• Gabriela (4/5): Недоволни - Локацията Пода в стаята беше мръсен също така нямаше абсолютно никаква топла вода и душ кабината ни често не се оттичаше в канала , а се пълнеше.
• Borislava (8/5): - The receptionist was great and waited for us to come even though we arrived at 1:20. In the room there were spider webs, old smashed spiders, and it was weird a bit.

• Andreea (9/5): Will be back for sure! Thank you! :) - Loved the size of the room and the balcony, as well as the location. Absolutely adored the lady receptionist who also speaks Romanian. She knows hospitality! Keep her and keep her happy, she's an asset. Also, the restaurant is amazing, exceptional service and great food...and it looks superb! Housekeeping... does not really do a good job, sorry to mention this. My room got properly cleaned once per week and I always had to go to reception asking for toilet paper and a change of towels... Maybe it's a communication issue, the girls only spoke Bulgarian and Russian?! I mean, they're nice and everything, but I ended up cleaning stuff myself :)) The hotel needs to implement "please clean my room"/"do not disturb" door signs. Overall, I was VERY happy with the hotel, personell and my stay. Will be coming back for sure (and this is my 2nd time here). Thank you all!!!

• Gabriel (8/5): We would have wanted to stay - The restaurant has a lot o variety and the waiters are very nice, Beach is close - 10 minutes walk. We would have wanted to stay here but we do like our place clean. The room was not clean and had no toiletry , we decided to stay at another place and they did not sent us the money for the stay Small update: the payment was stalling on booking.com side, but even so property did not respond. I am modifying this review to 8 because I received the money for the stay like we talked initially, and hope that in the future the property will do necessary adjustment even though there were the last rooms. Quality is important and your clients too.

• Simeon (10/5): - My stay at Hotel Izvora in Kranevo was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and I loved waking up to the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel's surroundings. The hotel's restaurant was a definite highlight. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of local Bulgarian dishes that I really enjoyed trying. The pool area was also a perfect spot to relax and cool off on a hot day. What I appreciated most was the convenient location. It was just a short walk to the beautiful Kranevo beach, and it was easy to get to nearby attractions. Overall, the combination of excellent service, great amenities, and a wonderful location made for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend Hotel Izvora to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Kranevo.

Атмосферата е уютна и много добре поддържана, стаите са чисти и просторни, а персоналът – усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Храната в ресторанта беше вкусна и разнообразна, закуската – повече от достатъчна. Локацията е чудесна – спокойно и същевременно близо до всичко необходимо. Определено бихме се върнали отново и горещо препоръчваме на всички, които търсят качествена почивка.

Почистването в стаите беше редовно и безупречно. Хотелът разполага и с прекрасен ресторант в битов стил, който допринася за цялостното изживяване и със сигурност трябва да се посети. Персоналът- на рецепция, камериерките и сервитьорите бяха учтиви и готови да помогнат за всичко.

• Guest (7/5): Okay for one night, but wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay. - Гарний персонал на ресепшині з усім допоміг, ресторан при готелі -смачно. Доречі вільний столик офіціанти не могли нам знайти поки не втрутилась власниця /управляюча готеля. Ій за це дякую. The nice staff at the reception helped with everything, the restaurant at the hotel is delicious. By the way, the waiters couldn't find us a free table until the owner/manager of the hotel intervened. Thank you for that. Дуже Старі меблі в номері, не відповідають фото; Тьм'яне освітдення, брудні штори, балкони,(у стола на балконі відпавша розломана верхня стільниця- краще викинути, ніж ставите таке...:-((( Але вже відреставровані санвузли. Це єдине, що в цьому нормері було ок Пореч готель, де дискотека та музика гримить на усю околоцю півночі The room did not quite match the photos shown online. The furniture appeared quite dated, and the lighting was rather dim, which made the space feel less inviting. The curtains and balcony area could benefit from a thorough cleaning, and the table on the balcony was unfortunately damaged — it might be better to replace it altogether. On a positive note, the bathroom had clearly been renovated and was in good condition, which we appreciated. With a few updates and some attention to detail, the room could offer a much more comfortable experience. Please note that there’s a hotel across the street with loud music and disco until midnight, which may affect light sleepers.

• Hristova (8/5): - Много любезен персонал. Добро местоположение. Ресторант на ниво. Има всичко необходимо за почивка, но поддръжката куца. В стаята миришеше на спарено, завесите висяха, седалката на WC чинията беше по малък размер и това не беше удобно, над мивката липсва място за тоалетни принадлежности. Ключовете за осветлението бяха изкъртени, осветителното тяло беше закрепено с ластик за да не падне на главата на лежащи в леглото.Входната врата, ако не се заключи се отваря.

