SYLVIE (9/5): Halte reposante et confortable avant d’arriver à Hanoï - Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien insonorisées et les lits confortables contrairement à ce que certains commentaires disaient. Le petit déjeuner proposait un grand choix. Nous avons pu récupérer la chambre bien avant l’heure prévue ce qui était particulièrement agréable compte tenu de la chaleur qu’il faisait ! Nous pensions pouvoir prendre nos repas à l’hôtel mais le restaurant était fermé

Christian (3/5): Nicht nochmal - Das Hotel macht von außen einen luxuriösen Eindruck. Das Bett war viel zu hart, der Raum nur spärlich ausgestattet. Nachts hat der Kühlschrank extrem laute Geräusche von sich gegeben, sodass es nur schwer möglich war zu schlafen. Das Personal war normal freundlich, aber wird dem Ansprach an ein 5-Sterne Hotel absolut nicht gerecht. Enttäuschend!

HOP (1/5): Customer deception - Dear Booking Service Managers, According to the advertisement on your Booking website for MAY PLAZA HOTEL, I made a reservation at this hotel. However, we were very disappointed as the reality was far different from what was advertised. On the Booking website, the information provided about the hotel, including services and rooms, was excellent. But in reality, the hotel is only like a one-star property and is very dirty. The room and carpet had a terrible smell, and it was impossible to sleep. We had to leave the hotel at 11:30 PM and check into another hotel. Therefore, I demand that Booking provide accurate information, or else we will file a lawsuit and seek compensation. Sincerely, Hợp Đoàn Thế
