5958 (9/5): - Staff were lovely and helpful! I didn't get the wake up call I asked for- would have missed my flight if I hadn't woken up by myself 😔 A little noisy. The person upstairs kept me awake. I heard him running the water and stomping around at 1pm in the morning 😞 The room is not really sound proof!

Michael (10/5): Nice place - All aspects of the hotel were excellent. The only hiccup was the bartender on Saturday evening. There were a few people in the bar but not real busy. I believe a coworker or good friend was at the bar and she definitely spent most of her work time talking to her instead of taking care of customers. People had empty beer glasses and it would 5-10 minutes before the female bartender would check on them. She was nice but very distracted by her friend or coworker at the bar.

Travelpages33 (10/5): Exceeded my expectations… - Very nice hotel! My room was well-decorated with nice colors and tones; I loved that it had a small work desk that could be pulled adjacent to the comfortable couch. There was also a traditional desk but it was nice to sit on the couch on work. Every employee that I had an encounter with was friendly, kind and helpful. Room was clean and every other day partial housekeeping was more than adequate for my needs; I appreciated that they kept the coffee stocked (doesn’t always happen in places like the Hampton Inn) and room was tidied. All around - very impressive!

aedwar23 (10/5): Great experience-David Turner made our trip ⭐️ - We’re staying here for a family reunion (fun stuff 😂) but this one actually is fun! And we’ve been blow away by the service especially David Turner he went above and beyond and when you have a 2 year old that makes all the difference in the 🌎. Also feels fresh and clean and the entire staff thus far has been fantastic. If that changes I’ll report back, but I don’t expect it will. Highly recommend

My husband wakes up a couple hours before me so it was really nice that he could get up early and watch TV in a separate room.

We were able to interact with many others staying there, while watching the state hockey tournament, in the lobby. Congrats East Grand Forks class A champs and Moorhead class AA champs!

zend0001 (10/5): Felt luxurious for the price - Overall great experience and dog-friendly Pros - clean and welcoming. Staff were always attentive and available. Exterior grounds were tidy and well-kept...even in winter. My room was very nicely updated with fresh colors and furniture. Felt spacious. The bathroom was spotless. The work-out facility was rather trendy...felt like I was at a gym rather than a hotel. Nice selection of fitness gear. The pool was in great condition. This hotel is connected to the Marriot next to it, but I never felt like the pool nor fitness center were really crowded. Loved the streaming options for entertainment. The bed was lovely, really lovely. I think housekeeping was every other day without request and I appreciated that. There is a Starbucks, which is nice for a quick breakfast and good coffee plus a little canteen type spot with snacks and grab-n-go items. Cons - no breakfast...but that should be obvious to regular travelers.

Value (5): Excellent room rate on a Thursday night compared to other options in the area. Free parking. Location (4): Easy to get to from most freeways. In a quiet area. There is a convenience store and some strip mall restaurants about a half-mile away. Restaurant in attached Marriott hotel (Kip's) has good reviews. Likely need a car or rideshare to other areas of interest. Rooms (5): Newer property w/ modern rooms. Cleanliness (5): Very clean across all areas of the room and property. Service (4): A less than enthusiastic check-in, however AM team at both front desk and bistro were fantastic. Amenities: Did not use. Dining (4): Breakfast offerings typical of Courtyard. Very friendly staff who offered to fill my mug w/ coffee. Had to text after check-out to have my Titanium credit applied. I look forward to staying again.
Karen (10/5): - I travel to Minneapolis 3-4 times a year. I only stay at this Courtyard. It is clean and comfortable. I’m extremely sensitive and squeamish about being in hotel rooms that are less than pristine. This Courtyard location has never disappointed me.

Malina (10/5): - Everything was very clean except the area where you enter the elevator on the main floor. I found the wall clad with wood unique but filthy. It made me second guess the cleanliness of everything else. Each staff member I encountered was very kind and caring and friendly. So wonderful. The little courtyard outside the main floor with the fire pit was awesome. Even though it was only 37° F, I had my morning coffee there and listened to the birds and the leaves in the trees rustle. Beautiful.
