- David (9/5): A perfect place for a holiday in Guadalajara - The hotel is in a great location for anything going on between downtown Guadalajara and Zapopan. It's still good for stuff happening in Tlaquepaque, but count on 1/2 hour or more to get there. Getting Ubers to take us to/from the hotel was always easy, and taxis are readily available if you don't Uber. I enjoyed the fitness center (lots of treadmills and weights and everything in good shape). The pool at the top is infinite style, big, with fabulous views. There's a bar up there also. The only problem is that everything at the top closes at 7 PM, which is way too early. Just when the night views become awesome and romantic, you can't take advantage of them! The included breakfasts were excellent - lots of variety, tasty dishes, and it's available until noon! Our corner room had an amazing 180-degree view of the west part of the city. Although the room had a variety of issues, the hotel quickly fixed most of the problems. (Don't hesitate to let the front desk know about any problems. They're happy to fix them.) The A/C never worked quite right - it was fussy and loud. However, we were willing to put up with it, since the rest of the room was great. What else... Many good bands played in the lounge in the lobby. There's an Oxxo store down in the garage that's just like a 7-Eleven (very handy for getting snacks and drinks). Lastly, the staff were always cordial and very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Fix the A/C system so that it doesn't blow so hard and doesn't fool the thermostat. Allow the pool and bar at the top to stay open until 11 PM.

They go out their way to be helpful whenever it’s needed beyond the great service. I was specially impressed by how much they prioritize to get the gas safety definitely I will stay again.

- Dwayne (10/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommend this hotel, we will be back - Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in all my many travels, and a great schedule up to 12 o'clock, because I'm not an early riser. We unexpectedly caught a couple of live music performances in the lobby bar which were great. Zaphira restaurant was our favorite, although the others were really good also. Staff friendly and polite We didn't like when a couple of times one of the staff knocked on our door to ask us if everything was alright or if we needed anything... Understand the thought behind it but on vacation you're not expecting door knocking.... Maybe a phone call, or even whatsapp message would accomplish the same purpose less intrusively. My girlfriend had to hurriedly put on the nightgown to answer the door.

- Adrian (9/5): - Good decor. Friendly staff at front desk/bars. Easy check in process. Safety in the surrounding areas. Great views from high floors. Dog friendly. I have work in hotels before and I took care of room inspections and there was a couple of things i have noticed that maybe others dont, such small maintenance/upkeep details but not big deal. For example room door didnt closed completly after you pass tru, couple of cabinets didnt close flat with the furniture and couple of areas in the room could have a paint touch up. But again, that is something that a normal traveler dont see. Otherwise, room was clean, no complains at all on this, and i like small details as notes in the bed and everything fully explained. Also 3 elevators for such a large building makes delays.

- Rodolfo Daniel (10/5): Precio y calidad 10/10 - Por el precio la habitación era excelente y de un muy buen tamaño, adicional el precio del buffet valió completamente la pena. Algunas luces de la habitación no se apagaban del todo durante la noche y la luz automática debajo de la cama tenía un tiempo muy largo de apagado y la persiana del ventanal del balcón dejaba pasar un poco de luz por las orillas, pero la realidad es que son detalles menores considerando que fuera de eso, todo lo demás fue excepcional.

- gerson (9/5): - Os quartos são muito espaçosos e muito bem decorados como todo hard rock. O lobby é muito bonito e o estacionamento muito eficiente. O piso do box inundava ao tomar banho. Sobre o hotel: Quando reservei este hotel imaginei que haveriam shows ao vivo nas dependências, nos restaurantes e bares porém, não houve nada. Provavelmente por conta da baixa temporada. Uma pena

- Luis Enrique (6/5): Buenas instalaciones, pero servicio y detalles muy por debajo. - Las instalaciones están bien y la habitación es muy grande, cómoda y agradable visualmente. En ese aspecto, el hotel cumple. Desde la llegada, la experiencia fue negativa por el personal de recepción, poco diligente y poco amable. La primera impresión no fue buena. En la habitación, el lavamanos desprendía un olor fuerte a cloaca, algo totalmente inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría. Además, me pareció un hotel muy tacaño para el nivel y precio que maneja: El papel higiénico lo entregan prácticamente a cuenta gotas. Éramos tres personas y solo dejaron un pequeño jaboncillo, con muy pocas amenidades en el baño. La nevera no funcionaba y, además, lo que ofrecen dentro es muy escaso. Para completar, en el restaurante de comida mexicana, uno de los meseros fue poco amable, lo cual refuerza la sensación general de mal servicio.
