Das Hotel liegt zentral und man kann von hier aus zu Fuß alles erreichen. -

Cuando pedimos cambio de habitación, nos mostraron una mejor opción, pero había que pagar una diferencia de $25USD. La habitación nueva era cómoda, pero el colchón se hundía al medio. El desayuno era bufet, pero había muy poca variedad de alimentos. Creo que el precio y la puntuación que tiene es muy elevada para la experiencia ofrecida.

Algunos detalles a tener en cuenta para quienes se interesan: el portón de acceso al estacionamiento es justo para que pase un auto grande por lo que toca maniobrar bien y pasar lento. La recepción efectivamente funciona de 7:00 a 23:00 horas, hay que asegurarse de llegar en esos horarios o avisar (tienen un teléfono de emergencia por cualquier situación, nosotros no usamos). Pero son detalles que no alteraron nuestra estadía.

El hotel es diseño puro, donde el arte juega muy bien los espacios destacando pinturas y esculturas. La habitación perfecta por decir lo menos: espaciosa, todo muy cómodo, muy limpio y con un diseño interior que combina neoclasicismo y modernidad. El desayuno bien pero se acabó el café y no llegó más café. Fue lo único negativo

- NRB (8/5): Boutique hotel in beautiful period property in old town, recommend - Beautiful unique property, with fabulous views over the city. Room are uniquely designed & this adds to the charm. Breakfast is simple but great to suit all diets. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Located in a great part of the old town making everywhere accessible if you can walk hills - which is unavoidable in Valparaiso. We chose this hotel partly for parking also - which was great as the hotel car park is locked & secure. We didn’t need to use the car around town so knowing it was safe was great. Unfortunately there was a bad drain smell coming from the bathroom into the bedroom. This was masked a little after the room was cleaned the next day but it did seep back through by the evening.

Lo staff gentile e accomodante. Alcune cose nella camera potrebbero sembrare scomode (tipo il lavandino costruito su una vecchia macchina per cucire) ma mi hanno lasciato Senza parole per la loro bellezza. A colazione il buffet è un po' "ristretto" ma lo staff ha accontentato le richieste. Qualcosina in più nel buffet della colazione non sarebbe male. La pulizia del bagno migliorabile.

- mamounette04 (8/5): Concept original mais trop cher. - Emplacement au top pour les visites à pieds. Personnel serviable. Hotel confortable avec un concept original,chaque chambre à une déco faite par un artiste local, joli terrasse et bon petit déjeuner pas un grand choix mais suffisant. Joli déco intérieure L'établissement à vraiment besoin d'un coup de neuf ,peinture craquelée,salle de bain fissure ,filtre aération non nettoyés. Terrasse ,piscine non fonctionnelle, tout est en chantier. Dans la chambre, simple store occultant beige à la fenêtre et surtout le haut des portes est vitrée ,donc il fait toujours jours dans la chambre à cause des lumières du hall et couloir. De nombreux chiens aboient. Le prix est trop cher pour cet hôtel.

- Yasmin (8/5): Muy agradable y relajada - El lugar es hermoso y acogedor Se menciona que existe piscina pero no esta habilitada para su uso , el agua de la ducha en baño habitación no alcanza la temperatura adecuada casi fría y me hubiese gustado un desayuno con frutas de la estación , había poca en cantidad y variedad . Todo lo demás excelente .
