• Pedro (3/5): Calidad-precio es abusivo - La ubicación. Muchos mosquitos en la puerta de la entrada pegados a la puerta y pared,las paredes parecen papel ya que se escucha todo como si estuvieran dentro,sin bolsas de basura en las papeleras,sin mantas para todos,sin papel higiénico ni gel ni champú.Entran hormigas a la cocina y las camas súper incómodas además de que la almohada eran cojines.

Por exemplo qual a chave para abrir a porta de acesso à piscina ou onde se encontravam os lençóis e toalhas extra. Após pedido de informação foi prontamente dada e tudo correu bem.

• Daniele (8/5): Location interessante! - Posizione interessante, a pochi passi ci sono parecchi ristoranti,pub, cafe e supermercati. Il mio consiglio è noleggiare una macchina poiché dal centro città a casa ci sono parecchie salite. La casa si trova in un complesso residenziale con piscina, molto tranquillo, la casa che abbiamo prenotato era la tripla con vista oceano. Il terrazzo enorme è stato l’ambiente più vissuto, c’è un bel tavolo lungo, divani comodi e lettini per prendere il sole e rilassarsi, consiglio almeno una volta di godersi il tramonto, magari stesi sui lettini per apprezzare a pieno la meraviglia di colori che offre questa bellissima isola. Le camere da letto sono pulite, essenziali ma complete nel loro insieme. Il bagno grande ha una vasca idromassaggio molto grande con doccino, bidet(che noi italiani apprezziamo sempre tanto quando andiamo all’estero😊) due lavandini e un grande specchio. Il secondo bagno ha la doccia e la lavatrice. La cucina è completa di tutti gli accessori necessari. I parcheggi si trovano facilmente( cosa impossibile in centro città). Lo staff è gentile, disponibile al dialogo e alle richieste particolari. Noi siamo stati in 8 in quella casa, 5 adulti e 3 ragazzi, era un po stretta ma con un po di senso di adattamento ci si può stare, nel soggiorno ci sono due divani che si aprono e diventano dei letti, non comodissimi ma funzionali. Un grande valore aggiunto che è diventata una piccola pecca è stato il barbecue, lo abbiamo acceso ahimè solo una volta in quanto il vicino di casa ci ha intimidito di spegnerlo perché non eravamo autorizzati ad utilizzarlo, solo dopo uno scambio di messaggi con la proprietaria ho appreso che è possibile farlo ma rispettando il senso civico. La mobilia magari non sarà all’ultima moda ma svolge a pieno lo scopo.

• Anna (8/5): Great value for money and location - The property was spacious and had a small balcony. Good facilities within own private pools, they were never many people there. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the Jacuzzi bath did not work, which was a bit disappointing. Was very hot as no Aircon, and the fan did nothing.

• Ansar (8/5): First Boy's GWR (Rail) cricket tour 2025 (19th year) - The host communications was good, the apartment was perfect fir our group and especially the en suite a bonus as one of our group was a couple who wanted that but is not mentioned in the apartment facilities. Excellent facilities especially the BBQ may be it could benefit with an air fryer as Iceland frozen shop is on the door step! Within walking distance are the bars and shops including Toby Jug English bar. The steps which are very steep and far too many getting to the property not recommend for the oldies like us! The property itself has no faults but located high, the area all up and down but clean.

Barbecue arrugginito, biancheria da letto lisa, bagni ciechi e pieni di calcare. L'acqua della vasca non scarica bene. Lontano dal mare. E dal paese. Non c'e giardino, ma un patio. Divani logori e sporchi.

• Poppy (10/5): Nice chilled birthday weekend - It was great, easy check-in and check-out and safe area too! We were right opposite an English pub which was good and it was a super calm environment, if I’m ever back in Tenerife, will definitely stay again 10/10

• Wendy (8/5): Beautiful apartment with views - I liked the location as I'm a bit of a walker. The bedrooms were of a good size, lovely balcony, absolutely huge. It would've had excellent all-around if there were little welcome packs, like milk, coffee, etc. Only half a toile roll was left, I would've liked at least one in each bathoom Bin liner in bin and cleaning products to clean surfaces.

