- Tanja (9/5): Sehr schön war es und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen - Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Und perfekt war, dass wir in 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Areit Express waren. Alles was nötig ist, findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe In der Dusche ist leider kein Fenster, daher waren in der Dusche Schimmelflecken. Separate Toilette ist super, allerdings wäre ein Handwaschbecken sehr schön. Bad war ok, hätte aber etwas schicker sein können, dann wäre es passender zur Wohnung gewesen

- Aldoseri (8/5): - المكان قريب من سوبر ماركت مسافه دقيقتين مشي قريب يم مطعم عربي حلال اسمه الكوخ ولذيذ متوفر غساله للملابس ونشافه في الدور الارضي الشقه فيها جميع المستلزمات الي تحتاجها للطبخ واسعه وفيها بلكونه تطل على مطل جميل هدوء ونظيفه جداً وشبهه جديده وامان 100٪ جنبها مجمع صغير و محطه بترول و قهوه المواقف مجانيه الحمدالله رجع التامين في اقل من 24 ساعه قريب من كابرون قريب من السنتر بس تحتاج سياره مده 7 الى 10 دقايق مافيها تكييف مافيها اصنصير مافيه شطاااااااف في الليل حر في الصيف تضطر تفتح الشبابيك وحشرات تقرص فيك مثل الباعوض و الفراشات مافيه خدمه تغيير المفارش وهذا اسوء شي واجهته لان جسمي حككني وانا جالسه اسبوع تقريبا ويوم طلبت منهم قالو التغيير بـ 50 يورو وانا اشوفه واجد السرير مش مريح لان فالنص منفصل بس ملزقينهم في بعض الي ماعجبني ان في كل مكان حاطين واجباتك لكن كحقوق مالك حقوق ابسطها تنظيف الغرفه والمفارش التأمين 400 يورو وانا اشوفه مبلغ كبير بس رجعوه بسرعه

- issa (10/5): اقامة جميلة. - الشقة تقع في موقع حيوي ومميز، قريب من العديد من الخدمات ومحلات التسوق، مما يجعل الإقامة فيها مريحة وسهلة. مستوى الأمان في الشقة ممتاز ويوفر طمأنينة للعوائل. كما أن الشقة مجهزة بشكل رائع، حيث تحتوي على جميع الأدوات التي تسهّل الإقامة، مثل معدات الطبخ، غسالة الصحون، آلة صنع القهوة، وغيرها من وسائل الراحة. أيضًا، يتوفر مكان مخصص لغسيل وتجفيف الملابس بسعر رمزي جدًا، وهو أمر عملي ومفيد. الشقة مناسبة جدًا للعوائل، إقامة ممتازة وأنصح بها. ولكن كنت أتمنى وجود شطاف في دورات المياه، خاصة للعائلات القادمة من الدول العربية. اضافة على وجود مبلغ تامين اكتشفت قبل ال 24 من وقت اقامتي ان علي دفعه، ويؤسفني ان موقع بوكين لم يذكر هذا الشرط ولا حتى استطاع ان يرد علي بشكل سريع عدا رسالة اعتذار لا تبرر غياب المسؤولية الكاملة على الشفافية في نظام الحجوزات.

- Tatiana (8/5): With some small interventions (see above) this can be a great choice for accommodation in the ski area, especially for g - The apartment is very large and can accommodate up to six people. The furniture is functional and practical, making the stay cozy and comfortable. The beds and couch are comfortable, and the pillows are good. The property is situated just a five-minute walk from the ski lifts. We were disappointed that the apartment was ready only one hour after the scheduled check-in time, which was 4 PM. Additionally, in the large bedroom, there was a lot of dust in the air. I checked under the bed, and it appeared that that area had not been vacuumed in a while. The bedsheet in the small bedroom had some small holes in it. While it is true that the apartment is fully self-service, dust cannot be removed with a broom, and I saw no vacuum cleaner available. Another issue was that they did not provide a second set of clean towels during our stay. Overall, the stay was nice, and I would still recommend it.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property is well furnished and looks quite new. The view is truthful if you do not look down at the building site just in front and the main road. There was water in the fridge, it was off when we arrived and hadn't been defrosted. There was a small wasp nest on the balcony that while not too worrying it didn't make for a comfortable sit outside!

- simon (10/5): - We had to register for the apartment in an office in the Zell. Then go to the apartment. It was a lovely apartment with grand views of the mountains. We used the cable car to get up the mountains for walking. There was a narrow guage railway at the end of the street to go into Zell or visit Krimml. There were supermarkets and cafes close at hand. There was a nature reserve about a quarter of a mile.
- Sharon (8/5): Comfortable & convenient - The apartment was quite large and we had plenty of space, there were 2 of us, but the place can hold up to 6-8 probably. It was quiet at night, and had a view of the mountains, and was only a 5 minute walk to the closest ski lifts (which you could see from the kitchen). There were supermarkets walking distance too although they seemed to close quite early. Definitely a good location for a group of skiers, the place was comfortable, warm, & kitchen well equipped. The closest ski rental shops & transfers to other ski lifts was also only a 5 minute walk.
