• bader (1/5): - Very disappointing experience. The apartment provided was completely different from the one we booked and even located in a different area. This is unacceptable and misleading for guests. The property also had no working internet, even though Wi-Fi was clearly advertised and was an essential requirement for our business stay. On top of that, communication with the host was poor, with delayed replies and sometimes no response at all regarding the issue. I would not stay here again and would advise future guests to be cautious before booking

• Doğan Güner (9/5): - Tesis sahibi iletişim konusunda çok iyiydi. Onun yönlendirmeleri sayesinde gece yarısı varmış olduğumuz halde daireye çok kolay girebildik. Ev rahat ve ihtiyaçları karşılar nitelikte. Ulaşım her yere kolay, yakın çevrede market ve kafeler bulunuyor. Londra'ya geldiğimde yine tercih edeceğim. Salonda ve yatak odalarında halı olması çok hijyenik değildi.

Elle nous a prévenu au dernier moment, à 19h, alors que nous devions arriver dans le logement vers 21h, que l'appartement n'était pas disponible pour nous et que nous allions devoir loger dans un autre logement beaucoup moins bien et dans une chambre triple alors que nous étions 4, sans nous laisser le choix et sans notre accord bien sûr ! Nous avons dû appeler Booking et trouvé un autre logement en urgence ! Cerise sur le gâteau, elle nous a facturé la nouvelle chambre d'hôtel payée, sans notre accord, avec notre carte bancaire alors que nous ne souhaitions pas loger dans ce logement médiocre et inadapté puisqu'il était pour 3 alors que nous étions 4! • Terver (5/5): - The location was excellent because it was easy for us to connect to most locations we visited. The room heater in the master room didn't work.Even after the property owner promised working at it,she did not do it until we packed out so at night, the rooms were very cold. The electric cooker was broken. The property owner even confirmed that it has been bad since the last occupier left, but she never changed it. But later bought a small one for us to manage. And finally she needs to change the heating in the who house the current she has for living room and the other room is not effective.

He doesn't, there wasn't a sofa bed my daughter slept on a dusty leather sofa whereby the advertisement had a blue sofa bed. There was a foul smell of damp, from the main bathroom where there was a leak. This property wasn't Clear of dust either, and the washing machine was locked away.

• Phernambucq (8/5): Goede locatie voor n paar dagen Londen!! - Ruim en mooi appartement op de 5e verdieping. Parkeergarage waar de auto veilig kon staan. Het centrum van Londen is goed bereikbaar. Enig uitleg bij aankomst was zeer welkom geweest. Uitleg over apparatuur, hoe alles werkte. Niet alle apparaten werkten. ( droger, vaatwasser) De woonkamer was vrij karig ingericht, niet genoeg zitplaatsen voor iedereen.

Had all we needed for our stay The lift in the building was broken and that meant that my 77 year old mother in law had to climb 4 flights of stairs which was incredibly difficult and spoilt the stay a little

• Nadine (7/5): - Das die Wohnung 2 Badezimmer hatte, und alles was in einer Wohnung sein sollte da war. Ein Trockner wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Das wir keinen Balkon hatten, obwohl dieser mit gebucht war. Die Wohnung im 8. Stock war sehr heiss, obwohl keine Heizung an war. Das die Betten leider sehr sehr hart waren, bequem schlafen ging leider nicht. Die Bilder in der Beschreibung sind nicht genau zu erkennen, da anscheinend mehrere Wohnungen von der Familie angeboten werden.
• Wilson (9/5): - Ramona kindly accommodated us by keeping our luggage for several days prior to our stay and letting us keep it there until afternoon the day of checkout. She responded to any of our needs and questions promptly and was very helpful offering solutions. The location was amazing next to Kew gardens southwestern rail to get into the city and close to Richmond which was lovely to explore. We were in the Francis house in a 2 bed 2 bath. Apartment was very safe in a gated complex and the cleaner we interacted with was diligent. We slept very well and enjoyed the apartment thoroughly! Check out was easy and put the key through the door mailbox. The check in was a bit difficult but worked out fine as I called Ramona.

