- Mohammed (7/5): - Location, food, clean and helpful staff. The placement of the AC was above the entrance of the room. It would have been better if the AC was placed right accross the bed on top of the wall. Due to the placement of the AC we were not able to get the cold air.
- faisal (10/5): Special thanks the Staff Name nafees such a great guy who was always available so mannered - I recently stayed at [civic Inn Dhaka ] and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations and made my trip truly special. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept better than I have in months! The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with high-quality amenities. I especially appreciated the stunning view from my balcony

- Syed (8/5): Overall, Happy to stay there! - Staff communication was great. Nafich was on time to pick me up from Airport, arrange dinner. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very helpful. Room could be little bit more brighter.

- Zologne (7/5): A Hotel at a Great Location with Friendly Staff - The staff were very friendly and the 24 hr room service was great as I arrived late in the day. They had Airport pick up service as well which reduced my stress as I didn't want to find outside transportation at night time. The complimentary breatfast was good and fresh. The room was clean as well as the lobby and the location is excellent as a lot of restaurants, banks, pharmacies, convinience stores and other various stores are very close, just 2 to 3 mins of walking. The bathroom could use an update and a bit more cleaning as the corners and gaps beside sinks and shower seemed dirty. Some of the bathroom fixtures, like one of the shower door was barely hanging on thus a lot of water would flood the bathroom floor but overall not a big deal breaker but could be better. The bathroom amenities could have been better eventhough they replace them during room service but could be a bit larger and better quality but not a deal breaker either.

This is utterly disgusting when you demand kabin nama from a couple who got married on the same day of booking. This Hotel staff Probably living on another planet where kabin nama get issued within 10 minutes of marriage. Totally disgusted . Never ever coming to this hotel again.

Helped us by providing airport pickup with additonal charge. Number of items in breakfast was very limited.staying consecuitve two days and eating the same items is kind of boring.They need to introduce more items for variations
