was very bright and airy. We had a very large bathroom, common area and bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. I loved everything. Nothing not to like.
• Ru (10/5): Comfortable, spacious and well-appointed apartment - Good-sized apartment with great views from the bedroom windrows. Spotless bathroom. The apartment is located less than 1 km, about 10-15 minutes' walk, from Il Campo, but it is an easy and safe walk, even at night. The main sites are within walking distance, and it is a joy to wander around Siena, It is easy to walk to both the train and bus stations. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, up 5 short flights of stairs, but is manageable for us. The windows do not face the street, and hence the apartment is very quiet. Rosella is responsive, meets us personally during check-in, and is friendly and helpful. Nothing.

• Mark (8/5): Great location, very comfortable bed! - Most comfortable bed on our trip so far! Really appreciated that!! Nice view and light from bedroom window- rest are small roof windows. Big dining table and spacious shower room. Really interesting old building. Very friendly and accommodating host. Very good location for station,(using the 10 escalators up to the old town wall) and the city centre. Also close to bus station. Handy Pam small supermarket close by. Washing machine, drying rack and iron - reason we booked! Many great features but no microwave or kettle. Moka coffee pots provided but not a machine. The addition of a mini dishwasher wiul enhance the flat greatly - much nicer when on a holiday and mainly for hygiene reasons as you are reliant on the care the previous renter took in washing up etc. 🤔 Quite pricey compared to other places on our lengthy trip but that is probably Siena for you! PS Tip for better value meal that was of far better flavour and portion size than our experience up in the centre: walk down into private park for a place with a wandering donkey, geese and lovely view. All'Orto de' Pecc - excellent food.