• Sally (10/5): Fabulous location, lovely flat - The location is great, near to lots of transport, Kew gardens and local facilities. The flat is spacious, clean and quiet. There is very secure parking on site. Ideal for our requirements, we would stay again. Nothing - the owner was quick to address any questions or issues. However a mirror close to a plug socket for hair drying would be useful.

• SwanepoelFam (10/5): - The communication from the host was good. We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms, for a family of 5, it makes this place a treasure. There is a Sainsbury's within walking distance. Busses are easily accessible, but you'll need to take a bus to the closest underground station. It is located next to the Water and Steam Museum, which makes it easier to find on a map.

The property itself was very clean and modern looking. It was very secured with multiple points of entry that required a key to get in. The apartment itself was spectacular. It was spacious and clean. The bathrooms were stunning with plentiful mirrors. The host was great in communicating with us and ensured we had a great stay.! Not applicable

This was fed back to the hosts as we had been told there should be one in the nightstand. We were reassured that it would be looked into. There was only one teatowel in the kitchen, could have kept a couple to be able to wash and use.

• Sonia (8/5): Very comfortable.. please advertise the exact location (building) - Very safe, warm and comfortable… When this property was advertised it gave a picture of a different building… Also an armchair would have been of benefit in the living area and the coach could have done with a clean.. There were half empty jars etc in the cupboards that were probably from previous tentants which I feel should have been taken out.. Over all a very comfortable stay..

• Catherine (8/5): It was a good stay and really handy for all of the things we wanted to do - Great location. Quiet position and spacious flat. Close to shops and short walk to Kew Gardens/Green. The free pass to the gardens was great. The beds were doubles and not king sized as advertised. This was an issue as my husband is 6ft 8 so we wouldn’t have booked if we’d known.
• Lind (9/5): Fully equipped Apartment ground level - The apartment was in off the street with its own complex & parking and presented well and spacious for what we required, a recharge before embarking on the long trip back to Australia. Having 2 bed, 2 bath suited our requirements with 1 shower for easier access and the other bath/shower. The amenities were adequate and all good and in working order Ramona was very responsive in communications for entry timing and my ignorance with the cooking appliances. I was appreciative that we could go in an hour early while we awaited the final cleaning of the apartment I liked the area we were in, near the Thames and in between Heathrow and city centre. I was a safe entry points, convenience store very close, uber drivers had no problem locating the place. There was an extra charge for secure parking 15 pounds per night, not bad considering London prices, there are a couple of free visitors parking in the complex if you wanted, all off the street. I missed that there was no milk, bread, black tea Only that we had received this at most other places and it was a welcome treat. The beds were not the comfiest. a bit dated, however still ok The extra towels in the cupboard will cost you 50pounds if you use them (we didnt need to)

