• Cas (6/5): An ok stay, you have the minimal needs. - The hotel is right in the center so most places were walkable. The room was ok, not the best. Staff was nice, but nothing special. WiFi was good. The bed wasn’t levelled so you would roll to the middle. The room was missing some tables and you can’t completly close the window so i can be somewhat noisy. The sink was almost falling off.

• Alison (7/5): Convenient and affordable - Pretty good for the price. Reasonable size. Nice bloke. Great position for restaurants and tours. Old linen, sheet too small. Basic lighting... but it was okay and really affordable.

But actually I already choose and booked the room with the toilet inside on the app. The lighting in the room directly to your eyes when u lay down. If you switch off the light there will darkest place on earth.No table lamp or wall lamp

No hot water for our entire stay, the room was on the street side so you literally heard everything. The bed was really old and the matras was uncomfortable. The curtains are see through so it does not get really dark. And the bathroom is so old they glued it together

• Mohamed (8/5): COSY, SPACIOUS AND SATISFYING BUDGET HOTEL. - I like its location which is nearby eateries and restaurants, groceries, ATMs, and travel agents. It is also a walking distance to the bus and taxi terminal. The counter staff is helpful and friendly too. For muslims, prayer mats and qiblat are provided. I was given a room #206 at the highest level- 2nd floor with a balcony facing the main road, but for me the noise was still tolerable. The only noise that annoyed me came from pigeons those nested in the roof at the balcony. The management may improve the room facilities with addition of lounge chairs or settees in the room. For the cost of RM100+ per night, booked via booking.com, I think the hotel management should include complimentary bottled drinking water or sachets of tea or coffee for the guests.
