Charmaine (10/5): - The hotel was very quaint, cozy and nice - the staff were very friendly and did a great job of making you feel "at home". The breakfast and baked goods were amazing and I felt so taken care of! The rooms can get pretty warm, even though I turned off the heat there were multiple nights that I woke up in the middle of the night and had to open the door to the balcony for 15 mins before I could fall back asleep. It's too cold if I leave the door open. Also the pillows are super flat, which was less comfortable. Otherwise the room was amazing. In hindsight, I probably should have said something and I'm sure they could have fixed it.

Anthony (8/5): Lovely stay in a great hotel - Lovely hotel with a great Spa area . Staff were also fantastic There seemed to be too many “ extra” charges . A pot of afternoon tea -€7.50 per person ! The hotel is on the hillside , so if you ski down , it’s a relatively long slog up the hill with full ski gear on .

Mia (9/5): we had a great time. a wonderful place to stay. - the breakfast was amazing, very rich and fresh. the veraiety was huge. the spaces (the lobby, lounge, pool, sauna) were all very welcoming and pleasent to stay in. the staff is very eager to help and improve your holiday. the dinner at the hotel was amazing as well - a great restaurant based at the ground floor of the hotel. almost no reason to leave the accomodation. would definitley reccomend and go back. the distance from the man street (town) was a bit of a drag and also they should mention that it is not ski in. barely ski out (with a lot of walking)

Manon (10/5): Refreshing, relaxing, feeling very welcome! - The hotel Stäfeli has an amazing breakfast! Everything you can imagine is there. The service is impeccable and all the staff is very dedicated to make sure you have a wonderful stay! We were surprised by a nice little piece of cake in our room on our way back form our hike in the afternoon! Delicious... We also had a wonderful time reading the story of her Grand-ma in one of the many books that is available to take in your room or read on their beautiful terrace! Nothing!