• Heather (9/5): Superb - Location a big treck to beach and shops very hilly but bus stop not far to get u to los christianos added bonus it was nice and quiet great size apartment beds not the best so sleep wasn't great but I am used to memory foam but plenty of blankets and apartment had huge outside are and kids loved the pool overall a great weeks stay
• Kerri (5/5): Passable - The pool itself was nice, and mostly quiet. The size of the accommodation. Supermarket was good. The surrounding pool area was dirty. Dirt on sun-beds not cleaned for days. No restaurant or bar as advertised. Accommodation could do with some upgrading, pillows and beds etc. one bathroom we didn’t use as it smelt quite badly.

• Kathryn (3/5): Poor - The TV didn't work I asked all week for some one to fix it in the end a man came the day before we left and said he can't fix it. It said it was disabled access but my brother who has no leg's could not get to the pool the day we got there I told the owner we will be leaving about 4.30pm and she was fine with that but then on the night before we leave at 11.30pm told us by text we had to leave at 12.pm because of my disabled brother I talked her into letting us stay she only let us stay on the balcony and we had to leave by 2pm and we left it cleaner than it was when we got there

• Viktorija (7/5): Good - I liked the big balcony that had a lovely sunset It is not a villa it is an apartment. Rooms were smaller than the pictures. Lack of amneties in the place like toilet paper, bin bags etc. We had toilet blocked over Christmas time, and there was no plunger, we had to wait for 2 days until other guests borrowed the plunger to us. There was a hole in the wall that started leaking. The location is not great to many hills to go up and down to the shops and restaurants. Outdoor furniture was broken in the round seating area. Even the pillows were like baby pillows very small.
• Tatiana (9/5): A cosy, pleasant and handy accommodation for my family in Tenerife South. - Great location, near a nice beach, near Siam Park, shops. There is a supermarket at the complex, pharmacy crossing the road. My children aged 7 years old enjoyed the swimming pool. Comfortable beds and sofas. Quite building. Easy check in with excellent communication. We didn’t rated 10 because the hot tub has tiles coming off. Actually, this wasn’t a problem for us, since the showers are great and there is a bathtub in other bathroom. Having a dishwasher would be great.

There was everything we could possibly need for our stay and plenty of space for all of us to spread out! I’m he kids absolutely loved it here too. I can’t think of 1 thing I would change or didn’t like
• Breen (8/5): I did enjoy my stay in the apartment when we settled into the area. - Small supermarket within two minutes walk and sold all basics. Lovely little Italian restaurant and pub beside supermarket. Plenty of sunbeds in the lovely pool near us. A lot of steps and hills in the area so definitely not suitable for anybody with walking difficulties. We arrived at night in the dark so had a bit of bother finding the apartment. I have never seen towels as thin in my entire life. We stayed for ten days and never had clean towels.

• Colin (3/5): Needs a thorough refresh of fittings, furnishings, and a least a very basic arrival pack toilet roll - Too many things way past replacement date. A number of items missing/broken. Entry to the property far from easy, lock sticky. Safe not working properly. Virtually nothing left for guests arrival- not even a toilet roll in the main bathroom. Could continue, but this property is in serious need of a thorough refresh- we know what we are talking about as we let holiday property in the UK. This one would struggle to be accredited by any agency if it were in the UK

• Sheeshily (7/5): Good - The terrace was very large and nice. In general it was very tidy and clean, everybody had towels. Being a little louder in the evening with the group seemed to be no problem. There were several problems: - The door is super hard to open, we broke off the key - but the owners were super fast to help as well - The hollywood swing broke (it was only kept together by a wire in the first place) - The jacuzzi lost water super fast, it was impossible to use this way if you didn't block it with plastic or something.
