- C (4/5): Muy mal, Hotel se quedó SIN LUZ, no avisaron e igual cobraron como si todo estuviera bien - Cuando llegué al hotel NO HABIA LUZ, tal como lo lee, NO HABIA LUZ, aparentemente se les rompió un transformador y la cuadra se quedó sin electricidad, pero lo peor esque llegamos con la necesidad e bañarse y cargar los teléfonos y equipos electrónicos, pues nada de eso se pudo porque el hotel estaba sin energía, los pasillos se quedaron sin luz y estaban oscuros, nada se veía, el elevador dejó de servir, tenias que subir por las escaleras, y en la recepción solo repetían lo sentimos. Hicimos el check in a las 3:15, la luz volvió dos horas después, modificamos nuestro itinerario, unas actividades las hicimos de rápido por esas dos horas en las que no nos acomodamos por la falta de luz en el hotel. Nunca nos ofrecieron una solución, solo un lo siento y que no sabían cuando volvería la energía, tampoco ofrecieron una compensación por la falla. Nos hubieran avisado que no tenían luz antes de hacer el Check In para buscar otro hotel, pero igual cobraron todo cómo si nada pasara. MUY MAL

- Christoph (9/5): Schönes, modernes Hotel mit einem Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Modernes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Vulkane, wunderschön. Zimmer groß, Bad modern, Betten sehr bequem. Es gibt ein kleines Gym und einen kleinen Pool in der 2. Etage mit Vulkanblick. Morgens bei Sonnenaufgang noch ganz leer und mit toller Atmosphäre, um den Tag mit Sport oder Yoga zu beginnen. Auch abends wieder leer, allerdings ist dann oft Wind. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind voll klimatisiert, daher auch kein Lärm von der Durchgangsstraße unterhalb des Hotels. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, der Preis mit ca. 11 € absolut ok, wenn man sonstige Restaurants in Mexiko vergleicht. Ansonsten ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei Vorausbuchung (ca. 60 € ) absolut top. Bester Deal auf unserer Mexiko-Reise. Eigentlich alles ok angesichts des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom historischen Zentrum, man muss mit einem Uber oder Taxi die ca. 6 km fahren. Wir waren allerdings auf Verwandtenbesuch, die ganz in der Nähe wohnten, also für uns Top-Lage.

- DANIELA (2/5): Decepcionante experiencia para un hotel de esta categoría - Experiencia decepcionante. Viajábamos en familia con adultos mayores y niñas. Al hacer el check-out olvidamos una maleta en la habitación y el hotel nunca nos contactó, pese a que aún estábamos en ruta. Esto nos obligó a regresar al día siguiente desde otra ciudad, generando costos, estrés y afectando la Navidad. Para un hotel de esta categoría, la falta de comunicación y de protocolos básicos es inaceptable. No lo recomendaría.

The scent in the lobby is nice but really strong. Also the pillows were good but I wish there were two types of pillows to choose from.