• Ruchi (5/5): Good sized apartment, but needs more comfortable mattresses and an upgrade in general. - Good location, historic and neat. Apartment was of a large size as described. Car parking was available. The manager of the property was respectful and always responded on time, mostly with solutions or responses. No issue in check in or check out processes. All appliances were working and essentials were all there. Hot water and showers were excellent. For all the positives, the master bed was very uncomfortable and small in size. The springs mattress was uneven and sloping off the sides, was poking onto the body as there was no layer of protector provided. We paid for a comfortable stay, but did not sleep on the first night. We told the manager to change it or provide a mattress topper and at first, they refused. After much discussion, they agreed, but after night 2. They then got a protector, not a topper. While that made a bit of a difference for sure, it was not a perfect or near perfect solution. I would not recommend this property unless they have changed the mattress. The doors of the cupboards were also broken and needed repairs. Overall very average furnishings for a property at this price point, but comfortable from a space perspective. I have to also say that we were promised another flat on the 7th floor with lift, but were then given a ground floor flat - with no explanation offered. No issue per se, but it was a surprise that we were not prepared for.
• Devi (10/5): Huge apartment, very accommodating hosts, enjoyed our stay - Super spacious, with great facilities and in a really good neighbourhood
• John (10/5): - Great for families or 2 couples, close to train ans surrounding venues for food etc
• Keiran (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was beautiful and very comfortable
• Pepe (6/5): Pleasant - The bathrooms were brand new and comfortable. The apartment was spacious. The bed was a major disappointment. The mattress was an old spring type and extremely uncomfortable, and the bed frame itself was poorly designed, causing us to sink toward the center. Rest is very important to us, and we couldn't get proper sleep. Additionally, the apartment had some other issues like a damaged door knob and some old, damaged furniture, which took away from the overall experience.
• Evans (9/5): A delightful flat near Kew Bridge, perfect to visit Kew Gardens It's about 30 minutes walk to Gard - It had a lovely feel to it. Very comfortable and safe. I was in the flat alone for a few days and felt very much at ease there. It was within walking distance to Kew Gardens. I enjoyed the walk over Kew Bridge every day to those wonderful gardens. People in the flats were pleasant and respectful. Not far from the flats, there was a Sainsbury's and a good wholefood store. Opposite, at the beginning of the bridge, there was a pretty, pleasant cafe. Lovely fitments within the flat Outside was a pleasant little area, where I could sit in the sun. The flats were very quiet, and set off from the road. Well...if I were to recommend something, it would be a small tumble dryer. I suppose maintenance issues like fresh paint in some areas would be good but, but was a small matter. undoubtedly, maintenance is an ongoing chore that owners are aware of, and seek to keep on top of.

• Splendour (2/5): Very poor - Location was good but noise too much fom on going construction and traffic making sleep difficult as no ac and the available fan are not effective Noise and lack of AC
• Barbara (7/5): Spring clean and maintenance needed on this property - Location to public transport , cafes and supermarkets. Quiet safe location. No spare pillows, broken door handle in 2nd bedroom .Not enough glasses, dirty cutlery draws .Hole in the deck floor the size ofg a dinner plate.Poor communication from the owner and a barage of messages re exit time and key security
• Roger (9/5): After the bad start, it was great. - Location and quality of accommodation. Getting the key on arrival. After flying for over 20 hours and arriving in the dark, finding and getting access to the key was a nightmare.

• Knight (10/5): Exceptional - Safe, clean We'll situated for our stay. Toaster did not work and we had to do a self repair to get the WiFi working, which was critical to our stay. Since we used the couch as a bed, it would have been great if there were some additional occasional chairs. As foreigners we also had no instruction on how to separate our rubbish in the various colored bins nor where to take it when bins were full.
• Salman (10/5): Great family place! - Very good apartment. Highly recommended for the family. Nice two bedrooms, spacious and beautiful location. Host were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Paid parking is also available if you are interested in renting the car
• Maggie (10/5): - This was perfect distance from London & other attractions…shopping handy for groceries…accommodated our 2 families beautifully with adjoining apartments…had a fantastic time.
• Jackie (6/5): Ok - It was a very comfortable apartment The door knob to the front door did not work. The sliding glass doors did not lock and the dryer didn’t work and had them for sometime evidently

• Jpn (1/5): Good but terrible owner - Everything was clean and tidy. Location is good. Nice view too. The owner's attitude was terrible. I stayed for 5 days and on the 2nd day Wi-fi was broken and reported and requested to fix it but never repaired. And even said to me that I broke it. Without Wi-Fi you cannot see TV. And also the TV remote battery was drained too.

• Udari (7/5): The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay - The property had everything we needed for our stay well equipped kitchen and laundry They were happy to extend the check out time by one hour which was nice The address we were give at the booking and the address they sent us on arrival was different which leads to a bit of a panic. Also the pictures shown on the App for the property is different, during our stay they had renovations happening outside the building and had scaffolding up which blocked the view. On our last day they actually had people working there