• Arie (9/5): Very pleasant stay in Izvora - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the quiet location—perfect for relaxing. It's also excellent value for money, especially considering the level of cleanliness and service. Great restaurant with live music on the evenings. I would definitely consider staying here again. The only downsides were the mattress and pillow, which weren’t very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak (not for videos). However, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience.

• Hristo S. (9/5): Terug naar miin herineringen. - Voor het laatste keer was ik hier 15 jaar geleden. Alles komt me heel bekend. Restaurant is een topper. Voor mij was een santimentaal bezoek en verblijf. Bijna niets, als je vragen heeft kan altijd terecht.

• janos (10/5): Exceptional, un loc cu oameni exceptionali. am sa revin la anul cu siguranta! - Totul este la superlativ, hotel mic, cochet, personal atent, restaurant de nota 10. Nici nu stiam ce sa mai comandam. Foarte mult ne-au placut midiile grecesti si cele cu unt si verdeata, exceptionale, insa si celalalte mancaruri comandate. Am fost si acum vreo 2 ani, de cateva ori, la restaurantul Izvora si la fel de bine a fost totul. Excelent

Всичката тази хубост,заедно с озелененият и сенчест двор,както и много цветя,надвиснали от чардаците,ни очароваха.Персоналът бе любезен към всички клиенти,не само към чужденците,ястията бяха много вкусни и в достатъчно количество.Нооооо,опитайте рибената чорба,за да усетите вкуса на живота...

• Nedelcu (10/5): Hotel și restaurant Izvora - Hotel Izvora este amenajat tradițional, arată ca un han, personalul zâmbitor și la dispoziția clientului. Seara există un program de muzică live Se vorbește și un pic de română, dar am fost impresionată de faptul că, deși aveau o vârstă, doamnele de la recepție vorbeau lb engleză. -

• Todor (7/5): A comfortable and convenient place to stay in Kranevo - The complex is build in a traditional Bulgarian style, with an interior and exterior to match the era and a beautiful garden restaurant. The room was clean and spacious, it had a balcony with chairs and a table. The location is both exactly on the main street of Kranevo and very close to the beach (only a 10 minute walk)! Parking is included. The hotel also has a restaurant, but breakfast was not available. The restaurant in question is right below the rooms and it can get noisy in the night. Expect noise from the street outside as well, as it's the main and busiest street in town.

• Gabriel Cristian (4/5): - Relativ aproape de plaja, aprox 10 minute. Personalul foarte dragut si amabil. Camera cu mobilier vechi si uzat, tantari zdrobiti pe pereti cu urme de sange, baia miroasea de nedescris (si cu usa inchisa si tot mirosea), vasul de toaleta se misca, aerul conditionat mirosea ciudat si era foarte zgomotos, televizorul avea doar cateva canale si alea in limba bulgara, wifi-ul era o gluma 99% din timp nu se conecta. Sunt doar cateva locuri de parcare si alea ocupate mereu, deci masina trebuia sa o lasi in alta parte.

Deși hotelul apare pe booking ca având parcare, în realitate, nu exista parcare a hotelului....am fost nevoiți da lăsăm mașina pe unde am apucat...chiar și la 500 m de hotel... Un miros puternic de urină pe holurile hotelului - cel mai probabil de la toaleta de la demisol... Baia foarte mică - ușa nu se putea deschide complet din cauza WCului, duș fără perdea/ușă constant era apă pe jos în baie. Balcon împărțit cu altă cameră.

Das Restaurant, das Essen und die Musik im Hotel sind ein Highlight! Sehr authentisches Ambiente. Danke und bis Bald! Keine negative Auffälligkeiten...

• IURII (10/5): Полній восторг !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - прекрасный красивый отель. Поное соответствие цена-качество. Но самое главное в этом отделе - ЭТО РЕСТОРАН. Вы попадаете в изумительный тенистый сад с журчащим ручейком и у вас огромный выбол вкуснейших блюд Прекрасное обслуживание. Всем советую гостиницу и рестора IZVJRA Замечаний нет Хотя есть место для фонтана и его можно біло бі запустить :)

• Adrian (9/5): Un sejur reusit. - Aspect placut, vintage, mult lemn in receptie si restaurant. Apartamentul de asemeni intr-o nota clasica. Foarte curat. Aproape de plaja centrala si de cea din rezervatia naturala Baltata. Restaurantul hotelului foarte ok, mancare delicioasa, muzica live. Apa calda nu prea a fost calda in ultimele 2 zile. In rest, totul ok.
